I have read most of the reviews, good and bad. For me, this Depot is fantastic regardless of what i have read. I always get professional help and assistance at all times when i shop there. My biggest problem with the Depot is i want more stuff but have a small pocket book. The staff are exceptional and cheerful even with masks on!!!
I went to this store on the morning of Saturday July 31st to buy an evaporative cooler because online they showed to have a few in stock. When I arrived I asked an employee there where they are. She informed me that when their website states very few in stock it actually means they do not have any. And that I would have to order it online.I went home and went to the website again. The cooler I wanted was available to be shipped to my home on the same day for $35 extra. I ordered it and then sat in my living room and waited. I received a notification that it was delivered. But it was not. I went outside and checked. I walked up and down my street looking for a box that would hold it on all of my neighbors porches and there was nothing.I called the store to inform them that it wasn’t delivered, but that tracking states that it was delivered. The associate then put me on hold while she called, I think, the carrier. When she came back to my call the associate for the delivery company was on the phone. They told me that they had to open a case number and research this. And that it would take several days, even though I needed that cooler that day badly. I asked for clarification “So I will not be getting the cooler today, even though I paid for it today and paid extra money for it to be delivered today?” The answer was that was true.I am very frustrated with this whole ordeal. And they still have my money from my credit card 3 days later. And I’m here with no way of cooking the area that I desperately needed cooler this whole time.
Wasnt able to find plumbing part that I needed. Unfortunately, there was no one around so I left empty handed.
This location was very helpful. One gentleman helped remove the mirror i needed from the wall as the last item left. They went out of their way for sure.
High kudos to your 8 year employee Sandi, who noticed I was exiting the garden area and stated “couldn’t find anything today?” when I was empty handed. Told her, “that’s correct and there is no one to ask for help”. Sandi stepped up big time and was able to locate exactly what I needed in an entirely different department. Sandi is a keeper for the NRH’s Home Depot store!!! You’re very blessed to have this dedicated employee!!!
I love this store, the staff are really friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.. on Tuesday of last week, I had to go to customer service and one lady was extremely happy, to help and was able to right the I mistakes i made during the shopping excursion I went on to fix a door and frame in my house... She was very gracious in her time to take of me...And to the lady who checked me out thank you very much...
I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot this last time Because of the people that helped me with my purchase, which was concrete. Thanks to Jadon Jose and Ray For being strong young men And lending a hand.Very hard workers These three are..Its probably about time They got a raise
RENTAL DEPARTMENT- 1st 5 star experience I have had at Andy Home Depot in over 20 years. The Precinct Line HD rental employees were great. Equipment (10 EDCO Concrete Floor Grinder) was in great operational shape, did the job I needed.
Be wary of the rental department. They do not explain additional charges that get tacked onto the end of the bill. On a $96 daily rental for a pressure washer, I was charged an additional $17 for insurance that was not explained to me. They just ask you to sign the digital signature without full explanation. In addition, I returned it 30 minutes late and they tack on excessive fees for that and were unwilling to work with me. The equipment worked fine, but the additional, hidden fees that get tacked on were frustrating. I will be renting from more honest/straight-forward options in the future
This stores manager, a lady named Elizabeth is completely incompetent and unwilling to take care of customers when mistakes are made.I called this home depot and have an employee (a real human being) the SKU before I purchased a 600$ tool online to make sure i could come pick it up that day. The employee I spoke with on the phone said yes they had 2 in stock and I completed the purchase online. When I arrived at the store (an hour drive away from where I was) I was told the tool wasnt ready yet. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if I could go get the tool myself, they said sure and told me what aisle/bay it was in. I went there, they didnt have it. I returned to the CS desk and they sent an employee to look for it, they didnt have one at all. They said they could have it delivered to my home and made a couple phone calls trying to track one down. I waited for approximately30minutes while 2 employees helped the store manager (Elizabeth) perform actions on the computer which apparently she didnt know how to do then they started making more phone calls which resulted in them telling me it couldnt be delivered until the 17th (a week away from when I needed the tool, which is why Im driving around trying to purchase it). The end result was Elizabeth telling me all she could do was refund it to my card and that was that.I will never trust home depot or shop there ever again, not because they made a mistake but because I called to verify with a SKU and they confirmed it was there, wasted my whole day (I drove to 3 stores) and then after all that they didnt even offer anything at all or try to make it right.
