Received a refrigerator /freezer from these guys that does not work. Had to wait 2 weeks for them to have an open spot for a replacement fridge and then they claim I didnt answer an email to confirm so no one showed up. Called again today and have to wait two more weeks to get a working refrigerator. On top of that the guy is questioning why I waited so long to call him if the fridge wasnt out on Friday...Its the July 4th holiday and I work for a living so I was busy for the weekend and busy at work for two days...on top of that its none of your business why I wait a day or two to make a phone call to an appliance shop! RUDE

I am a 59 yr. Old widow recovering from a house fire which I lost everything. Im not pleased at all and feel like I was TAKEN ADVANTAGE of. T is amazing and will go above and beyond for customers and I love her as a person. A lot happened with my situation during the beginning of the pandemic. I purchased a washer and dryer paid in full. The washer never worked properly nor the dryer it was some timey. They sent a guys out to fix the washer. Put dirt / grease on my carpet from the washer and lied to me. The spin cycle wasnt working properly and the agitator is making a loud noise due to not being secure properly. He claimed he fixed it but no he didnt. While washing one day the top part of the agitator was in the wash with the clothes it came off. They were able to finally pick it up and kept it for two weeks. Came back it started back up. Another guy came out and of course while he was here it barely did anything That was negative. T even heard the noise over the phone. None the less the washer was never fixed. The washer smells so bad no matter what I do I cannot get rid of the order and I have tried everything. I cannot take it any longer so Im purchasing my new washer today! 1 stars for me! Im happy for the people who had a good experience. Everything is not for everybody and instead of listening to God I listened to a friend. 😔

Old dryer bit the dust -- Purchase and install within 2 hours. Handled the whole install and hauled off the old dryer. Quick and efficient. Salesman was real nice too ---No high pressure.

I went to Home Depot and others store no one could help me right away I was told it could take up to 6 months for me to get a Stove Top and Dishwasher. I went to Synergy the got what I need in less then two weeks! When they came out they ran into a few issues that they were not prepared for but they went the extra mile and got the job done! Very Thankful all the did for me!

In 2007, I bought a used washer and dryer set ( whirlpool ). Excellent condition! I got great use of the set! The dryer is still going strong! I am about to get washer repaired, it wont agitate with large load! *** Im coming in next week ( Aug. 2020) to buy a refrigerator! Their products are great! I have told others about them!

Gave them a call on Friday 10/30 because my dryer stopped heating up. They came out 11/2 got my dryer running and told me to get dryer duct cleaned out because that could be the possible problem. I spoke with J, and he sent out KJ, I believe for work which my wife had no complaints about. They fixed problem and I think it was an amazing price. The reviews are legit. T is one of the most personable and knowledgeable sales people Ive met in any field, and Id planned on doing more shopping but I was sold. I usually wait a week to do my reviews but my experience (single dad) was so pleasant I made an exception. The other guy there J? was friendly and their delivery man KJ was friendly and thorough. There was a small problem with the washer but he made sure it was fixed on the spot and its running great. Still plan to update but had to share this experience. This place was wonderful. I purchased a washer and dryer, the washer was fixed on the spot but the dryer upon purchase a tech came out to assess it, said it was heating fine but it still takes me 3 cycles to dry one load. I’d accept his assessment of something wrong on my end if the dryer I had before for years before my ex took it we’d never had a problem with. Months later it’s still an annoyance is why I updated my review.

This place does not disappoint. Friendly staff and store is packed with appliances. I personally went to buy a washer and dryer and found exactly what I was needing. I highly recommend this of you are looking for used appliances under a low budget.

Synergy Appliance saved me! I had originally purchased a unit from Best Buy...it took over 2 months and still no washer and dryer. Delivery dates kept getting cancelled and rescheduled. I cancelled my order with Best Buy and called Synergy Appliance. I was able to purchase a unit and have it delivered within 3 days. The staff was accommodating, nice and worked within my budget and needs. Highly recommend!

When I went in, I was greeted by the sweetest man & woman. He helped me pick my washer and dryer knowing a lot about them, brands and explained everything to me. She was so kind checking me out and setting up the delivery. The best part was KJ delivering my washer and dryer, setting it all up within 30 minutes even going up three flights of stairs. Everyone I came in contact with was so pleasant and kind. The washer and dryer work great and he made sure it worked before he left. I would recommend this store to anyone! Hope to do business with them again one day.

I purchased a used washer. I wanted to wait a few months before posting my review so I could review based on some experience. I have to say that my purchase was really top-notch. The sales manager that I spoke with on the phone and later at the store was very experienced and helpful. Their delivery person was also very professional and went above and beyond. The washer worked perfectly from day one and continues to perform. I prefer it to the old washer, which I bought new. 5-stars is definitely deserved.

I called to have a refrigerator hauled off that needed minimal repairs. They would not pick it up because I was not located in North Richland Hills. I’m less than 10 minutes away. Instead I used one of their competitors in Keller that drove 25 minutes to come get it.

