This place usually does pretty well but today they left out my favorite part of my drink. The caramel macchiato is supposed to come with caramel drizzle and they completely left it out. You can see in the pictures provided that there is clearly no caramel drizzle. It typically sinks down to the bottom of the cup and you can’t even see it there. I was in a rush so I didn’t check it until I had already left. My drink was supposed to be prepared by 9:43 and it wasn’t finished until 9:53 and I couldn’t stay any longer. When you’re paying $6+ for a drink, you would think it would be right, even if they are swamped with orders…

If your looking to get a good coffee and have a delicious breakfast sandwich in morning this is the place to be. Its fast and efficient with outstanding employees that cater to your coffee needs

I have been to this Starbucks numerous times because I live off Davis. So it’s my closest Starbucks. I never feel like the experience is so bad that I need to comment. Normally my order just doesn’t taste very good or the barista at the window is rude, but never really worth a comment with today’s times. Well today was finally the last straw. I mobile ordered and was about 10 minutes later than the original Pu time because they looked busy so I went to the car wash. When I walked in there was at least 25 people waiting for their drinks, and a drive thru lane out to Rufe snow. There were 7 employees working and basically only two people actually working. 1 girl was just complaining about how she got behind and talking and talking and talking instead of just shutting up and working. Everyone understands a delay. No one understand you standing and crying about working. One girl was literally carrying all the weight for the entire store. Good job Norma! She wasn’t Saying a word and was pushing out at least a drink a minute or more. There was another girl pushing out food. There were people in front of me who left because they had been waiting 45 minutes for 1 drink. I saw 7 people leave and didn’t even ask for a refund. I would hope the district manager will take this comment and come help at this store. I hate putting a bad review anywhere right now because everything is so different right now but this is just laziness and attitude.

The staff is always extremely nice, but they do tend to make incorrect drinks and do not have any urgency when it comes to being busy. As a mangers yall need to work on a better work ethic with your staff. They have the people skills just need peep in their step.

Don’t go to this Starbucks! You are better off driving to the next nearest one!! I order two drinks and some bakery items. I was going to use my points on my bakery items. I got to the drive thru window and the lady did not even give me a chance to speak she just scanned my card and said her system is not working. I tried to tell her I want to use my point only on the bakery items and she obviously wasn’t listening. Because she then told me it went through! Instead of just being charged for two drinks at $10 I was charged over $20 because the lady did not listen to me! And then I told her that’s not what I wanted all she said was sorry. Didn’t even offer a solution. I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN

Used to not like to Starbucks and would drive to go to a different Starbucks. I decided to give this Starbucks another opportunity. JOSH was so nice he exceeded my expectations. His customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond and even asked me if I wanted a pup cup for my dog. He seemed delighted with a big smile on his face and happy to be at work. Now that’s the culture of Starbucks.

Ordered ahead drove over and got in the drive through line. Got to the speaker and they said oh didnt see that one we will let right on it. 10 cars ahead of me took a little bit to get to the window but when I did they gave me someone elses order but they quickly corrected and remade my correct order.

Horrible customer service. This big chubby lady with brown hair, supermean and unprofessional. If she doesnt know how to do things right or doing customer service, then she shouldnt work there. Around 6:26 Am, oct 19, 21. Is the second time she crosses the line. The first time I asked her something politely and she replied Well if you asked for it, it should be there with a rude tone. Never again going in there!

My ADDICTION and favorite location! They always make my drink perfectly and since I am a consistent customer majority of the staff know my name and my drink! I am usually greeted with a good morning and the barista knowing exactly who I am which is a great feeling and one of the reasons this is my favorite location to visit! I will typically visit 5 or 6 days out of the week, no matter what time I visit I am never disappointed! This is a busy location due to being off of the freeway and a busy street so ordering ahead and waking in to pick up is your best bet for a quick trip however it is worth the wait!

