My car was broken into while on vacation. The rear window smashed! Safelight told me 6 days before I could get it fixed, Icon had it done in less than 4 hrs after I called. The price was great and employees friendly. I highly recommend Icon auto glass.

Icon Glass was selected by my Jeep service manager to replace a leaking rear window on my Jeep Gladiator. Despite my complicated work schedule we were able to line up and get their best tech, Jose Estupinan, with the specialized string tool to remove the back glass and replace it. I was impressed with the amount of work it took on this particularly challenging glass replacement and the tech didnt leave a scratch on my paint matched hard top. If you need your Jeep glass replaced then request Jose from Icon Glass with the string tool and get your glass done right!

We had a crazy experience with replacing our 2020 Honda Pilot windshield. Icon Glass came to our home and installed the new windshield, but it could not be calibrated to all the mechanisms in the car. They came out twice to try this, and finally we had to take the car into their shop. I decided to wait while it was done, but my stubborn car would NOT calibrate. Leslie at Icon offered me her car so I could pick up my carpool kids from school. After a lot of trying, we decided that ordering another new windshield from the dealership was the best way to go. Once again Leslie loaned me her own car so that I wouldn’t be out a vehicle.We were super impressed by the professionalism and care that Icon had from start to finish and I have recommended them to anyone needing an auto glass service company.

I woke up yesterday morning to my driver side passenger window being smashed... snow was coming down. Unbelievable service. This company is top notch work. Super professional and the work was done quick. When I first contacted them I didnt know they come to you to fix the windshield and at no extra cost to you. So thats a huge plus. They called when they were in their way. Showed up on time. Was friendly, kind and quick. Took an hour and Im not kidding you but my truck looks better lol. The windshield is beautiful!!! The technician was very professional & replaced my windshield in timely manner. My car has options that require recalibration after windshield replacement and he was able to do that. Several other companies I contacted for my windshield replacement weren’t able to offer me that service. I am very happy with the work that was done.

Will helped me work with my insurance for the best deal. He then went out of his way to call dealerships in the area for an oem replacement for my 18 WRX, had it delivered that night to then install the next day. David came on time, very professional and a nice all around guy. Hung out with him while he did the install in no time. in and out in 40 minutes. Only reason it took that long was because of some window trim being a pain. All in all, VERY good experience and would recommend going to them 100% Even without insurance they quoted me an incredibly reasonable price.

I have had a nightmare dealing with an accident that shattered my windshield, the only thing that wasnt difficult was dealing with Icon glass. They were able to get me in same day, went all the way to Orem to a tow yard to fix my windshield before 5 so I could get my car out of the lot. They were fast, and even vacuumed the glass out. I had an appointment with another, more well known company but they couldnt make it until Tuesday, and then it would have been almost DOUBLE what Icon charged me. I will use these guys again and again.

Arrived on time. Replaced window. Replacement required recalibration of cameras etc which couldn’t be done during this appointment. They returned the next day, recalibrated system. The left everything clean and nice. I’d certainly use them again.

Came to my office and replaced my windshield. They had the best price and service was excellent. The service tech showed up on time and was great to work with. He was a lot faster than I expected and even took time to clean a spot on my dashboard that I hadnt been able to get to with the window installed.

Able to make a same day appointment and save compared to other companies. However, they didnt do a good job at vacuuming up the glass inside my car and I had to to majority of it myself afterwards, which was pretty disappointing.

This company goes way beyond the call of duty in the service they provide! The tech actually apologized to my daughter for taking longer than expected to replace the windshield on my 1992 Ford Explorer because of needing to sand away rust and then torching up paint! How many would take the time needed to perform this extra, unexpected step to insure the job was well done?? And there was no added charge! Well go to Icon for any future auto glass needs for sure!!

David Mclaughlin is extremely unprofessional. Paid him on Feb 3rd 2021 stated he would be at my house that night to install. He called me about an hour prior stating he will not make it tonight and wanted to reschedule for Feb 4th at 9am. He never showed up never called. Ignore or rejected all phone calls texts until 10pm giving excuses about personal life at home. Asked if he could reschedule stated he could be out either Feb. 5th at night or any time Feb 6th. But once again never shows up never calls. Attempted to call him Saturday again no answer straight to voice-mail. Texted him and called him Feb 7th requesting a refund states he will get it to me that day over cash app. Cash app cancels the payment for unsecure funds. He then stated he will bring the cash to me Wednesday the 10th. Once again no call no show and cant get ahold of him. Contact him again Thursday Feb. 11th stating he will have it for me that day at 4pm. Contact him at 5 with out hearing from him and he states he gets paid tomorrow the 12th and will have it for me then. February 12th comes around and once again no call no show. Text him the morning of the 14th stating I will be home all day for him to bring me a refund. He says okay. And never hear from him again. Attempt to contact him around 5pm and doesnt answer doesnt text back just attempts to send 1/4 of what I paid him through cash app which once again declines payment due to unsecure funds. I text him back stating he is only trying to pay me a 1/4 of what he owes me and goes on to make more personal excuses on why he cant refund. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I hope no one will have to deal with this again.
