Was the 1st time in this store and I had a great experience all guys asking if I need some help, the lady saw me carrying with my hands and gave me a basket, the guy attended to me multitasking, really friendly and patient. Im sure when I need something Ill back to this store for sure.

Went above and beyond to locate what I needed online, and had it shipped to my door within 48 hrs. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

The management team here is amazing. I had an issue with a gaming chair I had purchased a couple of years ago and I asked for assistance on how to get the parts I needed to fix my chair and Richard F went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Working in the customer service field myself this is exactly how we strive to care for our guests. This location knows how to take care of their customers!

Jacob was awesome and super helpful!I bought a printer from another Office Depot. It had after market (not matching) parts, and was missing internal pieces on the printer itself. The first store was less than helpful. This was the next closest one. Jacob made sure they had it in stock, and went through the new box with me to make sure it had everything inside.

I printed a ton of stuff for my wedding here and Shy did awesome on all of it. She was real patient with us, and super nice the entire time. Give her a raise and/or promotion. We’ll keep coming back because of her.

Brittany did an amazing job helping us with our order. She went out of her way to help us.

After less than impressive encounters at the other two local stores I found Tara to be very helpful to me on the phone and more so in person. She happily guided me through my new desktop computer purchase.She knows how to treat her customers..

Not impressed with this store. They act like they dont want to make me any ink stamps, like its irritating to her. Wont be back.

Literally the best service i have recieved anywhere ever!!!I had travled all over town trying to find a specific ink cartridge (that was sold out everywhere) cause i had important paper work that needed to be printed today and i was out of ink. Well they didnt have it here either but they did offer printing for only .16 a page and they printed my 3 pages for free to try and accommodate for being sold out as well. They were extremely kind and patient with me. Im not tech savy!!! But honestly over all the highlight of my day ill def come here again for any of my office needs.

Nice people work here but their prices are crazy high compared to other places and the computer systems don’t seem to keep up with prices. We spent $45 for some of our school supplies. They charged us too much for a few items and it took 30 extra minutes to get it figured out. Then we found all the same supplies next door for $18 and so when we took them back to Office Depot for a return, it took an additional 40 minutes and two more people to get the computers to accurately process the return.

Was in the store looking for a specific size spiral bound pad. The store inventory was sized too large and too small. Jacob looked online and found the size I needed. I came home, looked online and could not find the correct size. I called the help line and they were no help. I called the store and Jacob remembered me, looked up the stock number again, and was very pleasant.

Had a great experience. Walked in and was asked if I needed help right away. I knew what I needed and where to find it so did not need help. However I was pleased to be asked instead of having to hunt down someone to help me. Checkout was also quick and efficient.

My husband and I went in this evening looking for the final mystery items on our daughters school supply list. We were offered help immediately by a woman (I wish I knew her name- shorter woman with dark hair). She was extremely friendly and helped us find both items we needed quickly, then promptly checked us out. I dont frequently leave reviews, but her excellent customer service skills compelled me to leave this!

I go out of my way to go to this specific location. Spectacular customer service. The team is always helpful and courteous. Very knowledgeable staff and clean, organized place. I also love the fact that they Price Match!!!

Print shop manager is rude and over charges customers. Wanted $15 for one simple copy. Don’t go here. Much nicer in Arlington

Excellent customer service as soon as you walked in the store. Staff was very helpful and easy to locate when needed.

Bought a file cabinet. It was completely damaged when I got home. Looked like it was dropped off a building. They said the only way to get a new one is buy it online. Basically I’d have to go 3 to 5 business days with two transactions on my credit card. They wouldn’t exchange it for a new one. Very shady.

Literally the worst Office Depot I have ever been to. Not only did they not have my printing done when I got there, but I waited for 15 minutes just to pay for it because they said they wouldn’t print it until it was paid for. I have a corporate discount card with Office Depot and I’ve never had this experience anywhere else. After 15 minutes of waiting just to pay so they would start the printing, I finally left in disgust.Totally worth the drive to go to Grapevine to avoid that kind of incompetence.

This place is amazing. I have done a bunch of printing with them, they are spot on every time! Michelle the manager is awesome. Will definitely use them again and again.

Stood around near computers but no service staff around to help. Two employees checking out customers, but, could not see any others to wave down. 5-10 minutes waiting for help just does not seem right. I left.went back on 4 april, 2019. Male cashier constantly yawning and a 9x9x9 box priced st $1.89 the cashier charged me $2.48. He said prices going up everywhere. Could be an accurate cost, but, seems strange.

Good location. Use the copy center alot. Like the rotating computer so you can make quick document changes right on the spot.

The staff was nice but the store is light on stock and doesnt carry some items that youd 100% assume they would (plastic wire/cord covers). Convenient location, fairly non-descript otherwise.

Very rude cashier. Store associate tried to sell me a $15 dollar phone charger that was $4 dollars online, he guided me to the 4 dollar one and tried to lie and tell me that he wouldnt buy it and I should get the 15 dollar cable, they were the exact same brand, type and length of cable. Total scammers at this place, make sure you check prices online before letting them try and rob you

I ordered ten copies of a resume to be printed on resume quality paper online. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been placed on hold and to contact the store. I contacted the store and they were no help. They had no idea what was going on and the gentleman I spoke with was very curt. I told him, after going around in circles, to not worry about it and I would figure something out. I called the Customer Service number and, again, went around in circles. In total, I spent over 12 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what the heck was going on with my order, only to be told by Customer Service that on their screen it said its being printed at the store now. It was the most irritating experience for ten copies of a resume. I will be purchasing a package of the paper when I pick up my copies and will NEVER be ordering anything from their Copy and Print center ever again.

As a general rule, I like Office Depot. However, I try not to frequent them to often because they are so expensive. I faxed seven sheets of paper and it cost me $14.00. 😫

I just left this store. Unable to locate an employee. No way to pay for a purchase.

Very knowledgeable employees, and I like the option of being able to make my own copies and get help if I need it. I always bring my laptop up there if I have a problem.

Exceptionally rude customer service that will hang up on you instead of answering your questions. I spoke to a regular employee and the manger, I believe her name was Michelle, who hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking her a question.

First time in this store last week and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees! Even in the midst of back to school craziness, it was a good experience.

Went in today looking for Kodak refill printing ink. Was told by the assistant manager they dont have it (they only had 3 options for Kodak that were $23 & up per)Kodaks out of business, and told me I could only get it on Amazon. Drove to Wallmart, who had 12 refills of different Kodak printers, and paid $11.76. Office Repot is a rip off😨

Worst customer services ever, i order a fire safe box online on 2/12 and i get a pickup ready email on 2/21 went to the store to do the pickup, the lady she told i need to talk to the manager he is the one deal with online order then the manager search two places and couldnt find the box then they came up with new story there is somebody else pick up my order but the dont have any name for him and they didnt check his ID. liars liars all the way.
