It takes forever to get help in some areas of the store (ie grocery) because they dont staff enough people. And those press button for help things havent been working for months. They really need to fix that.But, when I do findsomeone, theyre usually incredibly helpful. And if they dont have the item Im looking for, theyll tell me what other Targets have it. Great thinking!

Fabulous Service! I needed an all-in-one printer and Target was the last place I thought of. I went to 2 Best Buy stores and then went to Office Max. No store had the printer I desired. I reluctantly went on your site and that is when the MAGIC began. Not only did you have the item in stock, but the ease of placing the order and then the pickup options was truly amazing. The store greeter was very helpful and the young girls in customer pickup were very friendly and helpful. Target rules in my book! Keep up the great work.

Target is one of my favorite stores for many reasons. But, especially because they always have great deals, and they always have clothes in my size.

I placed an online order for a few items, and when I went to pick them up I was browsing and pointed out one of the items I ordered on the shelf to my partner. Went to grab my online order on our way out and was told the item was out of stock. I had literally placed the order on my way to the store but whatever, I figured as long as I wasn’t charged for it no big deal. I’m on my way home and check my bank to see that I WAS charged for it and went back to get the item since they clearly had it and I paid for it. Got there and they said I could not have the item because they didn’t charge for it, even though my bank clearly says otherwise. I had to go back on the app and cancel the item so hopefully I get the money back in a few days but that was seriously ridiculous.Why would they charge for things when they don’t think they have them (although clearly they do?) other online order places I’ve used wait until the order has been picked by the employee BEFORE charging for it.

I love shopping at Target. Good prices, sometimes I find really good deals that dont get advertised. Ive never had a problem finding something that was advertised on sale. 9 out of 10x the quality is very good.

The customer service at this target went beyond the beyond! I was waiting for them to open and called the minute they did figuring they would be annoyed that I had to call at this minute, but I was having a wedding shoe emergency! Aaron (on carts) answered so cheerfully. I wanted to make sure the store actually had the shoe I wanted before stopping on my way to the wedding. I did not disclose to him why I needed this shoe, but he went and found the shoe in my size and held it for me at the customer service counter. I was able to just run in, pay, and run back out. Aaron you saved the day, THANK YOU 🙏🏻

Not happy at all with the north olmsted location. I made one of those online pick up orders where I order online, drive up to the marked locations and someone brings out the bags and puts them in trunk. I only ordered 3 items. A wireless charging car mount, cascade dishwasher soap and Dawn dish soap. It took me 30 min to drive to that location ( only reason I made this order at this target is because it was the closest one that had my wireless charging car mount in stock ). I usually go to Avon location. There was a lot of construction going on in that area so my drive home was longer then 30 min. I get all the way home and discover the Dawn dish soap wasn’t in bag. I called the Target at North Olmsted and she just said sorry but I could come back in . I told her I can’t bc the drive is to long for the 1.00 dish soap and I usually go to Avon so I asked if I could get refunded but in order to get refunded I have to drive all the way back to that location to show my receipt in the target app. I don’t have time for that ! I asked her if maybe I could go to Avon for refund or get another bottle and she said they should be able to fix it ( but she wasn’t sure “. Highly disappointed that the bags aren’t checked better BEFORE placing the items in the trunk. The CS lady said it prob fell out of bag. Not saying it couldn’t but there needs to be a better system put into place that makes sure ALL items are in bags that are placed in trunk BEFORE putting them in your trunk ! Now I just lost a dollar bc the hassle of having to drive to Avon Target ( and taking risk of them possibly not being able to fix the issue ) or driving back to North Olmsted location with all that construction and hassle just isn’t worth it. Disappointed that they can’t just refund my 1.00!I was here again 09/25/21 and I went in self check out line. I was there before these two guys and two ladies but I had to keep scooting over for people to walk through bc it was so crowded. Wjen two scanners opens at same time I start walking and I hear employee say “ excuse me miss they were here first “ and they weren’t. I was in line first so I ignored the employee. If you are going to start yelling at customers about who was in line first you should first pay attention . This is the worse target I ever been to. Go to Avon location or even west 117th in Cleveland for much better experience ! Won’t be going to this location ever again

This location used to be a pleasant place to shop. They need to hold a training seminar for their guest service employees. They are extremely rude!

Lets face it, we all have extremely busy lifestyles nowadays! I absolutely love Target drive-up because I can just order on my phone, drive to the store and a team member brings me my stuff and puts it in my car! Drive-up is fast, easy and so convenient! Thanks Target!

