Why on earth does Ulta close at 6pm on Sunday in a big city? That is so, so inconvenient. Do they all have to go to a big family dinner like a Norman Rockwell painting or something? Is this Oklahoma 1910? Other than that this Ulta is fine.

I visited this ulta today and I got a haircut and partial highlights with Erlyne, who was kind, personable and just made the overall experience so enjoyable. She styled my hair beautifully and gave me great advice on how to care for my hair going forward. Towards the end of my visit, there was a homeless man that entered the store and began to stare/follow me around the store. The cashier Shirley, quickly recognized this, and offered to have a male associate escort me to my car. And she generously gave me freebies for the inconvenience, although none of it was their fault. Overall this team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and most importantly safe. Thank you!

Vicky, from Benefit did my brows and she did an amazing job! From beginning to end she was super knowledgeable, super gentle, and walked me through the entire process. I love my brows and I’ll definitely be back for more waxing & tinting.

The employees here are sweet but it’s very uncomfortable to have them follow you around the store and stare at you the entire time you are shopping. My boyfriend said one of the employees asked if he needed help while looking at perfumes and when he said he was just fine, said employee stood there and kept staring at him anyways. Not everyone that walks in is trying to steal merchandise.

Just left Ulta after getting Bayalage done on my hair by Deonna. She is AMAZING, go see her, you won’t regret it. I was really scared because I know bayalage is tricky and easy to mess up but she NAILED it. I don’t even know how she understood what I wanted because I was so bad at explaining it and so indecisive so I just told her to do whatever she thinks is best and it turned out better than I imagined. She even showed me how to beachwave my hair and what products would be best for my hair type that would work with my budget. Such a sweetheart, go see her!

I highly recommend Vicki from benefit brow bar. She is amazing, professional and friendly. She is the only one that touches my eye brows I recently moved from North Miami to Hollywood and I still make that drive for Vicki for my eyebrow services. Thank you ❤

I actually like this place. They have a good selection and nice service. With the exception of the security guard always following you around like you are going to steal something. Its nice. The employees are very helpful

The store has excellent products but the security guard made me feel like a thief. She was following me all over the store and then a male employee kept recommending products I didnt want. Its like they wanted me to leave asap. I spent over $180 on products but will never return to this location due to the pushy male employee and the security guard.

I don’t know what happened to the staff. It truly went downhill. You’re constantly ignored and disrespected. No one trying to help. They all huddle and gossip and get annoyed when you ask for assistance. They need to fire everyone and start from scratch.

Ulta is a great company and this location has a friendly staff and usually has what I want in stocks. I order online for pick up and its always in and out with ease.

I am very picky about who gets to cut my curly hair. I saw various reviews about Donna and when I booked the appointment I was still hesitant but when I met her everything changed. She helped me step by step and she was so nice!!! I would give her 100/10 she’s amazing.

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a primer, sunscreen, and moisturizer for myself and one of the employees recommended the worse products ever. My face has broken out and my face feels painful to touch. Never taking recommendations from here ever again.

I got my hair done last week by Deanna. It came out nice but I have 2 burn marks. 1 on my forehand and one on the back of my neck. I didn’t notice the burns until they started scabbing. Disappointed because I never been burned by a hair stylist before.

I have been to Ulta locations across the country and always have had a good experience. This location is no different! I made a last minute salon appointment and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived Monica was ready and started on my hair right away. I originally wanted a trim and a blowout but Monica suggested to do waves and I’m so glad she did! My hair turned out amazing and several people commented on it at the event I went to. The waves stayed put throughout the night and even into the next day. Monica was extremely helpful and friendly and I appreciated her suggestions. Also Arlene was extremely helpful as well! She recommended a concealer I had never tried before and it works amazing! I also complimented her eyeliner and she showed me the exact one she was wearing which I thought was so nice! I ended up really liking how my hair and make up turned out thanks to Monica and Arlene! Thanks Ulta! Five stars!!!

Ahh I know why I dont go to Ulta often, the intent for just one thing turns into a basket of goodies.I have been to this location three times in the past month and felt very welcomed by the staff there! What a great group of people at this location, the staff are gorgeous in and out!Ulta has changed over the past 10 and 15 years, its more updated and has a larger inventory/portfolio of products as well as services. This location is clean, spacious, airy, and the lay out is perfect.Richard assisted me with some eye palettes and contours and was so helpful and friendly(great sense of humor!) on my first visit, when I returned another time, it was to get my eyelashes done by Virginia who was so professional and personable (and did an excellent job) Vera was so kind and helpful, gave me a brief introduction to brushes, I am a novice with make up (I have only one brush and think I can use it for all aspects of my make up, Im learning) The store manager, Kelly has great energy and was very helpful with locating a particular product I was interested in.I was very happy with this experience and although its a bit of distance to shop for my products, its absolutely worth it, although my bank account might now agree.

