Extremely honest owner and employees, Gary did a great job getting our 73’ Gran Torino running in a very safe and reliable manner. He was very honest on the pricing and the work he did, we are taking all our vehicles here now.

I took my previous car to Royalton for a check engine light diagnostic and they found many additional things wrong with my vehicle. These repairs would have cost a few thousand. Knowing that the car was old, had high miles, and only cost me a few grand; they advised me to not even move forward with repairs and to trade it in for something better.Outstanding! They could have made a ton off of fixing my car but, instead they were honest and really cared about my position. And as if that werent enough... they actually knew someone who was selling the type of car I was looking to buy as a replacement and had him bring his car up to the shop for me to check it out! I cant say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be bringing my new car up there when it needs service. Thanks guys!

Excellent, honest service. My A/C compressor would not turn over in my ‘08 Accord on my way home from Michigan. I assumed the compressor was shot due to the age of my vehicle. Royalton Auto found it was just a bad relay and replaced it for a very reasonable price. Most other shops would have told the customer they needed to replace the entire compressor. Would recommend them to anyone.

I will never take my car anywhere else. Gary took care of me and my car the entire process. He called me constantly to keep me up to date with what he was doing and to make sure I was ok with ordering parts that were needed to get the job done. He kept all of the old parts to compare to the new parts. Great mechanics and great customer service! I will be recommending Royalton Automotive to all my friends.

They were fantastic. I had a flat tire and no spare and needed a new tire. They said that Conrads may have a tire and filled my tire up to try and get there. They told me it may not make it because I drove on it to get there. It did blow, one of the employees passed by and saw me on the side of the road and again stopped and offered me help. Wow! Check engine light was on Saturday of a holiday weekend. These guys got me in ASAP to run diagnostics on my car so I could feel at peace driving 500 miles back down to the Carolinas. Made no money on me, just seemed happy to help. I’m sending all my local friends and family here!

Royalton Automotive has been servicing my vehicles for several years now. The team is excellent. Gary has always been fair and done his very best to ensure my vehicle is serviced properly and no more or less than needed. Gary has assisted me in finding used vehicles for myself and helped me sell a couple. Today an unfortunate situation occurred that I needed to sell my 1969 Dodge Dart. An offer was accepted for $4000, and within minutes I received an in-person offer of $8000. It was incredibly difficult to go back and tell the person who made the $4000 offer that I could no longer honor that sale. Due to current circumstances I do need the money and for my own good I accepted the $8000 offer. I do apologize for the disappointment this has caused. Of course, this has absolutely no reflection on Gary or the Royalton Automotive Team as they do not own the vehicle or have any skin in the game.

Took my 350z for an exhaust system upgrade.Their work was top notch.They cared for the car as if it was their own car. They explained exactly everything they were doing and price was fairly quoted.Absolutely the best place for performance cars.Love this place! Everyone was super friendly.

Gary and his team saved my wifes life this week from the car she was driving. Gary took us to the back of the shop where our car was on the rack to show us the damage and why this car was not worth saving. You do not find that honesty from shops these days. My family and I have been taking our cars to Royalton Automotive for years! Bill always takes great care of us and they go above and beyond. A few months back I got a minimal dent in the back of my car and after I took my car in for an oil change I saw that they popped the dent back out!! It was incredibly kind. Been taking my cars to them for years. Always done on time. Always done right the first time. Never tried to sell me something I didnt need (which we all know is common practice at other shops when a woman brings a car in to be repaired.) Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good plumber/handyman/doctor/lawyer. Once you find one, you hang on to them.

Bait and Switch Dealership! BeWare. I Was 10 minutes away to buy a 1969 Dodge Dart for listed $4000 and I get a call that it takes $8000. Consider greatly that Greg or anyone at this establishment are not morally or ethically doing business. What a waste of time!

I cant thank Gary and his team enough and I will forever be grateful for them. I took my car into the shop for the first time Wednesday night within a few hours into Thursday I received a call from Gary. This team right here SAVED MY LIFE!!! no really they did the front frame was only being held up by a sliver of rust if I wouldve hit a pothole or something who knows if I would actually be here today. It was devastating news to hear that my car should not be driven anymore. The team took my husband and I back into the shop area to show us everything that was wrong. I had heard great things about this place. I was already planning on going here when needed before the construction on 82. I am so glad that I did! They are honest, friendly and explained everything thoroughly to me as to what the problem was and how they fixed it. Don’t let the construction scare you away. They are on Royalton rd and their driveway is just a short distance west of York rd. I didn’t sit in any traffic. I highly recommend Royalton Automotive and I think it is important to support our local small businesses, but even more so when they are faced with such a lengthy construction project.

Good honest people, great to deal with

Had a front wheel alignment done on my 09 Cube. They got us in the same day, called to explain what they found, completed the service quickly, and even offered a $10 off coupon online. Also, explained that there is another part that is not yet at the point of replacing, but let us know to keep an eye on in. I love that kind of honesty and will definitely be returning here!

Have been going here for years and never had a problem until the last couple of months. My truck needed an oil change and they pushed me off for almost a month. Got a new car (still never got the old one an oil change from them) called to see if they can squeeze me in and got turned away again. “We are extremely busy” I’m sorry you’re to busy to change my oil. My VIP package obviously doesn’t matter to them anymore. Sad.

They did a good job on my van . Price was fair,and I was in and out. I will go back.
