First work call. Randy was through, considerate and helpful. thrilled with service so far. Second service call was with Erick. He was kind to answer all my questions and explain at the level of detail that I sought. He got to the bottom of an install issue quickly. It was a delight to have him service our new furnace.

Evan met with us and planned out the replacement of our 26 year old gas furnace and air conditioner. He went over our options in detail and explained He was courteous, and professional. The quote he provided was competitive and we chose to project with him. He and his crew did a proficient and detailed work removing the old units and replacing them. Evan spent time going over all of the operation with me and how to perform regular maintenance. After testing everything they cleaned up and, within hours, had someone pick up all of the old equipment and debris. Everything was done in less than a day. So far everything has exceeded our expectations and performed exactly as Evan predicted. The air conditioning is even throughout the house and everything is very quiet. I had a semi emergency with a shut off valve that needed to be replaced to get the water turned back on. Mr. Khan was responsive and honest about if he would be able to get to my home to do the project as he was already engaged. He kept in touch and was able to come in the evening and repair the valve. He replaced the valve in about 10 minutes, and was a huge help. Would recommend.