Employees are sooooooo rude. Never want to help? Do your job.... Came for a pick up order and they literally gave me an attitude about it as if i was annoying them. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Also, they barely have anything in stock, i guess during COVID they’re not restocking as often? Employees are literally talking to each other side by side rather than coming up to customers asking if they need any help. I literally had to ask TWICE for an employee to help me so they could stop talking and assist me. They just want to gossip and watch customers struggle to find what they need. Truly disgusting. Off to Sephora I go!

This store is HUGE, some items are reasonable, others are costly. Everyone is helpful. Since Covid-19 had affected their closing I felt bad for employees.

I just had the best 60 minute facial with Mercedes! I didn’t know what to expect but she immediately made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. She was very thorough and explained everything she did which was great because I feel I learned a lot about my skin and what I can do to work on some of my problem areas. Thank you so much, Mercedes! I always find something I like at Ulta.

First time customer. Beautiful store, I was able to find the urban decay eyeliner and a skin rescue cleanser. Customer service was good, one worker really took the time to help us find a product. Really appreciated that. However, I was very surprised the 20% off coupon, wasnt off the entire purchase, or the highest price item, but it was off a complexion sponge original price $5.99? That was a huge surprise when the 3 items we purchased cost $24, $21, & $5.99.

Love their salon. We have been to many stand alone salons and they have not done a job as good as Deonna at ULTA. I actually walk away liking how my hair looks right away. I recommend the ULTA salon to anyone who tells me they need a haircut!

The goods are very complete, and some goods’ price is nice to everyone. If you want to buy something about make up, welcome to come here and maybe generally cheap. You can hang out long time in store 🤨

Let me tell you, this Ulta is different!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, Paulina, who later checked me out and was pleasant the entire time. I was looking for a few rose ingredient products and Shirley came over and assisted me. She even gave me an honest review of the moisturizer I was purchasing which worked favorably for my skin type.This location has proper customer service with friendly employees! Definitely not like other the stuck up, judgemental Ultas Ive been to. Theres one in Pinecrest thats great as well!

The other day I went in and asked for two foundation shades that I wanted to try of a new foundation a friend recommended to me. When I went to one of the employees to ask for the samples she said that the company DID NOT allow to give out samples of products, hence their broad return policy. And now I wonder: is it better for your company to have costumers return an used product which the company would not be able later to sell or is it better to give samples so the costumer makes conscious purchases? Honestly I’m greatly disappointed, this is the very first ULTA (or makeup store whatsoever) to deny me, as a costumer, a sample.

Great Ulta location with a wide selection of items from all brands. Was especially happy to find lots of Kylie Cosmetics products for my daughter, even though most Ulta stores were out of stock. Nice environment and helpful employees. This location is mostly moderately busy.

Been here three times this week..lol...great sales on great make up brands. Always have items in stock and helpful staff. I made a purchase yesterday and forgot to show the sales associate the $3.50 off of $15 and I called later that day and asked if they would still honor it. She told me to just bring the receipt which I did, and she deducted it right away. I prefer to come here rather than Sephora to be honest...

I have been to this Ulta several times, and had great experiences..however today completely changed my mind about Ulta. I called this morning as soon as they opened, to schedule a MUCH NEEDED wash / blow dry. Was placed on hold for about 15 minutes, to be told computer system needed to be restarted, and I would receive a call back shortly, to make my appointment. Called back 1 hour later, (since no one had called me back.) Made my appointment for 7:00pm. Called again at 4:30pm, to see if they had any cancellations and could see me earlier. Was told no, & to come at 7:00. Arrived around 6:45, sat and waited for my appointment time. 7pm comes and the hair dresser asks me “you’re not in a rush are you?” “Please be patient, they incorrectly booked two people at the same time.” She asked if I could wait another 30-40 minutes or so, for her to see me. I do understand, this was not her fault, and she was very sweet, but this was a careless mistake on Ulta’s end, which caused me to waste a large portion of my time (drove 45 min to go there, waited, etc.) if I would have known this, or had a heads up of the double booking prior, I could have planned accordingly & went elsewhere.. very disappointed and was not expecting this, from Ulta. Will not return to the Salon.

This is by far the best location for Ulta! If getting Benefit brow wax (BENEFIT USES BEST WAX EVER, BTW) be sure to ask for Nay, she is FANTASTIC!!! The entire staff is so helpful and very nice...yes I said nice, not rude like the Aventura location. The experience is worth the stop...KEEP UP THE GR8 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

For my first time being here I was shocked at how many cosmetics there was! And they were helpful in helping me find my foundation akita was helpful and helping with the right foundation I needed. I brought what i was looking for. But its kind of low on certain e.l.f foundations. I had a good experience and was satisfied. I be back again soon 🤙🏼

The employees are racist. Nothing else to say Other than that. Every single time I have been in this location for the past few years, I have never been asked if I needed help except by one very sweet employee. The rest of them see me looking around, visibly trying to see if any help is available and they stand around giggling or doing whatever nonsense it is they do since it’s always very dead in there . Other people of color have reported this same situation at this ulta . It’s not just me . Won’t be returning to this location. Shameful .

