This is a fun store to visit and browse for home furniture and decor. I like going there once a month just to look at what is available. If you see something you like you should buy it right away because the turnover is very rapid.
We went Saturday evening and there was a creepy salesman lurking in the back corners of the shop, wasn’t really sure when he came out of shadows and was making us uncomfortable throughout the visit. Please be careful, specially if you are shopping by yourself. Great collection at the store!
The Northborough store has some great pieces and I am a returning customer. However, today I had a really bad experience with a lady who was supposedly the store manager. I wanted to return an item which was bought recently but wore off quickly, I called in to check if I could return the item and was told to come in to the store to return it. When I went to return the item the lady questioned me saying it doesn’t make sense to take it back since that wasn’t how it was sold from the store! The staff should be on the same page about their return policies and not treat customers the way they did. It would have saved me the hassle of driving to the place with wrong expectations.Great collection though!
A unique store all types of home furnishings that Cant be found in every store .
Really friendly staff. I enjoyed the conversations and the calming atmosphere.
This store loves my pockets but my pockets cry when I walk NEAR because Im walking in and probably buying something. This location is always clean and organized.
I usually dont shop here. My wife is more of a fan than I am. The only reason I went here was to pick up more clothes hanger that we had brought from here.
It is a good place to find low cost furniture, and home products. Clean and friendly staff.
Love this store and its variety. Have visited several of their locations
I love this place but lately pretty low in stock.zi guess everyone is home do decorating.
Drove over a hour and half to come to this store as the stores back home didnt have what we were looking for. We walk into the store start to look at the merchandise and notice a piece of a bedroom set is structurally broken. Still interested in the rest of the set we press the customer service button, get a rep whose name unfortunately we were unable to get, and tell him a kid our interest in the set and our finding. His options were would you be interested in the set without that piece or I can see if we can give you a discount. Our response was either or. We asked if we could speak to the manager and he said ok walked away and came back with we can take off 50$. To put it in perspective we looked at another more expensive set, 1499 vs 1299 in a different locations and for scratches and dents. We explain the difference between the two situations and the associate rolls his eyes and upon request mutters he didnt ask the manager he asked the coordinator whom was too busy to meet and speak with us in any regard (Michelle). We asked him what happened to our request to speak to the manager and be said well Michelle does discounts too. We again explain to him the frustration and my son witnesses the associate roll his eyes. We are leaving at this point and hear that same associate mutter they just wanted a discount. While true for an obviously structurally broken piece of furniture, the manner in which we were treated as unacceptable. Walking out my son tags behind and notices the coordinator mutter something along the same lines as the associate. The customer service aspect outside if Sherri the manager and greeters from our experience wont and didnt allow us to purchase or give any business to such. Food for thought upon entering.
Friday October 30th was a snowy winter day, I went to Home sense and decided I was going to buy a couple of big items and need help to get them into my vehicle. There was one store associate, a young man named Kevin, that went approve and beyond. He not only help bring items out for me, he helped to configure the best possible way to fit them into my vehicle.Kevin went above and beyond to help. He showed what customer service truly is and should be, following through till the end. Thank you again Kevin!!
I have been shopping at all the HomeSense stores in my area; Framingham, Westboro and found ALL the employees including the managers to go out of their way to make it the best experience for me/ and their customers. However, the Northboro store has a very rude and unaccommodating manager and their staff was the same. Only able to holdthe PURCHASE I MADE for 24 hrs, also wanted to know exact time I’d be back. Very unhelpful!IYes, great eye candy but NO - the most unpleasant place to shop!!!
Always an interesting mixture of items but wish they sourced more unique quality and one of a kinds
Great spot for accessories and home goods. If furniture was a little better quality this would be a 5/5
Nice store. Lots to choose from. Got some great deals!
Decent store.
This place makes my head hurt
I called to find out if they have 1 piece. That I was looking for they were transferring me from person to person And they couldn’t help me. Poor customer service
This place mustve furnished my entire apartment, thats how much I love it here. Ive given these people so much money, and Im so glad I did, I feel like I live in a mansion for crying out loud! If you want your apartment/house to look like Leonardo DiCaprio, then start shopping here!
Very good collection.