The shift lead (Destiny)I had an encounter with was extremely unprofessional. The baristas seem great but under pressure it doesn’t seem they can listen very well and then speak to you in a rude manner once you tell them the order is incorrect. I asked for managements name and was argued back and forth to finally get a email. Yet to receive a response from the manager. I just wouldn’t recommend this specific location; better going to Keller parkway or watauga/ Denton hwy.

Very slow. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally got to the window, I asked if they would discount the drink; they said no. So, I left, took my money to Roots Coffee shop off BLVD 26 and had a coffee within 10 min of leaving this Starbucks location.People’s time is valuable! $6 for a drink every 15 minutes, that’s roughly $24 per hour for a customer. Luckily there alternatives close by.

The workers here aren’t the friendliest. They made drinks correctly, but annoyed that they are always closing the cafe portion of the location due to being ‘short staffed.’ This means management can’t get it together which probably is telling why the employees are not as friendly like most Sbux

Cafe was closed on on the app it said it was open and I could pick it up got there and it was closed they brought my drink out which was nice but my drink was not made right and that was money down the drain not very happy since I payed for stuff that they did not put in my drink

This Starbucks has gradually gotten worse on each visit. I tried to be forgiving and thought it was a fluke the first time but today marks the 3 time they messed up my order. Right when I got my drink I knew the COLOR was completely Wrong!! I didn’t have time to sit there and have them re-make it as that would have made me late for work. Not sure if it’s the staff’s lack of experience or poor management. It’s the little things like them also forgetting the caramel drizzle on my caramel latte. Sadly I will have to look for a new Starbucks. Very disappointed!

The only thing that perplexes me is how they havent got the last line correct the last few times Ive been here.I dont like to chew my drinks or the ice in them, hence why I ask for double blended. So please explain the picture.I order mobile because I dont usually have time to sit at Starbucks, but am requesting a refund or rewards for this. This location is always crowd of customers since the drive-thru until the inside service. The customer service is great, they are very friendly and happy. They make feel really good.

I know this isnt the stores problem but its a corporate problem. I spent 400 stars and ordered a reusable cup that the App said this store had in stock. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they did not have the cup. So now Im out 400 stars cause the App is giving false information. I even called another store which the App said it had the cup in stock and I called them only to be told they did not have the cup either. We work hard to build up stars to get nice cups and then they just get taken from us cause the App gives false info.

This place is usually awesome. Thats why I am giving 3 stars. I pass here on my way to work. I usually order on my mobile app before I leave the house and its about a 10-12 min drive. I check the time quotes on my app to make sure Im not early and then I walk in, usually get my order right on the spot or within 2-3 minutes. The last few weeks I have had to wait 8-10 mins when the app is already telling me my order is ready. Please change the time quotes or catch up with them. If I had the time to wait an extra 10 minutes I would just order in person or wait in the drive thru line.

They make you wear masks....so only w stars other tham that. Great service!!!

Having been a partner, I am pretty patient and understanding. I have been there I know what it takes. This store is awful! It was filthy, behind the bar, counter tops, floors, I saw layered syrup splatter on the walls! This store does not have the starbucks standards that I know all too well. The partners were just rude, I am sorry to inconvenience you with a “complicated order.” I wish I would have taken photos and timed how long it took for someone to greet us at the window. The morning crew is keeping this store alive. The store manager needs to see this their employees working.

Honestly, I think the clothes Starbucks locations are much faster than this one. Save yourself the trouble, go someplace else! 15 minutes in line! And I was only 4 cars behind!

Fantastic, they didnt have exactly what I wanted for lack of supplies but my barista was quick with an alternative suggestion and it was delicious.

Been going to this location for years. I got out of my way to try to go to other locations for many reasons. Most recently nitros are consistently watery.

Just visited for the first time since my job is over here and I wont be back. I ordered my usual and it didnt taste like it. I could taste more of the dairy than the coffee or the extra shots of espresso I also ordered. Will not be back! Only gave 2 stars for how fast I got my drink.

