I had my mother go there she needed a new battery in her truck. The sales/service man set her up with a new battery and installed it for her. He was polite and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

My experience here was awesome. Called when I could not get a taxi, Uber, Lyft, and was on the other side of the interstate with a dead battery. Vahn, pronounced Van, not to sure how to spell it, was very helpful and asked a regular employee that lived near the Holiday Inn if he would do a favor and pick me up. This saved so much time and I got the jumper cables that I needed. Very helpful and I am very grateful. Together the two of them made my day. I will never forget this.

Stopped in here in our way across country. The guy who helped us Danny was amazing. Two ladies with a check engine light was pretty stressful for us. Went above and beyond to help us. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Googled Advanced Auto from the highway and went straight there. Problem solved, stress levels down. Made it home to Iowa safely. Thank You!

I was listening to John V. take care of another customer, with a more complex problem than mine, and I was super impressed with his knowledge of cars, their parts and how it all flows. He took the time to ask questions about the problem and make sure the guy got the right parts. Good thing too, cuz the guy was a tad off in his diagnosis and would have spent more money, time and frustration on his project than necessary. 5 stars for professionalism and mad karma points John V!

Excellent employees I needed new battery and windshield wipers. The gentleman put new battery in tighten my cables good.Then he also put my new wiper blades on for me .Whats not to love about the great prices and friendly customer service.

I am editing my post from 3 years ago because staff has changed are super helpful and knowledgeable about anything I have asked about!!! The guy who installed my windshield wipers was amazing!!! And truthful about which wipers were no good and pointed me to the ones I bought and they are everything he said that they would be awesome! Parts are always in stock the last couple times my car broke I am impressed with how much better the whole place has gotten great job yall

Check Engine light came passing Sterling CO on the way to see the 2017 Eclipse in North Platte NE. Always a worry, but Advance Auto Parts in North Platte was recommended to use their diagnostic tool which plugs into the car computer. They perform this service for free. Turned out to be an emissions sensor problem which didnt adversely affect my ability to return to Denver. The counter help was very courteous and answered questions, even when it was obvious that I wouldnt be needing to buy anything from the store. Excellent experience!

Went in there to get a check engine light checked so I can buy the parts to repair, but after 10 minutes of waiting there was still no one who could help. Thankfully we have an Oreilleys and Napa in the city

Completely incompetent. Even when you give them a part number, picture, and they pull up the picture on their computer they get it wrong. If they cant figure out how to use Thier own system, they shouldnt be in business.