Poor customer service from the tool rental. No help at all. Wouldnt even try
It was the neighborhood Home Depot. Not much to say. However, I did notice that when I was at Lowes just down the street I was asked if I needed any help by 5 different employees. While at this Home Depot, 0.Its not a huge deal for me because I rarely need assistance but its something I noticed that might help someone else.Happy Shopping.tldr; introverts that dont want help go here. Anyone else might enjoy Lowes down the street.
I was there with My favorite person in the world....it was awesome. Clean.and fast service
Way better than Lowes. Especially when it comes to knowledgeable staff.
We were in and out quickly. The employees are knowledgeable.
Kind greetings. Wonderful service &/or helpers.
Amir was great. I had an issue and he fixed it. Made a customer for life.
The worst plumbing department as far assisting with project questions.Looks like they dont want to bothered. Guess good help really is hard to find, especially at this store,.
I love the Home Depot! They have everything I need and want at reasonable prices.
Very helpful, had to fix a paint disaster and they taught me how to take care of it!
Loved the fact that most employees were helpful and wore mask.
Went and got a miter saw good price but took them 45min to pull it from the back ridiculous wait
I am so grateful to Cotey in the lumber department for cutting it up my wood for me. I live in an apartment and dont want to be disturbing my neighbors by running power tools. He really took his time and did some careful precision cuts for this structure that I am building. Great effort and great care taken. The best people are really what makes a great business! Thanks Cotey!
I shop at this home depot every time I need to do a DIY. Always have what I need in stock. Super fast check out as always.
Home depot was a life saver. I need to mow my lawn but did not need to buy a mower. I was able to rent for a day for just 30.00
Professional helpful employees. Great selection.
Ok....Bought a garage door opener and paid for installation...Door was delivered and now trying to get someone to install it....hopefully I will be able to get someone out here... still trying....
Great help securing a truck to help with my move. Helped make the move a little more bearable.
Great selection of plants. Nice service even in the rain.
Left Lowes with great customer service and people asking if you need anything and how you were today they didnt have to stuff I needed so went to Home Depot no customer service no one asked how youre doing except for the cashier past several employees through the store lucky they had what I needed
I love home depot. My experience was great.very friendly associates.
A lot of tools, a lot of discounts, and an excellent price on everything they sell, technically you find everything
I was pushing to finish a project, and needed some pretty specific items. I was quite impressed that Home Depot had everything I needed!
We had the worst experience we have ever had here, this last time we went to this location! We went to purchase materials for our job the night before we were going to be needing them. It was not a massive order or anything but they had to dig them out of somewhere they said and asked if we could get them in the morning. We said yes and went ahead and paid for them and they asked what time we would like to pick them up and I said 8 am. Long story short, we lost over 2 hours of working time while waiting on them to try and find the order they should have already had pulled. Horrible customer service
Always great experience and superior service.
They had the edging I needed. It was a quick in and out experience.
One of the best locations ever…
Not very well stocked and over priced save money and order on line
Your website is the absolute worst.. I tried ordering washer and dryer and the price kept changing on me going up even more and you can’t even except split payments it’s ridiculous...
Took care of my need for a reader tiller speedily.
People are more knowledgeable here than any other home depot.
Its home Depot, not a terrible one either.
Always at this place prices are getting out of control though
Skylin in garden area was super helpful today. So were the Hardware personnel too. Trying to use landscape fencing as an outdoor puppy gate and everyone helped me figure it out. From what hinges, screws, drill bit, etc. are needed. I shop here often almost weekly. Everyone has been friendly, professional and available to help. More discounts, savings or rebates would be helpful and motivating for frequent non business buyers.
Home Depot is for people who want to do it themselves and get it done right the first time. Rather than outsourcing ones life to another person, leading to a disparaging feeling of existential dread and listlessness in the same moment. Home Depot staff also helped me find the items I needed. Which was handy.
Im currently working to get a kitchen installed. Pam, in kitchen design, is knowledgeable, communicative, and stays on top of everything effortlessly. Would recommend working with her on your next kitchen project!
It is okay... It is over priced and there is never anyone to help me.
Home Depot is always going to get 5 stars unless you dont find what you are looking for. I guess based off my review you can tell I got what I was looking for.
