Absolutely horrible. as i was passing by i decided to pulling in for a car wash as i didnt see any cars in line. Well, let me tell you this 6 years old child can do a better job. They didnt even touch the back seats, doors and as it got darker i noticed that windshield wasnt touched either. i wasnt asking for a detailing the car for $25. Just a basic car wash that i paid for. I mentioned it to the owner/manager and he himself wiped down the seats. As he finished he walked away without saying a word to me. I normally dont waist my time writing the reviews but.... Never again!!!

They are a hand car wash. Does decent work most time but the washing is with just hand brushes and no mits when they used to use both methods. If theres a long line come back later as they rush when its busy.Workers are friendly but understaffed as the cashier (who is the manager) is sometimes not around. The waiting area is nice with soft couches and massage chairs.

This is my favorite car wash. The owners and staff always make sure that my car is show room clean. Wonderful people.

My wife and I bought both vehicles here today. It wasnt very crowded but man insisted to keep pulling vehicles up like sardines. My wife said never going there again. An accident just waiting to happen. No reason to have cars almost touching. These arent professional drivers! They reving cars like on a racetrack. Will lose a lot of customers. Lost these two. And a shame.. because they wash the cars really good.

Paid $40 for diamond service and I get this...And they broke my light...And I asked why they don’t clean and he says cause all the leafs is gonna away to the other cars, and I should wash it at home...So... why am i paying $40 then.....NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.....

Fast and easy. My car was dirty, needed a spa job. It was quick and easy. Though, before I went to the auto spa, I wiped the interior of my car. But one of the workers there used a wipe that I didnt ask for. And I saw it being used by other customers car.

Never again. These people took 25 minutes to hand wash a box truck after they realized it couldnt fit through the tunnel. Meanwhile I have to sit and wait when they could have simply backed the truck out and ran my car through. When I asked for a refund at the 20 minute mark and my car had not gone through yet, the simple minded chick at the desk tried to stall me. I hate people like this. I see why their rating is 2.8.Like I said...never again.

The service is the worst ever, paid for clean windows and them look worst than when I came, I paid for car wash and them used a power washer that peeled off some of the paint, tried to call but not answer the phone

I got a car wash yesterday from here. I paid for platinum service and they did not clean the car properly. Huge water spots all over the car (hood, back of the car, passenger side). I had to ask for them to clean those parts of the car, which could clearly be seen. Then one of employee says you happy now. I will not be going back there.

I havent been to this car wash in years, yet I live in NP. Last time I was there everything was great. Welp, not today. I went to support the place I thought I knew. There was one car ahead of me and nothing behind me, so Im expecting a great wash. I did platinum service not basic. The neighborhood kids couldve done a better job and they wouldve loved 21 dollars. They vacuumed just the top of the mats, water stains on the hood of the car, tires not completely cleaned. Like Im so lost. Never going back.

This is the only my place near me that does hand wash, the only thing I like about this place. They open at 8am but the workers are rarely ever ready to start. I’ve watched them sit and eat until 815-820 on numerous occasions. The last time I was here, the guy who dries the cars disappeared and I had to dry it myself. I think it’s time I start looking for somewhere else so I can what I paid for.

Poor service, spent like 20 waiting for my car, nobody at register to collect money for at least 5 minutes. Car came out left in the sun too long before being attended dried water spots all over, did a walk around only to find multiple spots that we not cleaned. I complained they cleaned a little more but not to my satisfaction response was this is a hand wash, what? I am trying to correct the problem owners says, well if you washed my car properly to begin with there would be no problem to correct. I will never go back.

I didnt like the job my car was still dirty and i only bought it a week ago so there should have been not one drop of dirt left on my car after leaving there😤 was not satisfied for 27$

My car was hit in the rear bumper by an SUV coming off the tracks a few weeks ago. No one really watches or supervises these activities. My bumper got dented and scratched. Looks to me they cant handle the business. No process how to do things organized. The manager doesnt manage he helps out and doesnt see whats going on. Do not take your car there. Its better to go to a hand wash place. This was my first time there and a very bad experience. If you have a very nice car dont take it there. This place is bad business.

The worst experience ever, do not go here!! I repeat do not go to this car wash. Literally paid for a dimond service (apparently the best they have), but they didn’t do anything. Left everything dirty. The entire reason i went was because i wanted them to clean the throw up i had on my door and they didn’t clean that. I didn’t want to pay until i saw the service, the manager or whoever that guy was getting the money got mad because i didn’t pay first. I told him i wanted to see how the service was, but still insisted i pay. After telling him to see what they didn’t do he really did not care. He just made me pay for a service that wasn’t worth anything because they didn’t do anything other than clean the outside. The inside was the same!! They are asssss!!! Do not go here

Worst car wash ever! Dont waste your money or time here. I was there OVER 30 minutes and my car was still filthy inside. There were smudges all over my windows and dirt/crumbs all left inside the car and spots on my seat. Awful service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Will never go back there.

My experience has been long waits with sub-standard service. I recently purchased a Diamond package, but my car was not completely cleaned on the inside, and it was still pretty dirty around the trunk area. It rained all day the next day, and they have a policy that if it rains within 24 hrs, you can get another wash for free. I couldn’t get back there the day after it rained due to my work schedule, but called later in the week to see if I could redeem the free wash. I was told no, and that it had to be redeemed within 24 hours of the rain. I was trying to ask if an exception could be made since I was unable to get there the day after it rained, and the guy cut me off and hung up on me (not to mention, the sign doesn’t say that the free wash has to be redeemed within 24 hrs after it rains).After the way I was treated on the phone, and my car not being cleaned well, I will never go there again. I will take my business elsewhere from now on!

Last sunday, I couldnt be more devastated with the overall experience. Given you should take all your things out of a car during a car wash but they say they clean your car but LV sunglasses go missing they are not liable for anything but why get out of a car where your trusting them to service you and when all cleaned theres still stains on the seats from soap and water not being used correctly on leather and floors still have filth on. What is the diamond package even good for? DO NOT GO

I went in today Thursday august 10. Today was college student discount of 20% I got the full service which ame out to $13.96 the guy first took a $1.00 off which I am a student. But anywhoo I got the wash guys said the car was ready. Ok I got in. The side of the glove compartment was dirty still (just little stains all over) back door handle was dirty. The dash wasnt cleaned. The tires wasnt even shined. The front window has bird poop stain still on it. The manager didnt care the guys there was sitting around didnt care. I live 2 minutes away and I wanted a go to car wash and this place I will never step in again. Waste of money and now I have a extra job to do was finish what I payed for what there getting payed to do! Please watch out for This business.

Horrible service, I paid for the gold car wash and I received no clean dash, smudges on the vehicle and a half ass job.Everything is rushedHORRIBLE I HAD TO CLEAN THE VEHICLE MYSELF .. worst $20 spent. This place should be shut down.

They used the same brush from my dirty wheels and used it on my entire car, now my vinyl wrap has scratches on every panel, and the owner denies that I even got my car washed there. Now i need to pay $2k to get my car redone because of these idiots.
