Great overall experience! Knowledgeable owner with long industry tenure! iPhone screen with facial recognition was shattered. Another Big Box store told me they would not work on it because the phone was ruined. Said I needed to buy a new phone and that replacing my screen would be a waste of money because the facial recognition would no longer work! Boy, we’re they wrong! It cost $200 ish to replace the screen, facial recognition works perfectly (but was told up front it might not, 50/50 chance), and I’ve had ZERO issues! I’ll keep coming back with my phone repair needs and refer EVERYONE here!

My laptop had a broken screen, so I first took it to The Geek Squad. They told me they couldn’t even give me a quote without shipping it off to their repair center, but the guy said I’d be better off just buying a new laptop. So I got in my car and looked up “computer repair” on Google Maps, and the only place nearby that was still open was Champion Computers (it was about 6:00 pm on a Saturday). So I brought it in and Mohammad told me it would be about $250 to repair because I needed a 17” screen, and that he’d have it done sometime next week. I thought that seemed fair (especially better than what The Geek Squad had told me), so I left my computer there and headed home. Before I had even made it back to my house Mohammad called and told me my computer was ready! Wow! That’s great service!

First of all, I have had bad experiences with other local computer repair businesses, so I was hesitant to try Champion. I was pleasantly surprised this time! I visited Champion after 12pm today to get my laptop fixed (I thought booter issue). Muhammad quickly noticed I needed a new hard drive. I live in Florida, but had my desktop in North Richland Hills which started to have problems. I went to Champion and they checked the system for no charge.Seemed like a motherboard/on switch issue. They installed a number of parts to isolate the issue - still no-charge. I eventually decided to not have the desktop repaired as there could be further problems in the future. I purchased a used desktop from the associate at Champion and returned to Florida.The system has worked fine and any queries Ive had were quickly sorted by the associate at Champion. I am extremely happy with my replacement and would recommend Champion to anyone that wants professional/helpful/honest service at a reasonable cost.

Ive been to this shop a few times now and I will never go anywhere else for my CPU repair needs. Not only do they give free diagnostics most shops charge $50 or so bucks for but they will give you the best prices possible and have fantastic customer service and treat you right and with respect. When Batteries Plus didnt have a battery for my laptop they referred me to Champion. Champion was great. They ordered the battery and installed it a few days later.

These guys are AWESOME! I didnt think that my computer would have gotten done as fast as it did because the problem I had with my computer. My computer kept over heating so I thought I would had to get another mother board and thank God that theyve gotten to it before it did.They inspected my laptop, called me and told me what the problem was and the price. I went up there to verify and he wasnt lying. In other words, he proved that that was the problem which I love because he was being honest. He gave me a time of when it would be done and boom. I came back at that time and it was finished. Also made my computer start and run a lot faster then before.I recommend these guys any day! ANY DAY! Turned in phone for screen repair. They charged me for repair, and I got the phone back pushing buttons by itself. Tried to take the phone back and they insisted it was the phone and not thier cheap screen. After I took it to ifix in the mall they explained to me that it was indeed the screen and fixed it. My phone went swimming in the pool and after a week of it not turning on, I was about to give up. My sister referred me to where she took her cracked iPhone 7 Plus to get fixed for $100. I took my chances even thou some regular repair friends advised it would cost alot. I brought it in to Mohammad and he assured he would check for everything and to give him an hour. I came back right before he closed on a Saturday to a WORKING IPHONE 7 PLUS. He ddnt charge me an arm and a leg like my regular guy would have and even waived the diagnostic fee.. My experience here at champion computers was FANTASTIC! i went to get a soundcard installed and unlike other computer repair stores where they take it and say they will get back to you in a few days he did it RIGHT THEN AND THERE! Then i went home and found out i didnt have a device for my sound so i called and he walked me through it, unable to fix the issue over the phone i took it back there and again was greeted with amazing service! The man took my computer and said it would be ready in two hours, he installed it and updated several other drivers for no extra fee!
