The owner is AMAZING! She is ALWAYS polite and has great customer service. I went early today and waited until they opened at 5. She made me a white chocolate mocha thats to die for!!! Definitely my favorite Shirleys!!!!

My favorite donuts! However, for a place that stays open until late afternoon (5pm), youd think their donuts would be fresh at 10:30 am. Come on Shipley, youre better than this.

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 suasage egg and cheese kalache and the first time i could understand it being a mistake guving me one with jalapenos. So i told the guy working and he replaced them but the second time only one of them was with out. Peppers. So my husband told the lady that worked there and she was rude about it. This will be the very last time i go. Inti this shipleys ever again.. Where is the shipleys that i knew as a kid? Now that was perfect customer service...

I had ordered two countrys suage egg and cheese. And they gave me two with jolpeno. I took them back, and got them replaced..which then gave me one with and one with out jolpeno.when I told the manger I think they most have them mix up.she just said think you. But never checked them.. poor service.

This place has great doughnuts. The person that helped me was extremely nice the time visited. The only thing negative I have to say would be that it is hard to see the place when you are driving down Precinct Line Rd.

Went here on a very busy Saturday morning and even though it was cold the place was already getting packed around 9:30 am. Its a new location so everything is clean and nice,and theyre still kind of learning the ropes behind the counter but the donuts were good and the staff was polite.

Best Shipleys Ive been to in a long time. Even after 11am donuts still tasted fresh. Location was sparkling clean! Staff was friendly and inviting. The lady was extremely patient while I took time to make up my mind and even remembered my complicated order & requests. I definitely recommend!!

Its probably the best donut shop in town, hands down. Love their butterfly rolls. So fluffy, light, and its simply the perfect snack. Not overly sweet or dense. Casher lady was so attentive, best customer service Ive seen in a while. Overall, this is a great local donut shop!

Not a good experience. They got my order wrong and when we took a bite of kolache it was all bread and air.

Their kolaches are not anywhere as good as they used to be. They used to be filled with hearty links but have been substituted with the cheap hot dog links. Only worth stopping in if you have a coupon.

This is my familys favorite donut spot. My life changed the day I tried their cake donuts versus the traditional yeast. Major game changer. Also, there is a new Starbucks next door which makes for a perfect pairing.

Cant say I liked it, the person that took our order was an air head and the donuts were very good. They used to be a better, Starbucks maybe more expensive but better.

Ill have a dozen kolaches, but they wont tell you if they have been sitting out for an hour and have turned stale.....

Never had a bad experience. Always quick and helpful any time we come in.

I would highly suggest having someone work the drive thru that knows what theyre doing and can remember the order when I repeat it face to face three separate times!

Finally a good donut shop! Usually the best donut places are holes in the wall but this place seems to be brand new. Great service with a drive thru, but the most important part is that their donuts melt in your mouth. Their fillings taste like their name (huge issues at other places) and they actually fill the donuts. I pass five or six other places and fight traffic to make it to this Shipley Donuts.

Ive grown up on these since age 3 in East Texas. By far the best chain of donuts! My favorite is the original plain glazed.

We love Shipley’s — but this one is exceptionally good! Staff is always SO sweet to my wild little ones. The other day I went through the drive through and asked if they took Apple Pay (I forgot my wallet, but had promised my son a donut for being good at a dr’s appointment earlier that morning). They said no, but they were happy to give us our donuts on the house! They had no idea how much I appreciated that $1.09 donut that day!!!!!

My daughter earned a free donuts coupon through the summer reading program. They were so friendly and happy to serve us. I really appreciate their support of the community.

I cannot get over how GOOD these doughnuts are.. they are the best I have ever had. They literally melt in your mouth. Everytime I come here theyre always warm and fresh. The staff is always friendly and kind! Plus their coffee is really good too!

Off the list! OMG Stale! End of my Maple bar was crunchy, When I opened bag the Maple topping was all over the bag not on the donut. Not even sure it was maple flavored. Plus it was filled with cream filling! Yuk. Asked for a bar not a filled one. Then to totally ruin my experience I opened the bag to get my Sausage Roll out and found this large roll wrapped around a tiny, little, bland sausage, not from Ekerage Farm for sure.. Definitely more bread than meat. Worst donut shop ever!

The service was great but the donuts not so much. I got the old fashion cinnamon roll. It was okay, maybe the regular donuts are better.

Probably my fault for going later than I usually do (around 10:30am), but the donuts were old and did not taste good. We ended up throwing away most of the donuts, but I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the kolaches were so good.

I drive 15 min away from home past 3 other donut places to get here. My favorite donuts and friendly service. My dog recognizes where we are when we pull into the drive through :D

Tons of donuts places around here, but this one is in its own stand alone building. The donuts are good, the service is fine and the place is clean. Can get a little busy especially on Sunday mornings but never too crowded.

They will stuff your Donuts of choice with your favorite flavor cream. Just be very certain that they are using vanilla cream and not the Bavarian cream if thats to your liking because they will get it wrong and you wont know till you get home but they are really good Donuts for Texas anyway

They only get one shot at making a good first impression. The place looked fresh and clean. The donuts had that old oil aftertaste. The cinnamon roll tasted old and dry and looked like it was made by a kid on their first attempt at baking. ....wont be back. Ill put up with the rude service at Dunkin for a better donut.

Today has been a crummy kind of day. Im in a state of depression that ivI been working through and today was a stuff myself with sugar kind of day after leaving physical therapy. Stopping by Andys and then coming around to the donut shop I thought Id grab a couple sweets for the twins after school. The kind younge gentleman asked me how my day was asand proceeded to tell me he just got in after leaving school..... Anyways at the end of our transaction he leaned out the window and said Jesus Loves You. Guess I really needed to hear that from a stranger because it really brought a smile to my face on such a bleek winter s day in Texas. Thank you for that.😊

Ive heard great things about this place but durring my fist try my girlfriend and I both received donuts that tasted a little bit rancid and her little sister got one that was mostly air pocket.

Since I was a kid some 50 years, cant remember a time in my life when something as simple as a donut could always make me smile. Well the birth of my kids and their tiny baby feet beat doughnuts, but not much else. Shipleys is the baby feet of doughnuts.