Unethical employees. I will strictly shop Lowes across the street going forward.I went in to look at a temporary mailbox. Saw one where the box had obviously been opened, only one of the type and price range. Seeing the box had be resealed (shoddy work at that) and nobody by the mail boxes I headed towards the self check-out. I asked the attendant there if the contents of the box could be examined. He allowed it, I found a round post half had a dent in it, and wanted to make sure whatever it couples with wouldnt need to inside of it (if something meant for that size round hole is needed there, it wont fit). I found the instructions and hardware, except that it wasnt for that mail box. The manufacturer was even different. The attended came by as I was repacking the box and asked if I would take it. I explained that it was damaged and didnt have the correct hardware, so, no, and if he wanted me to leave it out. After a strange stare and silence I asked if he wanted me to put it back, at which point he asked me to.How the hell do you just put back a poorly packaged damaged product with mismatched hardware kit after a customer points it out?Sad times...
The people was helpful and kind and nice.
Its Home Depot. Same as any other.Still, I hate self checkout.
It was okay getting into the store couldnt find what I was looking for and there was nobody in the department went to three separate ones
Nice guys. They cut some wood for me--very polite and helpful.
Recently my son and husband have had the worst customer experience at Home depot. Tonight my husband went to change a sprinkler head, not realizing the store closed at 8pm. He was greeted at the door and informed that the facility was closed, he was leaving when the employee noted if that is all you need its on isle 37 make it quick. So he ran and got the part and got in line. He was then approached by the manager and told to return the part because he entered the store after 8pm, despite being told by an employee to go ahead and get the part. In the time it took the manager to make a scene, in front of employees and other patrons, the part could have been purchased. Mind you there were still customers in the store. I am disgusted with this occurrence. My husband is a veteran and front line worker and I am disgusted with the treatment he received. He would never post this review, but two days ago my son also had a horrible experience with customer service at the same store. ENOUGH Home Depot, get it together. With unemployment has high as it is, I am sure you can find qualified people for your store that would be grateful to have a job.
Product: great. Staff: not so much. Came to buy a Christmas tree. I was able to find a nice one for a fair price, considering it was a floor model. Now, purchasing the actual tree is where the issues began. The gentleman in the garden center area was busy but nice enough to stop and help me dismantle the tree but unfortunately just kind of left me there to yet again, find somebody else to confirm the price for me, pay me out, etc. It’s not my fault that the store didn’t put a price tag on the tree. He knew when he dismantled it for me that it didn’t have a price tag so it’s not like I was gonna be able to just go to the register and say “hey ring me this tree up for $150.” They would have looked at me like I was nuts. To clarify, I had came in about 20 minutes earlier, left and came back inside the store to purchase the tree. When I came in the first time, a really nice purple-haired girl helped me and tried to call over the manager but he/she was apparently too busy to come over and talk with me. that’s fine but not very good customer service. back to trying to pay for the tree. So I’m standing there with a flatbed and a huge 9 foot tree. I’m confused on where to go, so I go to customer service and the girl has the worst time getting ahold of a manager to confirm the price or even help at all. We finally get it situated and she pays me out. The guy that helped me dismantle the tree mentioned that the garden center would be happy to give me a piece of plastic tarp something to lay down on my backseat. Went over there afterwards to get said tarp and the guy has no idea what I was talking about. I suggested if he had any of those plastic coverings that they were using to cover the outdoor grills. He just said, “I don’t know nothing about that.” I circle back to customer service and the same girl answered me SUPER RUDELY. “I don’t know but if we do, they’re on aisle (whatever aisle)” Finally, on my way out, I run into Diego in self checkout who was more than happy to take off one of those covers for the grills and give it to me so I don’t get an insane amount of fake snow and glitter all over my vehicle. He was so kind and apologized for the rest of the staff being unhelpful and rude. Thank you Diego, Purple haired girl and the guy who helped me dismantle the tree. 👍🏽Managers and customer service lady 👎🏽And to top it off, nobody even offered to help me load my 9 foot Christmas tree. That’s just one of those things you offer as good customer service. I guess your business is only worthwhile if you pay full price. I was really nice to everyone in there and was treated like a bother and felt pushed to the side. It was not a good experience.
Great store, with great selection, and the assistant manager and her customer service ladies are the best! Great interaction with all employees I needed help from. Ill be back to this store much more often! Thank you all so much! From a retired USAF Veteran.
Always had someone who has experience or knowledge with the products.
Awesome experience!very clean all around especially in the lumber area. Yes I do and go into the lumber area. Not exactly what I was looking for very neatly organized. Price tags on almost every item. Very helpful individuals.
Always have what I need.
Employees are not very knowledgeable. Not a lot of help in the store.
Help me find the board I needed, cut in to the right size for the perfect fit. Great customer service.
Super helpful and clean
The Manager Rahul,Sorry ( got spelling wrong).Went way above and beyond cordinating all my Ryobi . cordless tools
Mask nazis who can barely speak English and when I asked where something was it took 20 min to find anyone knowledgeable.
