William is the an incredible technician. He does quality work - he’s replaced our windshield twice and offered to open his schedule up in order to come and replace same-day because it was one of the only days I’d be available for him to come to my home. He offered a courtesy chip fill on our other vehicle as well! He works quickly and did a great job on our 2005 Subaru windshield replacement. We will definitely be requesting him again when the need arises. Thanks!

The personnel who run this company were the antithesis of customer focused and mature, in my personal experience. After accommodating their confusing in-shop/field work schedule and asking my manager if I could work from home, I had to call their office an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled to ask them when someone would be arriving. I was told that the technician who was coming to my home was up in Brigham City, still working on his current job. When I verbalized my frustrations of being rescheduled on twice and not receiving a call to warn me of the delay, I was told that I was “playing the blame game” with them and that it wasn’t worth it for them to come to my home to work for free anyway. I explained that I was only having them out to my home rather than coming to their shop, because they had requested this arrangement and was met with more immature, rude comments. I try my very best to shop local, but these guys are really making Safelite look appealing. Next time, don’t insult your customer who you have inconvenienced repeatedly, instead simply take accountability and do something to fix it.

Had William out to do a windshield on my 1989 wagon, not only did he come all the way out to SLC, he also notified me about some rust behind my windshield that was the cause of it leaking into my car and did the best he could to prevent any further rust AT NO EXTRA COST. He was the cheapest around and did a great job. I call him for all my vehicles and refer anyone I know that is in need of a windshield. Will use them for years to come.

WORST COMPANY AROUND!!! The pretend owner continued to set dates to come back and fix the faulty installation he performed on my F150 and blew me off every time. Unreliable and has no clue on how to install a windshield. Thought that’s what they did. What a waste of time!
