We were very pleased with our experience. Andy is not just an ordinary sales manager-he is a teacher and really explains everything about the beds. I have had back problems for a long time and I am confidant that this is going to help. I also have problems sleeping and this will help too. The salesman met us at the door we asked for some time to look around and he politely said okay if we have any questions or would like some help he would be happy to help. It was refreshing that our request was handled well and when we narrowed down the options we asked some questions and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you for honoring our process and not forcing a hard sell on us. BTW we did buy a mattress and currently considering another.

My brother-in-law and I went to the North Port store yesterday. It was very clean had a sanitizing station, which was used by the salesperson that helped us. He also was very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this store for your shopping.

We arrived not knowing what we wanted. The staff was knowledgeable and showed us around. We were able to get delivery in a few days. They came to the house on time got done and were very polite and quick.

After a completely awful experience with Rooms To Go store in Port Charlotte, it was refreshing dealing with a company that was honest and straightforward with us. We recieved more product and warranty protection for 25% less money, dealing one on one with a salesman instead of the salesman having to get everything approved by a manager (essentially dealing with an an unknown). Cudos to Raymond and Andy for their efforts. I highly recommend them if youre shopping for a bed. I would also recommend being very cautious about Rooms To Go. They were dishonest with me and their assistant managers only comments to me were Thats our policy and Sorry you feel that way. Code for Sorry about your luck buddy....now get lost! I had to cancel my transaction with them through my bank to avoid having to wait 2 weeks for a return of my money. Buyer beware.

I was frantically trying to buy a mattress. Andy was so calm and helpful. I realized other Mattress Firm stores were closer but Andy was so helpful I wanted to deal with him. Everything was effortless from purchasing to delivery. Delivery was efficient and courteous.

Prefer came on time and the two delivery men worked professionally and quickly. Noticed after they left that they took the queen bed frame from the bed that they had moved from Master bedroom to Guest bedroom. Our salesman made it right and we’re happy. Noticed stain on one mattress but it came right out. Now waiting for them to come back out as massage feature or REALLY loud! Sleeping better with our new mattresses!

I wish I could give 10 stars. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The delivery company made an error and sent us the wrong color sheets. Andy the manager took care of us and made it right very quickly! We received the right color sheets and he upgraded our pillows for the inconvenience. He really is great at what he does and puts the the customer first. If you need to buy a bed, ask for Andy!

He was very patient with me as I tried bed after bed, 2 or 3 times. He also threw in a great high-quality pillow that my husband loves! He made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
