These guys are great! I send packages frequently and they are always helpful, kind, and quick. All our packages have arrived to their locations by the specified date. I lost a receipt of a shipment and needed it later for proof of delivery. The item was worth a pretty penny and the owner went out of his way to find all of the info I needed.
I had to return merchandise from Amazon, Amazon provided me instructions and told me to take it to this UPS store. That was8 days ago, according to my tracking number the merchandise was never shipped to Amazon, therefore Amazon will not credit my purchase. I have the receipt, this is the second time this UPS store is messing up. I will report them to UPS corp. and Amazon.

Needed to use public computer. It was down. Needed 3 envelopes weighed separately. The guy refused, yes, refused to weigh them separately! He was rude and condescending. Will never, ever, ever return. Horrible customer service!

Made appointment for passport photo 24hrs advance. I arrive for appointment and tell guy Hi Im here for appointment for passport photo He starts to say he is to busy then says his camera is not working. I asked him why he could not call me or something to save me a useless trip and he simply said he is to busy and walked away. I will avoid this place in the future and suggest you do the same.
I would give this location 5 stars if it was just John working there but I have had the displeasure of being “helped” by Jeff who is extremely RUDE and nasty. He acts like you are inconveniencing him by asking for help, he point blank lied to me about the status of a package that was lost, and refused to lift a finger to help me figure it out. John on the other hand expressed concern and jumped at it to help me - he followed up too the very next day and promised to make it right. Jeff basically told me to call customer service and couldn’t be bothered to help me himself - this happened multiple times. John, I’m sorry you have to work in the same place as Jeff as he gives that place a very bad rap with his awful demeanor. I give John 5 stars and Jeff zero.
UPS drops my amazon package at some house down the street from mine then tells me to call amazon. The one time you use UPS you get this kind of treatment. FEDEX is a far superior company. Save yourself the trouble.

I do business with a major company and they do business with UPS. They sent me return labels for equipment that needed to be shipped. I asked if they can print their labels so I can shipped product back. Wow! I was going to be charged $2 for printing UPS Labels. Labels that were already paid for, extremely bad customer service and bad policy.
The other local UPS Stores (Westlake and Avon Lake) weren’t able to provide me notary services on an employment form. They weren’t trained adequately obviously, as they said they don’t do them. However, the North Olmsted store helped me right away with no issues!
The gentleman at this store was beyond helpful! I was visiting from out of town and needed to ship something fast, he helped get it together so fast. Parking was a breeze even with all the Black Friday shoppers out and about.
Rude. Wanted to charge me $2 for shipping a label that has been already paid for.

I stood in a line for twenty minutes while the man behind the counter notarized a stack of papers. He didnt even look up at any of the other five people in line until he was done. Horrible customer service.
