Still no XL foam cups. Maverick used to be my go-to for my drink needs. Pebble ice with a foam cup cant be beat. But the last month there have been no Excel foam cups looks like Ill be going to Common Cents from now on.

They have a new guy working in the kitchen.... After I .asked for help with the nacho cheese machine and he tripped becauseit wasnt his responsibility he was happy to take the bag out and in behind the wall and return with my cheese a few minutes later... Safe to say I didnt eat said cheese. Be careful eating the food from there ...

I like the store because it is clean and so are the bathrooms. But when I step up to purchase things and I am not acknowledged at all with even a simple hello . That bothers me! Poor customer service!Its 10a.m. come on people.

We love to stop in here, so much parking and never really packed. Has a large variety of snacks and drink selection. Redbox and food as well. Come a few times a week

At 05:00 on 9/22/20 I stopped real quick for windshield washer fluid. The total came to $7.59. My card wasnt working so I told the cashier I had $7.00 or a $50 bill. He quickly asked if I had a $20 bill. I repeated what I had. He took the $50 and gave me $42 back. So once again I have to pay extra because these stores say they dont have change. This was the worst so far as it was just kept with no comment. First of all, Im a truck driver and stop several times a day. I average $3 a shift being taken from me if i pay cash. It adds up fast! Second, why do a lot of places have change now while others RIP us off claiming they cant get change? That question has the answer in it. You are stealing and from the industry that brings your goods to sell and spends a lot on fuel, food, and showers. I will NEVER EVER spend another penny at any maverick!!! This pandemic that isnt quite as huge as they claim and pales in comparison to the flu has just been an excuse to con people out of money and shut down the mom and pop places so the big corporations have all the control. Too bad!!! Shame on you Maverick!

I got gas on 3/29/16 for $18.00. I went on the next day 3/30/16 to notice that there was a $100.00 hold on my account. I called my bank which told me that the merchant puts the hold on your card. On 3/31/16 I saw that the hold is still there, and the $18.00 has cleared on 3/30/16, but Maverick still kept a hold on $100. and per my bank, has it on hold until 4/1/16.If anyone out there can afford to have a gas station hold $100.00 of your money for 4 days, all power to you. I should also mention that they will lie to you and tell you that it is your banks fault, when it is not. I will never get gas there again.

I came here a lot because i work nearby. Im over it. Consistently bad service, and frequently the deals on drinks dont ring up at the register. Rest assured if you tell the poly guy its 2 for $4 instead of $2.50 each, he make the distrusting effort of going to look for himself, although he cant be bothered to bag your items himself if you ask for a bag.

The big brown teller has the worst customer service I’ve seen over the last two years of going there every morning, never says hello or reads my total when I’m checking out. I ask for a bag and he hands me the bag to bag my own purchased items. Very sad for a maverick

This maverick is always A+ in my opinion, really good gas prices. The cinnabon however is Complete garbage, especially when Cullen is working, very sour attitude, very rude, I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for him to finish frosting until he looked up to help me, even after I addressed him, he took forever and instead of giving me a fresh cinnamon roll, he decided to pop one in the microwave, when I can see fresh out if the oven cinnamon rolls sitting right next to him. Worst customer service ever!

This is one of my more favorite Maveriks to go to. Besides the price of gas being a little cheaper here than across the valley, they also have a cinnabun inside the store that is always making fresh cinnamon rolls. They do seam to run out of coffee at a weird part of the morning every so often but they are quick to always refill anything that is out. I have also gone to this Maverik during a lot of different parts of the day, so Ive gotten a wide variety of the people that work at this specific Maverik because I live relatively close and all the employees are extremely nice. None of the employees have seemed to make a mistake or slowed me down while i was there which is also good.

This place is the greatest for what its intended for gas coffee drinks newspapers smokes and maybe a donut with your coffee.As to those who have been sick after eating food from here, its your own stupid fault. Most folks know better than to eat gas station fare.

I am a business owner and have fleet cards with Maverik. Since the change in company invoicing from Maverik to WEX bank We have had nothing but problems. We filled out all the necessary forms in order for WEX to ensure a fast, efficient and correct way of sending our fuel invoices. We have had problems with getting our invoices the last 3/3 months since the change. As a business owner I would suggest the use of another company for your fuel needs as the level of customer service has declined to an all time low with the changes made at Maverik. I will be looking for a new company as well.

This has been my go to place for years because we are just down the street. Recently they raised the prices on all of their food products while at the same time giving you less product. Now it is $1.99 for an egg roll or a corn dog, they used to sell 2 for 2.22. The salads and burritos are $1 more and smaller. I go the Lees market or the flying J now unless I am just stopping in for a drink to cross the desert

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I come here every morning, 5 days a week for over a year. Not by choice but because of convenience. Never greeted, no customer recognition, no thank you. I purchase the same thing every morning, still no recognition as a “ loyal “ customer. But you can bet, if the manager is there, he’ll come out to hit on you. Super creepy.

I may love Maverik to much, I probably eat there to often but for a quick bite on the go they have a lot of great options. The staff is always friendly and its always easy to get in out and back on the road.

We were at the maverik in centerville utah and Donna told a lady the manager is not here so take 20 dollars. And Donna also told the other work to take a long break you dont need to help these dum kids. So thats why im giving them a bad review

I loved the service at the Farmington Maverik back in the good old days. I sure dont understand what has happened there but EVERY time I have been there lately at least one employee is on their phone. I get people cant live without them but could you at least put it down while you are helping customers? Its absolutely ridiculous to have employees with such bad customer service skills! I would rather drive to clearfield to see Ron Hazen who knows how to treat customers. Oh well, Chevron is more expensive but worth the trip.

Ive gotten sick twice shortly after eating food here. The first time was after eating a sausage wrap and the second time was after a salad. The first time lasted 3 weeks and a few trips to a clinic. Needless to say Im no longer a Maverik customer.

Love Maverik, but the Cinnabon was disappointing. Dry, overcooked and lacking frosting. Even tried to hit me up to buy extra frosting. So 3.50 wasnt enough? You want 50 cents more? Im glad that smell will no longer tempt me because I know it will just bring regret.

My sunglasses broke mid work day in Clearfield so I went into maverick and purchased some pugs gear sunglasses upon returning to salt lake I noticed they were all peeling so o stopped into a Mavrick in Murray to exchange them I still had the receipt and the guy tells me sorry you have to go back to Clearfield to exchange them . What a joke spend 20 plus in fuel just to get my rightful exchange. Horrible customer service . Then I called their corporate office just to be sent to a voicemail. Horrible service. I would give them minus stars if I could .

Everytime so come here, Im reminded why I swore to never do so again. Its/05/27/16 @ 11:21am. I just had the misfortune of having to stand there and listen to an F-bomb laced conversation by your 3 young, female employees, apparently bothering them because I wanted to buy something. The girl rolled her eyes as I smile and greet her, the adds a few choice comments to one of the other employees, about another employer, all the while ignoring me.I pay and thank her and get another pair of rolled eyes and they continue their profanity laced conversation without once addressing me.This has been a consistent problem. A customer should NEVER hear profanity when entering a business, especially a high volume, customer service orientated business, which obviously your establishment could care less about.Its pretty telling when going to the truck stop down the road gives a much better experience