Just left the store and a woman who told me she was currently the manager was completely rude! My husband and I went to buy a rug. I had to run to the restroom so I told him to take it to the car and come back so we could look at curtains. This woman followed my husband to the car and asked to see his receipt and then asked for him to open the trunk. I found it really weird so after my husband told me what happened I approached her and asked her why she did that. She said it was store policy to check receipts and merchandise. As she answered she never looked at me in the eyes and walked away from me as I was speaking to her. I completely understand the policy but the way she handle the situation was completely inappropriate. I also never saw her or any other employee check other customers receipts and merchandise as they were leaving. She should never make a paying customer feel uncomfortable ( or profiled) by following them in the parking lot. She didn’t even apologize. Poor customer service, she did a horrible job of representing the company. We will never return to this location again.
Could not shop continue to shop here. Clerks talking not cpu ting customers entering. Clerks going wrong way told us back up so they could go against arrows. So many people being told they need to get out clerks way that many of us left not buying anything. To bad would have bought several items I was looking at but the rudeness of the employees caused myself and several other customers to say No sale.
Well organized store with unique items. Have to restrict oneself not to over buy! Just bought rugs for whole house and mirrors. Didnt find wall clocks though!
Love this store
Love this store! Nice pieces of furniture at great prices! Great rugs lamps everything!
Its like Home Goods but with more options and really good prices. I cant wait to go back.
Great new store! Opening today! Friendly staff and gorgeous selection for your decor and fixtures! Love it! I wish there was one close to DC.
Love this place, ill definitely be back
Great selection
Staff here are awesome! Friendly and helpful. Selection is good-similar to a home goods or TJ Maxx so the inventory is constantly changing.
Homesense carries a lot of unique furniture its hard to comment on the prices alot of the furniture would be coming in to replenish after Christmas, but there were some clearance items.
Lots of eye candy here! Great selection of lighting, decorative items for every room of your house. Furniture, too!
All of the merchandise in this store seems to get completely refreshed/replaced every 2-3 weeks so every time you go here, the selections mind-blowing.
Always a great find here! Clean, organized, and a large turn in inventory keep the shelves full of new items. Their summer items are amazing!
Lots of selection for furniture and general home wares. I liked it better than their sister store Homegoods. Very conveniently located at Northborough Crossing with ample parking and comfortable shopping experience.
Nice store, rude and indifferent cashier. On her personal phone, chatting away while the line continued to grow. Store was attractive otherwise.
So many beautiful things that make you want to live inside it!
Just okay, would rather shop HomeGoods for more options & better selections. This is a Tight store with limited products.
It was fun and the clearance rack was i great find
Too many lights! Walked in seeing 20/20 came out with a migraine and blurred vision. Store want terrible itself cool little nic nacs. Furniture stuff as a board
Please stop putting a million labels on dishware. At least put them all in one spot.So annoying to take off, and completely unnecessary. One item, 3 labels..
May favorite decorating store for my home.Always something new at a great price.I wish tjey would not keep my taxes on returns if I dont have my slip.
All Unique Gift products are exclusive.. and much more....
Excellent assortment of home decor!
Lots of great household items and on sale too.
Surprising! Had not been here before great values great brands
Lots of great things for the home at a great price! Their inventory is ever changing, so if you see it - buy it!
Great
New-ish location. Great selection and helpful/kind staff.
It is similar to Home goods. They sell stylish household items, furniture, and decorative stuff with very reasonable price.
It blew my mind...The store is a feast for the eyes for Interior Designers to get down to business..The entrance is amazing...The choice of colors is astounding and so are all the knick-knacks. Its a kitschy store on steroids like Home Goods, Marshalls & TJ Maxx all rolled into one. I think that they are all owned under the TJX 🌂 umbrella..Candles galore, paintings, geodes, lamps, couches, rugs, and many more items to look through. It boggles the mind as to how many intricate items can be incorporated into ones home.
The prices are not bad
I thought stock was a bit overpriced but nice options
Unless youre making 6 figures a year dont bother stopping by unless its for an over priced wreath.
Store is beautiful..Salesgirl unable to spend time with me at the rug department....I was disappointed.
Nice store like Homegoods
Wide variety.
LOVE THIS STORE
Omg love it
Every season, every month!

Their prices are a bit high for discount store
Wide range available
Very good variety
All over god
