Sammie Bittar is such a wonderful breath of fresh air every time I come to the store.She is always more than willing to go out of her way to help me with anything that I need as far as finding something in a store or making a fresh pot of coffee. She is the best employee they have ever had by far.

Horrible/ combative customer service from Ryan this morning.It seems as Ryan did not wanna be at work this morning.Very rude, looking for an argument.

Best 7-eleven ever

I recently walked in with a few friends because we were really thirsty and we wanted a slurpee. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by one of the employees. After we got our slurpees the employee, AB, did a very nice thing for us, he paid for our drinks out of pocket out of the kindness of his heart. This act really warmed all of our hearts and we want him to get a raise for being such a wonderful employee. Acts of kindness like these really bring in returning customers. I know for a fact I will use their services many more times.

Best Shell gas station around as they regularly change gas pump filters, perform weights/measure audits, monitor/security tape the POS credit card readers, and have competitive gas prices. Most importantly, they employ two of the best customer service advocates (Samantha and Sammie) that it is always my pleasure to do business with...for example, for a few years, they kept beating on their service repair company and 7-11 upper management (at my request) to fix broken and missing items on the robo-car wash...and it is now working 100%...and is the best robo-car wash in this area. I always buy my premium gas and car washes here, even when their gas prices are a little higher than others, due to reasons stated in this review.

Staff is friendly. I dont care for the one toilet bathroom that always seems to need cleaning.other than that its a good store.

Bad customer service 10-5-20 @ 6:50 pm

Shanieka Quanjahamamsmbadickeatqua refused to cook a whole pizza and bill to ebt although every 7/11 store in the nation can do it. Its not impossible. She just flat out refused to do her job and when I asked her to contact another store location or supervisor she refused and threatened to call the police. Customer service was horrible.

They never have regular Rockstars

Staff always greets me and keeps my favorite beverage stocked in the cooler. Place is usually clean and the air pump out side works very well