The service here is always great. I needed help finding my shade from the new Juvias Place foundation and two people came to help me find my perfect match! This is one of the reasons I prefer Ulta over Sephora.

The people are this ultra are a little racist. I came here on my lunch break to get a foundation today and no one even acknowledged me. Then right after I walked in someone else did and on the sales associates said hello and rushed ask if she could help. I just think that all of your customers should be treated the same. I usually have a great experience when I go to ultra but this particular location doesn’t do it for me

Store is fine but Clinique Assistant was super rude. I went to buy 3 after sun lotions and there was just 2 on the shelf so I’ve asked her and she said no without even looking for it, so I asked the cashier and he went to ask her and she gave me an attitude in front of the whole store. I never visited this place. Im not sure where it is. It annoys me to no end that Google thinks they know everywhere we go and everything we do. This is a big store with all your make up needs. They have shampoo for different types of hair. Their makeup selection is phenomenal.

Staff is not knowledgeable about the various product lines they carry. Customer service leaves a bit to be desired as well. Ill be sticking to Amazon for my hair product purchases.

What can I say as a guy I never thought I would be buying my daughter makeup lol but she loves it. Went to this location and suprisenly my daughter found everything without any issues, the lady we had helping her was very helpful. Its really nice when you have good customer service like the one she provided for my daughter as I just stood back and watched. All in all me and gf ended up spending a bit over 200$ on makeup just for her. Would recommend this place to anyone

The salon at Ulta is the best for whatever it is that you need done. If you stop by or book and appointment anyone available is great, but ask for Erlyn. Always attentive, great conversation, great recommendations, and even better styling. If you stop by the salon at ulta make sure to see Erlyn, shes your girl!

I went today to this Ulta to buy the Tarte palette that was on sale. When I hand it to the cashier (named Akira) she very quickly switched it with another one that she had in the counter behind her. It was strange to me but I was distracted watching my son. When I got home and opened it, it was covered with eyeshadow dust in all the inside, mirror, film, it looked messy. The one I picked was in perfect condition. I think she gave me a palette that was older, or at least it looked like it has been around for a while. Im very dissapointed.

I’ve never loved my hair after a hair cut so much! I got a facial from Joseph who’s amazing. My skin was so clear after my last facial! Definitely a 10/10 place!

Deonna does the BEST blowouts! She is the first person to have done a blowout on me that stayed for two days until I washed my hair, and it didn’t just stay- it slayed😍 Deonna blew out my friend’s hair as well, and hers looked amazing too! Just don’t waste your time— I walked into the store. I knew I wanted to get a flat iron— specifically the Babyliss Pro Prima3000. The security guard kept on following my sister and I and kept reminding us of time. Once I found what I needed within 2 minutes— he said, “it’s 9pm” —- ummm hello I know, I’m about to walk and I put the flat iron right at its place because i don’t want my money going to an establishment that’s like that. It’s not like I’m browsing around and skipping in the store— I walk ALL the way to the back and was close to the front where one person changed my mind in general about investing in a store. I’ll go elsewhere!

I go here to get all my cosmedics and hair products. They have a great return policy if the products dont work for you. The employees have also been very helpful with showing me how to use the makeup as I am a bit inexperienced in that area. I go to Deonna for my hair and she does bayalage for me which I love. She is great at what she does and a super sweet person as well. The services are very afforable, especially for Miami.

Horrible! I have coming to this ulta since i moved to sunny isles, best service always welcoming and helpful. But today i came and i noticed there was a security lady following me, everywhere, i wasn’t planning on buying anything to i was just looking around and swatching stuff, but i ended up grabbing a foundation and i kept looking around and this lady didn’t leave me alone. Mind you, i had all i was buying on my left hand it was very visible. Then she approached me and first she asked me if i spoke english (rude) and then she proceeded to ask if i was doing anything like stealing, and i said no, and that was so embarrassing for me that i started crying and another lady came and asked what happened and when i told her the security was blaming her for making me cry, like what the hell. It was just embarrassing, i don’t think i’ll ever come here again. I am even a rewards member, i am 22 and i love buying makeup, but am definitely taking my money to another location. Ulta, just know i don’t have to accept the help of your workers, i don’t have to grab a bag, and its not pleasant to be shopping when someone is constantly following you. I will not state the name of the security because i don’t want her to lose her job, but this was unacceptable.

The worst Ulta I’ve ever been to. I was on hold on the phone for 35 minutes no exaggeration. 34:22 to be exact. Then I decide to hang up the phone and drive to the store and they locked their doors 30 minutes before closing time. The staff is rude and I will never be returning. I will be sticking to a different Ulta for sure.