We asked for assistance in the garden area, and no associate ever showed up to help. Found the product we wanted, but you were out of the item....
I like this Home Depot as it seems larger in square footage so therefore in selection and inventory. They also seem to have additional tools to rent the other Home Depot stores do not and also the number of cash registers is more so the wait to checkout is less. Also during Covid-19 times theres additional social distancing space in line to pay so no one is getting mad at anyone else. A good thing these days. The store staff knows the products and how to install and use them rather than the parts finders some big box stores are becoming famous for.
John at plumbing was amazing! He looked right, left, high, and low - no luck AND he gave a satisfactory resolution: a better choice. Next great person: person making keys. Thanks! And upon entry assistance offered, proper guidance, and even paged for customer service. Best experience!!! Deserving 10 stars!
Great home depot great customer service great selection a girl named Kristy malesic helped me several times of me coming in she has a smile on her face every time answers all my questions and she is pretty on top of that she gets me in and out on a timely matter she works very very hard when ever I see her in there hope the management team at that home depot takes notes and gives her a raise and promotion she is the hardest working girl I have seen in there thanks home depot for hiring such great workers I would like to hear a response from management I hope you do something for her for all her hardworking and dedication thanks thanks Kristy for your pretty smile 😊 and great dedication for your job its great too see you working so hard 😊 two thumbs up for Kristy 😊
It’s Home Depot and they always have what I need so not much to say about that. Service is what sets one Home Depot apart from any other and this location is always on the ball.
98 PERCENT of all the employees that work there hate their job and it shows! I will sit in traffic and make the longer drive to the Rufe Snow location!
Curbside pickup is absolutely horrible at this location. The worst, literally! Unfortunately cant give ZERO STARS for this location.
Daniel, Katelyn, Tracy Kudos to them for going over and beyond for helping me to get the best experience. I bought a shed online had some real difficulties to get them home. Daniel took ownership and helped me make it happen.... Thanks guys for everything you did....
Store is dirty, employees are rude, way overpriced anyway!
One of my favorites.
Employees are always happy to help and we always get what we are looking for..
Purchased damage bag goods in lawn & garden. Gave me 10% off. One bag was about half full. Last time I will purchase there. Lowes gives 50% off.
Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I came in to return a garden hose that ruptured, and purchased on August 9, 2020. This was a 35 dollar hose, which I used twice. Hannah at returns desk argued with me that the purchase date was past the 90 day return period. Even after explaining that I have a receipt and today is only October 11th, well within the 90 days, she continued acting like i was trying to pull something over on home depot. She asked for my ID, which I get. Why did she have to question my name, like I was lying or something. I asked for a gift card, so I am a return customer. The sheer nature of her actions makes me wonder if I should have just taken the refund. This is the store off precinct line, across from Birdville stadium
Didnt locate what I was looking for this time, but the store is always good, and the staff are really friendly here.
Poor customer service in the paint section. Very rare to find any worker to help or assist with questions or finding things. Ill go to Ace, they are much more helpful.
I always enjoy my trips to Home Depot
Price of wood continues to rise. And the quality goes down. Always as for a cheaper price on lumber. They might be able to move a little if your getting large quantities
Like the store but Lowes still out does them on selections.
The employees where very helpful and it was very clean, and they took the right processions for covid.
Never shopping here again. No one at the main registers would even help to check out, one person walked off and said they would be back. We finally gave up and went to the garden center to check out. The lady at this register refused to let us hold our items while she scanned them and rudely insisted that she was required to hold them while she scanned them. I told her I did not want her touching everything to better protect against the COVID virus - she refused to allow us to check out without her touching everything. Nothing this store is doing about the virus makes any sense. Employees are not required to wear masks, yet somehow closing middle registers helps with the virus and you aren’t allowed to hold items for them to scan? Lost our business to Lowe’s down the street forever. Good job.
Always great sale pricesLots of different things and ways to get your project done and save 💰
Shout out for Pam Taylor, she did a great job helping me find a new range and microwave that could be delivered quickly.
I would give Zero stars for overall customer service, but the paint center was helpful at least.
Fantastic service. In and outTammy was amazing.
Employees are very nice. Everyone was wearing a mask. They were a bit low on some lumber I was needing but overall still good.
They lack and selections of pressure washers
This place never disappoints. Love the costumer service.
Customer service is outstanding
Always helpful
Bought a new gas stove it has been delivered and installed already, love it.
