I went in to the store just before 10a this morning. Instead of making we wait until straight-up 10:00, as most business do, they welcomed me in pleasantly and got right to work. Within two hours, I had four new speakers, a new Apple car play system, and a new alarm. During the installation, the installer, Mark, asked me twice about my preference for the placement of various things. Mark was fast, careful, precise, and courteous. The owner, John, knows everything there is to know about sound systems (and a whole lot of other things that you will soon learn if you have a chance to talk to him — smart dude!) and won’t sell you something you don’t need. He is honest, genuine, and very helpful. As I told him, I don’t think I can recall enjoying ANY form of installation as much as this one. Before you check other shops, start here first. I described what i needed done over the phone, someone gave me one price of $60 and said come in to get it done. I get there 30mins later, they up the price to $100. I said yall said $60, the guy said he had to see it. So i drove 30 mins for no reason. This is BAD BUSINESS!!!! Mark gave me the price. These people left a bs response, what they did was called BAIT&SWITCH - I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THWM AT ALL!!!!

Great folks over there at Car Sounds. They helped me when no one else would and saved me from making a costly mistake when I was given false information by another car audio dealer. Very happy with their work. They only work with high quality audio, no cheap stuff.

I got my 2020 chevy silverado done here back in February of 2021. Gotta say since I got my system done by these guys I spend more time in my truck than I need to lol. Very down to earth and relatable guys. I got a full JL audio system installed and the price was great and the sound is incredible. I couple weeks ago I noticed one of my door speakers went out. I called up the shop John advised me to bring it on in asap. They diagnosed the problem which was a faulty blown speaker that was on backorder. The following week my new speaker came in and was installed right away free of charge. If that isnt top notch service I dont know what is! Im now back and installing JL audio in my 20221 Honda Accord.Bottom line if you are looking for affordable service with top of the line quality I encourage you pay Car sound inc a visit. You will not be disappointed!

I was looking for a place to install my husband’s Father’s Day gift! I needed someone that could do it fast and in a short notice so my husband wouldn’t find out that his truck was missing LOL! I called and spoke to John the owner! Told him what I wanted and did everything I asked for! He worked with me on my schedule as well! I didn’t have time to wait for them to do the install so John was able to take me home and pick me up once it was all done! I had spent thousands of dollars on audio equipment in my Audi S8.. I had a nagging alternator whine (small amount). I had tried numerous things and spent hours trying to eradicate it. I stopped in and talked to John, he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help even though I had spent no money with them. With his suggestions and advice I was able to fix the issue. Top notch customer service and a true willingness to help. This is rare to find with custom audio installers. A top notch guy and a top notch place!

I took my 2003 F150 Harley Davidson addition to have a radio put in and a back up camera. Their customer service was impeccable. I had an alarm that I needed help with that wasn’t working properly and the entire staff went out of their way to fix the problem for me free of charge. The owner was very friendly as was the entire staff and they talk to me through each part of my build. I will do business again with this establishment and I cannot say enough kind words for all the help that they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get any type of stereo radio

This place is AMAZING! We bought after market radio and additional items from BestBuy and never again. BestBuy installer messed up so bad, their insurance company had to pay me over $5000 in repair to fix the problem. We went to Car Sounds and they really know their stuff and fixed everything along with Christian Brothers on Rufe Snow. Since then we have been back with my husbands car to add items. I highly recommend this place for car toys.

Yeah these guys are exactly what you’re seeing here on google. Insane. A previous customer was paid out in an hour after bringing his red Chevy in for an install. He looked at me and was blown away how quick these guys were; even made a joke that it would have taken him an entire weekend to do a job they completed in an hour. John and his crew quickly attacked my wife’s traverse with a flip down dvd installation. Prices were reasonable and extremely fair. Will be bringing them my other two cars to fix some work that another shop wasn’t able to correctly take care of.

At 8/15/2020 and I’m from Arkansas visiting. I call this store this morning at approximately 1030. Which I was trying to Retrieve a capacitor but the guy at the store was absolutely rude off the back. No good morning back, customer service was awful. And as I was explaining what I need the guy hangs up on me. And as I call back he hangs up again. THIS STORE IS Absolutely NO GOOD.

John and his team installed a JL Audio 8 powered sub in my truck. They gave me a couple different installation options and did a great install. This sub sounds great. I couldnt be happier with the entire process from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them for your audio needs!

Very cool place. Gave me a good price (better than Best Buy) and did an awesome job installing a huge upgrade from my factory radio. I love it! First impressions are important. When I walked in the store John was in the shop helping two Soldiers with an electrical problem in their car. No profit making, just helping two Soldiers in need on their cross country drive. As a Veteran, he had my business instantly. They did a great job fast and have all the equipment on hand. They have more than anyone else when it comes to equipment installation harnesses and everything that goes in our modern vehicles. I had put in a backup camera on my truck. I installed the factory style one that is in the tailgate handle so I could see when I backup to my trailer and got a new stereo but with the new technology you cant install them the way we did it in the good old days so I took it to the pros. They have a nice big shop and really helpful people too. I recommend this place to anyone.

They were great, knowledgeable and gave me options for me to pick based on my interests. I had other errands and they worked me in later that day. Work was professional and met all expectations as well as they went over the features before I left. Price was very reasonable.

