A very well-kept facility, very friendly in the office and very helpful. if you need a storage unit in that area, theyre inexpensive, theyre good at what they do. theres a gate in and theres a gate out so youre protected. My husband has been using Big Jim Storage for years and refuses to get one closer to home so Id say thats a pretty good recommendation.

Elizabeth and John were great ... polite, great customer service and both did back flips to accomodate helping us with trying to get a uhaul trailer after another local company did not deliver on a uhaul reservation.
