I love that Foverever 21 have different colors of jogging pants, jeans and shorts.

Idk why all the girls shorts have to be so short and always have holes in them and why most of the cute shirts are belly shirts but other than that they have nice accessories and winter stuff

Not a store for me, but my step daughter loves it. Clothes match the current trend/style. A little pricey for what is offered.

Its a cute store but for all plus sized ladies out there, theres literally nothing there. No variety. All the bigger clothes are so hideous you might as well skip going here. Overall, very clean and quiet.

Solid prices and a good place to get your girl or wife a cute outfit or shirt for a decent price point.

Clean and fairly easy to navigate. Not much for plus size though. Not every thick girl wants to wear a table cloth.

Very disappointed that the fitting rooms are still not open here! Many major retailers have opened their fitting rooms months ago and Forever 21 still has them closed due to COVID? My daughter had over $500 of clothing we would have purchased if we knew they would have fitted her. I WAS NOT going to purchase these items just to bring them back if they didnt look good/fit. A huge disappointment since we drove over an hour to get here! You just lost a loyal customer!

The plus size section needs some more options. That was very disappointing

Great plus size section.

I ordered a top online and got the wrong color. The manager ordered it in the right color for me and when I picked up my package today I got the SAME color. The cashier supposedly refunded my account, but it actually charged my account and overdrafted me. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and all of the workers gathered around and told me to wait 2 days and theyd refund me after 2 days. I dont have 2 days to wait for them to he able to fix it, I dont want an overdraft fee. Instead of apologizing they said I dont know, come back later. I will not be doing business with this trash company anymore. I am glad theyre closing. When I go in, I always get horrible customer service and the store is a huge mess. I also work in retail and there is no excuse for the things they do.

6/14/2018 -i went to shop at forever 21 yesterday. They closed the changing room 30 minutes before store closed. But anyways I want to buy something without trying it, the girl was at changing room said no DO NOT TOUCH any clothes and said she is so frustrated dealing with keeping it back. I have never seen such rude working people anywhere in my life and I spoke to people in front counter too. Found out they do not care about it.

Went in to buy my granddaughter a Christmas gift, couldnt find what I was looking for so an employee helped me. Glad she did or I wouldnt have found it, she was real helpful. I like to shop there and to have it be on sale was even better.

Im 45 and male and had to hang out here because my 29 year old wife wanted to buy clothes. It was one of the less exciting hours of my existence, but I appreciated their stance on the whole clothing thing. Treat yourself.

The clothes were very nice! But when I needed help to find a specific item a worker didn’t listen to what I wanted to find and avoided to help me. On Monday, when me and my friend went there I needed help finding a specific item. The worker refused to help me because of my hair and kept focusing on my hair and not what I needed help for.

Very trendy clothing store! Went to pick up my catalog order. Saw a lot of other things that I wanted to buy, too. Service at the counter was friendly.

Im not too fond of this place. Went here to accompany my daughter. My daughters love this place though for their apparel & OOTDs. They also have good discounts.

Pants my wife almost tried on had period stains! Dont they at least check (obvious visually and they smelled like fish) before putting back into stock?! Whats wrong with these girls trying on clothes without product protection and underwear? Are they savages?! Be courteous of others, mense Mary!

Horrible. Cute stuff until you get close. Cheaply made, and always falling apart. refund policy is absurd too. the store is never cleaned up, clothes and shoes everywhere. all over the floor, and no organization.

Prices are great, but quality of clothing is less so. The store was a mess with a lot of merchandise poorly maintained, hangers and junk on the floor, etc.

Good place, a little disorganized due to the clothing and shoe abundance. Some of the clothes just personally dont fit my taste. And I wish they had a bigger plus size selection.

Other Forever 21’s are more reliable. The lines were long and people were walking around the registers but not checking anyone out. The lines also took forever. Overall I am disappointed.

What a mess1 this store was so disorganized. Had good sale for back to school, but finding sizes was impossible everything just mixed all together.

Good place, not organized and no one seemed to mind the mess that looked like a hurricane tore through it. The sales staff while friendly seemed unwilling to check on things and actually help you.

They had 50 % off on the clothes racks but everything on the rack was not 50% off ...and racks that didnt have 50% off on them had 50 % off ...also the thing we were buying was on 50% off rack but it was Not 50% off and i complained about it and the girl said it had on the signs about only slect things were on sale but it didnt say that ...i feel i should have got it for 50% off ....what happened to customers always right ? Not true again....also the cashier was very rude ....they need price checkers !!

Their return policy is shameful. I will never shop there again and I will not stop telling people about my experience. I guess I am spoiled by other respectable stores like Target, JC Penney, Walmart etc who don’t tell me that I only have 30 days to return even with my receipt. They don’t even offer store credit “with” your receipt. Apparently after 30 days they can’t find your purchase in the system. Well if I have my receipt, why do you need to find it in the system ! Update your system and get with the current technology!! I’m furious.

Customer service dreadful. Returned an item Id bought online and they made it hideously difficult. Needed the email because they dont put a receipt in the bag. Refused to give me anything but store credit. I used it to get the kid a pair of jeans and told her that would be the very last item we ever purchase at that store. Avoid.

I was shopping with my little cousin and needed help like asap. One of the workers saw me and came over to help. The smile on my cousins face was more than I needed.

Shopped online has it shipped to the store cause it was cheaper and I live across the street so I saved a few bucks.. Service was awful three girls standing around laughing while one was trying to handle everything. I think from now on Ill either shop elsewhere or just have it delivered to me all together.. And I like the mall so thats sad

Disorganized mess like nearly all forever 21 stores. Did not see a single employee except a couple working the register even though it was a busy day. Open containers of food and beverage were sitting on tables with clothes.

Plus size section is very limited.

I love forever 21 but this particular location is like Walmart . Really long lines and only two people at the register . There were quite a few sales associates on the floor so I asked if any of them could come help check out and a lady who Im assuming was the manager snobbishly replied no, that isnt possible . In other words, they have horrible customer service .