Cart attendant was flirting with female coworker and my car got hit by a loose cart in the parking lot when the wind took it and crashed into my bumper, leaving a huge dent. Target said they’re not liable. Did not expect that outcome at such a prestigious company such as Target. Returned the next week and recorded footage of loose carts all around the parking lot. Avoid at all costs.

My pick up order was easy and efficient. My daughter does curbside pickup at Target all the time and she suggested I try either in-store or curbside pick up. Experience was good. I was very happy and will use in store or curbside more often now.

Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. When I was told I could not return my gifts with gift receipt for cash, I told the cashier, thats disappointing. No yell, no nastiness, just sort of a sigh of disappointment. This started the nastiest exchange Ive ever experienced with a customer service rep. I tried to defuse her, I know you dont make the rules. Its just a shame. On the other hand, it was a novel experience. I didnt know that one could be reverse Karened by a cashier.

Clean and has everything I need always. My fav place to kill time when I’m waiting on the kids to finish soccer and volleyball practices lol! Only downside is how busy it can be, I hate the crowding near the lines!

Unfortunately had to call corporate on an employee here. Not my style but Sherri’s attitude toward me in the Guest Services line was rather discouraging. Sherri refused to let me pickup a mobile order and purchase one in-store item in Guest Services (which I have done multiple times). Had a bad attitude and dropped my mobile order purchases at my feet once she grabbed them - wild, right? I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat every customer this way. I will be going to other locations moving forward.

Very disappointed that I have to make a trip to get a bag the cashier forgot to hand me. This location is not near my house and a huge inconvenience. I asked if they could make it easy and look up my reciept and credit my card but they said its not possible. Im so upset that I have to waste time and gas to make the drive out there. I will for sure only use self checkout in the future so I can get it done the correct way.

I cant speak highly enough about this store, friendly, helpful staff. The store is clean and sanitized non stop, they are following all the covid-19 guidelines and rules, actually above and beyond to keep the store clean and safe for everyone. Its always very well stocked, you can order online and do curb side pick up in the event you dont want to go in and shop, they also deliver so you can do same day delivery. This store always has multiple lines open for fast check out, self check out is offered as well. Its never over crowded, there are never long endless lines like you see at other places all because they are fully staffed have many many lines at check out open not just one or 2, by doing this alone it eliminates your wait time to check out. Fantastic job. I stopped shopping at the other comparable stores because they just arent doing the same job as Target. They won me as a customer for life.

I had my baby with me and little time to go to the store and shop so I thought Id order online and try this service. It was a terrific experience. (And I didnt have to haul my little one in and out of the car in the weather!) My order was filled quickly and when I got to the store brought out in less than 5 minutes. The employee was incredibly friendly and the whole experience was something I look forward to repeating in the future.

The concept is good by the training of the employees could use work. The staff was robotic and more interested in completing tasks then providing customer service.

Came to the store to return some stuff from my baby registry. I walked up an older gentleman was helping me. He proceeded to tell me that I had to pull up my own registry that he wasn’t able to. So I got my phone out to find the app to pull up the barcode and I was having trouble with it. He would not help me and proceeded to tell me that I had to go print out my registry myself. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to find this barcode while he stood there visibly irritated with me instead of helping me. I do NOT work at this store, why is it my responsibility to figure how to return these items and find my own registry. There was another lady who worked there, she also was just standing around and overheard what was going on and didn’t offer any help. At that point what else was I supposed to do with no one helping. I put the thing back in the box and started to walk out. Still no one had a care in the world to help. Not returning to this Target location. Poor service.

My ap did not contain a way to tell you I was there. I called before I left home for help with this, but it didnt help. This was my first time using this service so I wanted to do everything right. I called out to a young man who had just delivered to another car and he was very helpful. He scanned my bar code (that was easy to access on the app) and delivered my products, but he looked at my phone and could not find the place to tell you I had arrived. He suggested I call you next time I come for a delivery, which is what I was about to do until I saw him. Wish you would get the app working better

I love running to target with my family to grab a few things here and there, but have been very disappointed with my last few visits to this target. There have been issues with my cartwheel offers being subtracted from my purchase, and when I bring this up the cashiers never seem to care or be concerned. I have been a cashier and know that it isn’t the easiest job, so I try to be a good customer. But it is getting ridiculous! My last visit I was buying diapers for my little one, and added manufacture coupons to my cartwheel and there just so happened to be a sign posted with the diaper buy 2 get a $10 gift card. The gift card offer wasn’t promoted when I began to check out, and once my cartwheel was scanned my coupons did not come off. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, so didn’t seem to care and did nothing in an effort to help. I even had a picture of the sign on my phone. Not wanting to be a bad customer, I simply finished my purchase without getting the savings (my little one was also having a tantrum.)I am just very disappointed and may not be stopping at target any more, as this was my weekly ritual.This target also seems to have issues when I bring in online printed coupons. They always have to get approval from the manager, like seriously I’m not trying to scam anyone. Just a mom trying to save a couple bucks, so then i can spend more money there!