Called to see if they would buy our new home appliances and Leannes and they were not buying appliances at this time. But! The lady was super friendly and explained everything. Highly recommend you try them just for their customer service!

My appliances were delivered promptly - within 3 days - set up and thoroughly checked out before the installer left my home. When I had trouble with my recently purchased washer, a repair technician came the same week and resolved the problem without any excuses or issues. I will purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a dryer from Synergy appliance. I have dealt with them on a business level but recently my 12 year old dryer just quit on me after no maintenance on it and what a difference it has made to have a new dryer in my home. The dryer they sold me was a lifesaver because of how affordable it was! Its not easy to just go out and make a big purchase on a brand new dryer especially when one does not plan on it. The staff is so understanding too, I called and made an appointment and completely forgot about so they just rescheduled for me without an attitude. :)

Great service, I called to find out if they carried a knobs for a dryer I was asked for a part # when I dint have it, I was informed on where to find it, and they recommended that I stop by look through their pile of knobs and if I found it it’s free. This is a community business I highly recommend this place.

Great business! Its easy to find a used appliance store that sells good appliances but I cant imagine finding another store that stands behind their product as much as the folks from Synergy Appliance. I purchased three appliances from them. The washer and dryer have run like champs with multiple loads of laundry per day. We had some minor issues with the refrigerator but Synergy Appliance went above and beyond to make it right. Thats more important to me, and harder to find in modern business. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others.

I purchased a washer/dryer here about 6 months ago. They were the top of the line, the newest washer/dryer in the place. The salesman seemed fishy to begin with but we decided to purchase because they were cheap. The washer made funny noises from the beginning, after a couple washes I called them. They came to my house to try to repair it and ended up saying it was unrepairable and took it back to the shop to put a new part in it. While they were in my home they dented my laundry room door and left dirty water all over my floor... It has been a couple months, now the washer is making funny noises again. Before you go here- you have been warned! I think Id rather buy a brand new washer then even call them to get this checked out again. And we DID buy the insurance on them too....

I needed help finding a part for my refrigerator so it would make ice and dispense water. Synergy was able to locate the manufacturers recommended part I needed. I got the part that the manufacturer requested but they did not include the new adapter. Synergy found the adapter and brought it by the house the next day - it works great. Good service.

This store sells part on Ebay offering a 1 year warranty and then once you send a message with an item issue, they never respond. You are screwed. Buy local and dont buy thinking they honor their warranty, they dont ! I learned the hard way. They are a fraud and there is nothing you can do once they get your money. Buyer beware !!! P.S, they forced me to leave one star or I would have left a -5 stars.

Jay was super nice and super helpful! This is a great way to save money and still get a quality product by buying used. These come with a 90 day warranty so its way safer than Craigslist. Definitely recommend!

EDIT*** It turned out that the fridge we originally purchased didnt fit!! But these guys were fantastic about helping us fix our screw up!! They took back the one that didnt fit and found us one that did for no extra cost to us. They even delivered the second one! We love the new fridge and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us after we messed up!!We just bought a fridge from Synergy for our new house and they were fantastic! I recently bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from Synergy and I love it! It cleans better than any dishwasher Ive ever owned. I just moved, and after only three weeks the existing GE dishwasher flooded my kitchen. I called the guys at Synergy, and described what I wanted. They had this Whirlpool installed and ready to go the next day! The price was affordable and the service was excellent. The installer even replaced the worn hose hook-up with a new hose. I am very impressed with Synergy and will definitely look there first for my next appliance purchase!

We purchased a dryer three years ago at the other location. I noticed the store while I was at the bank and decided to check it out. Our washer and dryer really get a work out at our house and the dryer is still working like a champ. Two weeks ago the washer goes on the blink and was not a good time to happen. I had such a good experience the first time, I went back to Synergy and purchased a washer. I enjoyed the two gentlemen I met and was impressed with their product knowledge. What we want as consumers is simple, we want a good product (it works), a good price (it was), and be able to resume life as usual as soon as possible (we did). Thank you guys for giving us another option (instead of Lowes or Home Depot) to take care some of the unexpected problems that life can throw at you. Purchased an appliance from them a couple of weeks ago. It was *far* cheaper than I expected, delivery was fast and their delivery guy had TONS of tips for us on how to extend the life of our new washer - things we werent doing (i.e. dont over load with jeans). I would buy from them again.

I purchased a washer and dryer combo from Trish and the guys last year. My dryer started acting up and they actually picked it up and gave me a loner, free of charge, so that they could make sure that the dryer I purchased was working at 100%!!! I took my washer to synergy appliance thinking that i would need to buy another...and was prepared to do so since i have girls and alot of laundry to do...the washer was only 7 yrs old but well used.....i left it with them to see if it could be fixed....they called me back promptly and said. I bought a Samsung bottom freezer fridge from this place. After three weeks it stopped keeping the refrigerator side cold, found that the defrost thermostat was shot. Called to get it fixed and was told by the owner they dont work on Samsung units because they are too hard to repair. So basically they sold me a reconditioned Samsung that they didnt work on. These guys knowingly sell product that is not in working condition.
