Roy was incredible in understanding and exceeding my expectations for our son’s mattress for college. This is the fourth mattress I’ve bought from Mattress Firm; we’ve been very pleased with their customer service. Roy was particularly exceptional!

The Store Manager, Roy, helped us select the right mattress for our guest room. He was the right balance of information but not overly aggressive. He was also patient as he answered questions on a mattress for my mom in Tennessee.

Sam was awesome! Went in last night and knew what mattress we wanted but had questions and needed more information about an adjustable bed frame vs a box frame. She answered all of our questions, she was enthusiastic and you can tell she enjoyed her job. In addition, we needed our mattress and adjustable bed to be delivered out of town, she arranged that as well, we even kept her about 30 minutes past closing time doing all of that and she never rushed us. All in all, a great experience, thank you Sam!

I would recommend this company. My wife and I began our search for a new bed here...then we went and shopped the competition...but returned here to purchase the bed. Their selection was good. The sales manager (Sam) was very helpful...and we felt no pressure. From shopping the competition, we felt like that we got a better bed at a great price.

My wife has a severe back problem. Sam was very good to work with us until she found a solution. At her suggestion, we also visited two other stores and found all Mattress Firm associates to be very friendly, courteous, and helpful; Jake at North East Mall and Dillon in North Richland Hills were each very helpful in seeking a solution.

The new manager, Sam, was awesome. She took the time to make sure we had the right mattress and bed base for our needs and gave us a great deal. We did not feel rushed or pressured. If you are looking for a new mattress go talk to her and she will take care if you.

I would not recommend this location. I parked in a parking spot in front of their store which is NOT reserved for Mattress Firm and the employee who was outside talking on their phone and smoking told me I needed to move my car. So I had to reload my kids in the car just to move spots. If Mattress Firm wants to reserve the spot they need to add a sign.
