I have always found CVS Pharmacies to be highly reliable, with well trained, professional staff. If you want to experience this, for your next prescription I suggest you AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs. The current staff, including the pharmacist, are rude and lack empathy. They would benefit from customer service training, common sense or, perhaps, a new profession.
I was asked twice once on the way to the pharmacy and again on my way out if theres anything that I could be helped with or help find both times by different staff they were courteous and professional the store is nice and clean was in and out of the pharmacy pretty fast had to stop at the as seen on TV section which is my favorite didnt get anything but I love to look at the stuff
The pharmacy never answers the phone. Always on hold over 15 mins even when calling first thing in the morning. The only good that’s in that pharmacy is Sarah. All other staff is rude and has an attitude as if I’m bothering you to do your job. God forbid they have to problem solve and figure out why a RX isn’t going through. The world ends.Unfortunately we don’t have a choice when my kids can get their meds filled.
(Aug 2021) If you’re getting a COVID test here, go directly to the drive-thru. It would’ve been nice if that information was provided via phone call OR, at the very least, if they left signs outside telling you to go there directly at the time of your scheduled appointment. I had a test done at a different CVS a few months ago and the process was much more clear and streamlined — someone called you at the time of your appointment and there were designated spaces outside for you to park. We only went to this location because this was the closest one with available time slots but the lack of communication is frustrating. We arrived early only to sit in a hot car in the sun for several minutes, and tried calling the store only to be put on hold — eventually one of us to had to go into the store and ask what to do, which obviously we’d wanted to avoid since there was the possibility someone in the family had COVID. The line where you get tested is the same line people go to pick up prescriptions, so expect a wait. Better yet, just get tested at a different CVS.
This pharmacy on N. Tarts to has lost all customer device for a while now. I will never come back to this pharmacy!
The pharmacy has had errors the last 5 times I went in to pick up prescriptions. 5 times in a row!! For example 2 months ago they only gave me 1 month supply of birth control pills, but the refill was for a full 90 days. They had me searching for Hours for refill packs that they never gave me!!! This time the safe is broken so they can’t refill my prescription that was sent to them yesterday. Since the safe may not be opened today, I may not be able to get my prescription until Monday. Last month I picked up and they handed me a bag with my prescription only to get home and find out they didn’t give me 2 of them. He even took out a piece of paper and wrote down the names of birthdates (I was picking up for myself and one of my kids). And this has happened to me at this location multiple times now. There seems to be a high staff turnover at this specific CVS. The current staff that services the drive through window has made errors every time I have dealt with them in the last few months. I will now have to look at switching to another pharmacy because of the continuous errors and hassles that they are causing me on a regular basis. I understand allowing for grace with one or two mistakes. But it seems that every encounter the past few months Has included mistakes on their part. Another one being that the window drive-through worker insisting that my doctor did not call in the prescription. I stopped in three times total for one prescription last month. It turns out the prescription was there the entire time. How he missed it I have no idea. I even called the doctor to verify that it was called in and they confirmed it was there. I receive notification by text that CVS had filled the prescription which I showed him. He still couldn’t find the prescription! It was there the whole time. I DO NOT understand why these blatant errors are happening so consistently.
The pharmacy here is really unprofessional and they weren’t very helpful when ever i came in for a prescription just save yourself some time and use a different pharmacy
Dr prescribed my asthmatic child 2 inhalers. I was told that we needed approval. I waited. I got a message saying prescription was ready. I went and Carlos gave me 1 inhaler. I asked where the other was and he told me the dr only wanted me to have this 1 inhaler. When my child did not get any better after a week and a half I called the Dr. They assured me that Carlos was incorrect and I needed to get my sons inhaler. My son suffered for a week and a half bc Carlos gave incorrect information and I had to pay for the prescription bc I didnt know we were still waiting for approval. This is very upsetting. I hope you train Carlos better and very soon.
Friendly staff, great selection and variety of products for health, and even small grocery needs. Great place to get passport photos as well.
I got an expensive prenatal vitamin which with manufacturer coupon and insurance would be $25 if applied correctly by the attendant, however if the person in charge that day does not know how to apply the coupon they will charge me more and they will say it is my insurance who changes prices/coverage so you never have consistent charges as it seems not everybody is well trained and many are not helpful. Frustrating, I’ll switching pharmacy
Clerks nice and helpful. They try to honor coupons do not sure why others had issues? Sometimes things are out of stock but other than that, I’ve had good service here.
Got a COVID test here. Dont recommend. Waited 45 minutes for them to fill out paperwork.
Fast helpful service in a super clean & well stocked store with excellent lighting & clean restrooms!!
I was told to put something nice here so there 5 stars.
This is the newest CVS in our area, and it has been great so far. Because it is not very busy, you can often get in and out of the location within 10 minutes of arriving, and the staff is very curious and helpful. Like many locations, they have slightly higher prices than WalMart or Kroger on some items, but the quickness and convenience can make up for the extra cents here and there.
Nice clean place, fast and personable service. Greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. Only place around that has a pharmacy open until 10pm. Everyone else is closed at 9 near by.
This place doesnt honor coupons. It was $3 ANY PURCHASE & Carl the manager didnt honor it. Go to other CVS ... best of luck keeping this one open w/ 2 down the street
The pharmacist Calvin was rude an uneducated on working pre approvals on the system apparently. I had to have Caremark call an tell him what he needed to do to fill my prescription. Worst experience I’ve ever gotten from CVS. I’ll be transferring my business to Walgreens in the future. Don’t waste your time or money here.
THE PHARMACIST COULD BE NICER!
Nice drug store and helpful staff.