I took my car to them over a month ago and these guys are the best! I previously had my radio installed and messed up by 2 other car audio companies. After dealing with it for at least a month with the other guys I decided to take it here to have them check it out. They looked at my radio right away when I showed up. Even though I did not buy the parts from them, the owner still called the brand/part representative to come out to look at it for FREE!!! He did not even want to charge me! After checking everything we decided the part was not communicating to vehicle properly so we installed another part and BOOM! Problem solved! I dealt with the other guys for so long and I was very relieved that these guys took care of the problem that day! It has been over a month since I was there and my radio is working great! These guys are the best car audio guys in DFW!

Ive been having issues with my factory radio going off and on for months I finally decided to go have it checked out. I went to a shop up the road from Car Sounds & the guy told me it was going to be $125 to even come outside to just check my car out. So I decided to stop at Car Sounds & John totally took the time out to check my fuses & radio connection without the ridiculous $125 fee he was completely helpful & didnt try to screw me over. Very knowledgeable as well. When the time comes I will for sure be coming back here for my audio installation.

My husband blessed me with a new sound system for my birthday this year. I had no idea what features were available so he took me in and they walked me thru step by step what options were available. They took their time explaining everything and demonstrating the features. They did a stellar install and it was fast! They were done ahead of schedule. The owners even have a huge music library they allow you to copy to a thumb drive for your new stereo. You cant find any better pricing, equipment and service anywhere. I highly recommend them.

Rolled up here one day by chance on a Wednesday and was greeted before entering. They looked at my concern in the parking lot (where I pulled up) and quickly addressed my issue. I raised another concern and they took my vehicle back and fixed it within no time and I was quickly on my way.

I took my 2007 Honda Pilot to Car Sounds for a Bluetooth setup/connection so that I could listen to my music through the car stereo. They were very friendly and thoroughly explained all the various options. I left my car and picked it up an hour later. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Car Sounds. Also very reasonably priced!

These guys are great honest people. Brought my nephews car in due to issue with security system because we bought it and it did not come with alarm piece for keychain. The alarm was stuck on activated. Instead of trying to make extra money to install a new security system, they came and said honestly you don’t need to get another one. I can make a key alarm real fast for about $80 less ordering one. They aren’t about taking your money. They are about doing a great job and do what is best for the customer. Not their wallets!

Went in last Saturday looking to upgrade the audio system on a 1984 Silverado pickup. The shops owner listened to what I was looking for and came up with a solution that met all the needs without a lot of unnecessary expense. He and his team were extremely easy to work with and I walked out of there 2 hours later with a GREAT system! Will be going back soon for auto security system. I cant give these guys enough stars!

I took my Harley to this shop because I had a weird interference sound coming from the bike sometimes when I rode it. So it took some old school troubleshooting instead of just part swapping which is very hard to find in shops these days. I tried various Certified master Harley techs an know one could figure it out till this shop spent the time an use there vast knowledge and years of experience to fix the problem! The owner went above and beyond today to help me out. Thought the amp might be draining the battery and causing my car not to start. Well Im from Memphis and I wanted upgrade my sounds in 2017 mustang gt from Sewell. Went to car toys in Irving first $1000 for one sub with amp. Then went to NRH location same thing but the guy went straight to the computer to give me a price that was very scary. So called Jeff at Car sounds with no BS in his tone he gave me a flat price and even when I picked up my gt the price was the same as I was quoted. Im coming back to purchase other upgrades! Texas Im tellin you dont pass this place up

I have used their shop twice in the last year and have been very pleased with the level of expertise, service, and time it took to get the jobs done. The guys know there stuff and dont charge an arm and a leg to install like the box stores do. They allow you to watch them during the installation which doesnt ever happen elsewhere. I had a major install done here that included the purchase and installation of a NAV unit, an amp, lights, and a sub. Initially, I was nervous about having someone work on my beloved car. After speaking with John (the owner) and Jeff, I came to realize just how much experience they have and allowed me to hang out with them as they performed the install. Watching them work, I cannot stress the amount of experience and know-how that these guys have. The install went without any trouble and when I first heard the new system, my jaw just dropped to the floor and I had a huge smile on my face. I was equally amazed at the lighting system that they had recommended. Best of all, everything that I purchased and the work performed is under warranty by them. Highly recommended!!!

Couldnt ask for better customer service! I bought a remote start/alarm system and decided to install it myself. Although I dont recommend doing so unless you have some experience but being an ASE master tech I decided to give it a go even though this isnt something I usually perform in my shop. John went out of his way to make install as easy as possible helping me organize wires and printing out helpful documents before I ever left with my purchase. I ran across a couple snags and he had no problems guiding me into the right direction and even helped program and adjust sensors after it was all installed. The staff was incredibly respectful and willing to work endlessly to help uninstall my exterior car alarm. It seemed that my car wasnt cooperating with the staff but sure enough after many attempts they fixed it! Went in to the shop completely ignorant of what was wrong with my radio and within 5 minutes they discovered the issue and fixed it for super cheap. They then offered to fix up my wirings because of how messy it was and again took just a few minutes and did so very cheaply. Exquisite service and I would recommend this shop to anyone no matter what part of town they are from.
