Facilities are fine employees are great. Price gouging is ridiculous every six months the price goes up. Started with a $20 jump to the most recent $60 increase. The price on a unit advertised at $180 is now $421 explain that???? Taking advantage of your customers is not a way to keep them. I will not continue to use these thieves.

Brad & Courtney were very courteous and friendly. Willing to answer questions and assist you whenever I needed help. Talked to you like you were more than a customer. Even before Brad took over all of the previous staff were friendly.

The rep at the front desk greeted us nicely and was very charming lady. She made us comfortable when we were stressed out as we were coming from Columbus. Courtney at North Olmsted, OH made us feel comfortable and we rented the storage.

Manager was good and went over the program. Made it very easy.

After storing my items for 28 months, I have too either wash or throw away almost everything due to rodent droppings.

For no reason, in the middle of a pandemic, the monthly fee was increased by $30. Just taking advantage of the elderly. Poor business practices!

I gave a one start review because store manager Brad Baon. On 1/26/2021 I went to get more information about a large storage unit to house my electronics stores products. I reserved the unit and told him what I was putting inside the unit.On 1/27/2021 this is the text msg I received.*Hi Kevin, Were you still interested in the 10x20? I have a few questions, if so.*YES*How will you be selling these tvs? We only allow for up to $5000 worth of goods to be stores.*What do you mean how will I sale then.*You can not sell them on property.*I have my own store.*Thats fine if I cant store my things there I will find another location to store. Thanks for the help. Have a great day.Question why would you assume that I am trying to sell my products on your property? Why when I told you what was going Inside you didnt say you cant because we dont cover that much money worth of products?If your moto is its whats inside that counts I guess that does not mean doing business with me or my company. Is it because I am a BLACK owned business that you would thunk these things and ask thses questions. Do you ask everyone of your customers how much money worth of products they are putting in your storage and how will they sell there inventory.

The gentlemen helped me understand everything about the facility and how to get up to the second floor with my belonging.

Let me start by saying I was greeted by the loveliest lady. She was so polite and when I mentioned a relevant subject, we really connected. We had a 15 minute conversation and it was the most relaxing and friendliest experience Ive ever had. The storage is well managed and very organized and clean. They offered fair prices for each space. I had a great experience. Julie Myers is a great manager! Thank you!

We had only stopped to look at the storage facility and find out more about CubeSmart. After speaking with Julie, we decided we would go ahead and rent a unit right then. Julie was great. She answered all of our questions, showed us the units and how to access them and made the experience very easy. She was friendly and professional. The location seems very safe and secure. I havent put anything in our unit as yet but have faith that I will have no problems while storing my belongings.

Our organization has had a unit at this facility for many years, and the service has been impeccable. They are charity-friendly, and easy to work with. Manager Julie Myers went above and beyond during a recent freeze spell when the lock on our unit was completely frozen, helping us to get into our unit. Thank you, Julie!

Secure fenced-in facility with outdoor ground level units and an indoor second floor of units. The staff in the front office is extremely friendly. The facility is clean. One inconvenience is the lack of dumpsters available for storage unit renters. Only the staff can get rid of trash. When I wanted to create space in my unit, I was forced to take my garbage and recycling (cardboard boxes and excess packaging) with me.

The day I went to rent a cube it started pouring rain outside as we were checking out a 5x10 indoor unit. Julie was fantastic and let me look at the 10x10 she had available (as I thought the 5x10 might not hold all of my furniture), again all the while rain is pouring down on us. Julie went above and beyond so I would have a place to store my things until I can afford my own place. Great job, Julie, at the CubeSmart in North Olmsted!

Helpful & friendly...... I had my unit to rent from website as I was moving from out of state but when I arrived and shown size it was to small for my things. SO Julie as very helpful in finding a new unit for me that would work better and fit my needs. The only down side I felt there were some hidden fees that I didnt expect like needing to have monthly insurance on my unit & onetime admin fee of $24.00 the first month rent was half off which did help off set that but still had to pay more then I expected.

I had changed my move in date last minute through the main customer service line. I received a call about 10 minutes later from the manager, Julie, confirming my move in and informed me of store hours.I went there to sign my lease and Julie was fantastic. She is super sweet and humorous. My lease was sent to me electronically right after I signed.Great customer service! Unit is dry and great price.

We had a wonderful experience at CubeSmart, we reserved the locker on the 4th of July and actually turned it in the Sunday before labor day. The convenience of being able to have someone help us on what I thought were off hours was great. Julie who helped us a number of times seemed to always be there, was friendly and helpful!

Denise Anderson manages his facility in a very professional manner. The office is neat and functionally laid out and the storage facility is clean, safe and well maintained. Denise is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with her customers. Our family has used this facility off and on over the past 10 years, or so, and we highly recommend it. This place is WOW !!

Denise helped my friend and I with purchasing a storage unit for his needs. She was so pleasant and quick, it was wonderful to deal with someone so nice. Denise is knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service. She explains all the paper work, pricing and even walked me through how to use the freight elevator. The facility is secure, well maintained and no bugs in the unit.

I observed stink bugs coming out of a locker in th F units upstairs for literal months near the cargo lift. Also, you are not allowed to throw away ANY trash on site.