They have so few checkout employees, the wait in line discouraged me from going back in the future. The dont respect customers by eliminating employees.

Checkout is improving! A woman stopped me to check out before I got to the check out. She had a handheld pay machine and scanner and bags. It wasnt busy at the time, so I really dont understand why she was there, and it sort of took maybe longer than if I did it on my own and it was sorta awkward how she had to hold her pay machine and I had to stick my card in, maybe its not improving after all! Lol.

Items not in stock at store when online said the items were in stock. Specifically came here for certain items.

When i arrived at the parking area for pickup the Target app continued to return a pop up box oops! - I continued to retry with no success. After a five min. wait I went into the store and waited in the customer service line - the csr then asked for my license and spoke to another person who said I was showing as in transit, when I said that I waited in my car she not so nicely informed me that they do not sit and look out the window for someone to pull up! Great answer to an unhappy customer! The Target app has never been user friendly but the fact that it returns an OOPS message at the exact point of pick up makes it useless. I allowed the app to track my location, i activated the email that I was on my way and then the app has an issue!!! Worked great to accept payment, track my movement but oh wait it fails on the final step - DELIVERY. I will never recommend pickup from the North Olmsted store!

The cashier was extremely helpful while I had my 1 and 3 year old daughters with me.

For a retail chain this is really a gem in our city. The staff are willing to help when needed. I always love the clearance items on the inside end caps. The Pharmacy team here are 2nd to none, I have had to go elsewhere due to my insurance and miss them tremendously. The Starbucks staff are always busy and quick to get your beverages.

Good Target location with tons and tons of parking. This place usually is pretty clean and is in good shape, even considering Targets are rarely run down. It gets a good steady stream of business and they keep lines moving. Good spot.

Gave this establishment 2 stars only because like most, i love target, but recently i had on of the most terrible customer service experiences ever. a couple weeks ago, i went to target and did a self check out because i only had a few things and wanted to exit the facility quickly but, as i was checking out the machine didn’t process my transactions. it was odd too because usually a card gets declined before having to enter in your pin number. in response an employee came over and assured me it happens all the time and to repay for the transaction, all the while i double check to make sure my funds are sufficient, and sure enough the transaction the cashier told me didn’t go through did. i showed her the proof off of my bank app and all she was willing to offer me was to repay anyway saying that my evidence of purchase was not good enough. i asked her if i did would i receive my money back, and she said “i don’t know”. seriously, i don’t know? so this happens all the time but you can’t tell me i’ll receive a refund for a double purchase? not to mention customer service was not helpful at all, telling me they also couldn’t guarantee my refund, i was so disappointed. i truly never thought a big corporation would not refund my money and for that reason, i no longer shop at target.

I went to North Olmsted Target today and had a wonderful cashier but a horrible customer service experience. I had a cartwheel coupon that didnt work at the register, so I went to guest service and asked for the $2 off the coupon entailed. The associate who I went to, Kim, was rude and condescending when I asked her to take it off and talked to me as if I was trying to steal money from them or something. This is just one of many negative experiences at this location. I usually shop at Westgate and I know for a fact they would have honored the coupon and given me $2 back. I will never be shopping at this Target again.

This is the only Target that I encounter rude service. All other Target stores are awesome. Poor management at this store

Atmosphere

Today I happened to go to cvs inside the target for flu shot and just want to say Pharmacist Jammie is wonderful.

Always clean and staff has always been super helpful. A few months ago I had a list of oddball tough to find items and ended up with a staff member as a personal shopper assisting me. Really awesome.

So easy and convenient

Had some target brand diapers I wanted to exchange of size 1 & get size 2 we had too many of. They ask for a receipt we didnt have one cuz they were for my baby shower so we had to log into a registry. Then they said she was closed cuz its been too long its only been 3 months so then they wont exchange it and the only thing they would do is give us a 1.74. The funny part is they would have ended up making money off of us cuz we were going to exchange for a name brand instead of the Target brand. I was never a fan of target & now Im deff not one!

Every time I go to Target I have a great shopping experience, it is the most peaceful store I have been to.

I love shopping at target, it’s my go to for anything home and they have Starbucks if I need a treat. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Its really just target, so nothing beyond or below what you would expect. Good size store though with ample parking. Everyone has always been nice, friendly, and helpful.
