I am extremely excited to talk about the store manager at this location. I was out wasting time wanting to spend money but I’m so used to all the retail stores having horrible customer service so window shopping it is.. today when I walked in Stephen the store manager greeted me, asked me what brought me in, listened to what I was not even searching for. I’ve been a store manager for 20 plus years and let me tell you, journeys, this guy is a total gem! You better hold on to him tight!!! I bought two pairs of shoes because of him, not just because he sold them to me but because of the wonderful service he provided!!! Keep up the great work Stephen and if journeys doesn’t treat you good, you have my card!!!

The store manager Maddie is so disrespectful & rude. One star review is too much. Bad management will ruin an establishment & the company should be ashamed to have her as an employee! I would rather drive an hour to a different location.

Shopping experience 9/17/2019 around 1125am. Only one person in the store, at the register. My girlfriend and I, both with shopping bags. Looking at speed and boots. Talking about what we like. No hello, no acknowledgement at all. Let me play devils advocate. Either the culture is not to sell to certain types of customer with intent to purchase, which hurts your bottom line, or your sales culture is horrible which still hurts your bottom line. Either the District Manager isnt doing their job or the Gm. Looks like both. Im willing to bet they are down on the year in sales. If not, your gains could be much higher which would make your share holders happy since that truly is your bottom line. It is my hopes that the Personnel in charge of operations reads this and immediately implements better sales culture. You just dont have the right people!

The two sweetest girls helped me today, they are two of managers and they made me feel so comfortable. It made my shopping go by so nicely and they helped me pick out my outfits. I will defiantly be going back to see them. I’m not one to publicly review but I was just so happy leaving the store today!

They stock both all black Doc Martens and all black Converse All Stars. Its the only place left I can get a pair of black work boots without looking like some wannabe SWAT team fetishist. The staff is good, they dont hover but they do help if asked.
Limited selection of shoes compared to larger stores, employees are very attentive and friendly though, which makes up for the lack of a larger selection.

I walked in 20 mins ago planning on buying two pairs of shoes. Walked out 5 minutes ago with no shoes. I found several that I liked, but the incessant harrassment from employees prevented me from being able to think in silence and make a decision among the several shoes that I liked. The guy working finally let me be to think on my own but came back within seconds and immediately began hounding me with stupid questions so I just walked out. Its like they were trained by used car salesman, or Alec Baldwin from Glengarry Glen Ross.
