I had a great experience using this mattress firm. The manager was so patient and thorough with me helping me pick exactly what mattress I wanted. The customer service was outstanding. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this store if youre looking for a mattress and especially if youre new to mattress buying.

Ray the sales associate was rude. I should have listened to my instinct, walked out and went somewhere else. We were trying different beds as he mentioned we didnt know what we wanted and werent serious buyers and should leave and come back. We ended up buying and having to call and change delivery address which he made seem like a huge problem even through it was days in advance and questioned my husband as to why. Even though in a text message he had the original address wrong anyways! He had a terrible attitude as to it was an inconvenience we were there.

We spend a lot of time there testing the mattresses and Ray was as patient as ever with a smile . Asking are you comfortable, is it ok etc . Recently we visited Mattress Firm looking for a King Size Mattress. Kyle, our salesman, greeted us in a very professional manner. After he listened to what we were interested in purchasing, he gave us several options to choose from. He was never pushy as many sales people can be, but instead was honest and forth right with information. Patience and time were his main concern for making a sale. Wed definitely work with him again. Great Salesman!

I am getting delivery updates from this and I havent ordered anything, I dont even live in Florida. I dont understand how you can confirm a delivery when you havent even spoken with the person. Makes you wonder huh...

Rinaldo helped us with our mattress set and he took the time to let us try out the ones we were interested in. He pointed out the softest sets that I like and kept us within our budget range. I am so happy with our new Simmons Hybrid and he gave us a great price! Loved his follow-up with us on how we were liking the bed too.

My husband and I bought a King Size bed with all the things needed for it 2 years ago. The buying experience was very decent, and honest. Their lines of credit are great and easy to pay off with no interest. why a review now you ask ?We have to cash in on the warranty. The side of the mattress is blowing out and losing its shape. So far, I am very pleased with the warranty process. After a 35.00 fee for a 3rd party inspection, we have in hand a letter to replace our mattress no questions asked. The 3rd party mattress inspector was thorough and professional.Even though 2 years into owning the Mattress, and it needing to be replaced, I would (at this point) still do business with mattress firm. They have gone above and beyond to fix the issues.If I remember, I will update this review when we actually get the mattress replaced.**update: was able to get a replacement mattress no questions asked and at no additional costs. delivery and set up fees waved as well. Very Satisfied with The warrenty process. Bed will be delivered next week.

Had great experience. Ray was friendly and very helpful. We tried several beds before making a decision on a Tempur adapt. Ther was not any pushy sales tactics. Very happy with our bed and sales experience.

Price was still way out of line ( I bought a king set) even with all the discounts the salesman gave. I would not be surprised if they arent discounts at all but just inflated pricing. The delivery folks seemed to work hard until they saw the old bed still in place and the guy asked why I didnt move it. I rely on oxygen so my strength was not up to any moving which is why I paid for delivery. So the one person basically threw the old queen mattress and boxspring in the spare bedroom for me to deal with later as they didnt have time. For all the money you pay for these simple things, I guess I expected too much. If this review appears anywhere Ill be surprised. Be forewarned. Also, when you finally post this you have meet the moderators guidelines for MattressFirm which they neglect to tell you beforehand.