They close at 9pm and I just left from there and the guy was so rude and stated they were close but when I asked why he simply walked away from the drive thru window!! So Rude

Busy location. If the lone gets long it can go onto Rufe Snow. The window employee was friendly. I like the nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream.

As someone who goes to 4 locations regularly, this has to be my least favorite. I order the same thing from each location and this one never tastes like they give me my 4 shots in my WC mocha.

Even though it’s a slightly smaller than the Starbucks I go to more frequently, it offers the same level of comfort, convenient access to WiFi, a good and quiet atmosphere to work away from my home office. Service was really fast too at this location!

The Starbucks on Rufe snow ...Wow, they are just terrible and it stinks because there nice but they are Absolutely without any doubt the worst Starbucks and I trave A lot and I go To Starbucks everywhere and they are absolutely the worst .And for some reason I goBack there knowing that my drink which is literally the most simple drink ever, they will screw it up every single time And what I get to eat at times it so easy . I am a very simple person and they screw Up every single time.I guess I’m a glutton for punishment but every time I wanna know if you thought I didn’t want to get them a chance but everything will time they grew up everything will time wit I guess I’m a glutton for punishment There has never been one time where they have not messed up my order.

I go to a lot of different Starbucks but this is one of my favorites because the employees are so over the top nice. They greet and remember customers and are always smiling. Its always clean and plenty of comfy seating. Only bad thing is the physical location can be hard to get into if youre driving south on Rufe Snow.

Very rude staff. Unfortunately Christina sat on my mobile order and told me to wait and didn’t bother to look through the orders to see if it was ready. She also told another employee that she doesn’t listen and mentioned to another that she should never apologize to customers. I would be hard pressed to come back to this location.

Update: Ive given this place a few more chances since its so close to me. The last couple of times have been much improved, so i upped my rating to 4 stars. Good example why sometimes you should give a place a second or even third chance. I love Starbucks but this is my least fav location. They e messed up my order multiple times. Got a very watered down mocha today that was supposed to have peppermint added, but got to work & realized it had no peppermint an the mocha was so weak/mild it tasted like warm milk with a hint of mocha. Super disappointed today. $6 for warm milk. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wow! My husband and I were having a stressful and busy day trying to get his shattered phone taken care of after work. We came here to set it up. Our two year old was very upset since she wasn’t getting her way climbing on the table. So we left to sit in the car to wait for my husband. The manager/supervisor came to my window to give her a kids vanilla bean milk! It was so sweet of him! He made our day! And our daughter drank all of it! It tasted really good!

1st...Im a diehard coffee-holic, and tend to be here LITERALLY every day.. May have missed 1 day due to being in the boonies and NO Starbucks around. I dont know how they survive..anyway, I digress. The baristas here are beyond amazing! They are welcoming and GREAT at their jobs!2nd... If youre a complicated drink order kinda person, no judgement..I am too! This location has the best people for you. They always make sure you get exactly what you ordered and wanted! I love this location and its above and beyond staff.

Always quick and courteous, and best of all my drink is always exactly how I am expecting it to be! Plus, they are terrific with my small dog. Just ask for puppy-whip at your next visit and they will give your dog a small cup of cool whip! My Sadie loves it!

How hard is it to pour regular coffee? I hate coming here. Every time they have tons of employees who are standing around doing nothing. I use mobile ordering to save time and avoid mistakes. I come in to pick up an order when it is supposed to be ready and they havent even poured my plain coffee with nonfat milk. Then when I ask someone after saying excuse me several times, they finally pour it and decide to jazz it up with STEAMED milk, which I definitely didnt order. Then I am met with blank stares as I request that they make it correctly, the way I ordered it. Then that takes another several minutes to simply POUR regular coffee in a cup. The whole time the rest of the employees are standing around doing nothing except for maybe one girl. Dont waste your time here. Its worth driving an extra few miles to avoid it.

They are polite and always take their time to make sure your order and your name is correct. And if your order isnt right they not only fix the issue, but they give you a refund as well.I will go out of my way to get my green tea frappe at the Starbucks inside of the Barnes and Noble. 😊
