My iPhone 8 Plus back glass cracked and they repaired it in less than two hours. I called a lot of repair shops but most of them outsource the laser machine that separates the adhesive. Best price I could find locally too! Great service, excellent customer service...will come here again.

I paid them to fix my camera and front screen for my I phone close to noon which they told me it will be done by 6pm first off giving them the phone dead but before hand my audio worked but when I was checking my phone, my audio did not work. When I told Alex (the hispanic gentleman that works there) he laughed and told me that I knew the speaker was messed up ask accused me of checking my phone audio first when in reality I checked the screen first, camera second and made a phone call. He also advised me that I would have to pay an extra $120 on top of the $160 I just paid and would have to leave my phone for two weeks for repair or pay $160 for same day repair but my menu button/Touch ID will not work. I’ve bought several screens, phones, temp glasses, Ottobox cases for years from when that store was called wireless toys and the screens still break. In my opinion, I believe they mess up peoples phone on purpose to keep business! I wouldn’t go to these thieves! Sad part is I even offered to trade my phone/phones and pay a difference to get other phone and Alex says it’s “bad idea”. Felt like he just wanted to turn away a loyal customer because I advise him about my phone be damaged versus making a sale or better assisting me. In my opinion, wouldn’t have an employee that laughs at customers frustration like that working for me

The best price that I’ve had for this type of repair and the service was completed expeditiously (dropped off at 4:38 and within 30 minutes I received confirmation my phone was fixed)! The only place I’d recommend for iPhone repairs!

Went in to fix a crack on my sons iPad, when I gave it to them everything was working fine. Then got it back with a crack inside of the screen and was resting every 3 minutes. Went back to get it fixed and now the back camera isn’t working! I just don’t understand.
