Went to this T-Mobile store since I was in the area and can’t regret. Store associate Jonathan went above and beyond. Walked out as a new T-Mobile customer, new iPhone & super happy. Jonathan is very knowledgeable with the devices and phone plans T-Mobile offers. Would recommend this specific store & associate.

Worst service ever their customer service is useless.I went the day after to another t mobile on sunny isles and their team were amazing. What a difference.

I just recently called the store to ask a few questions but the customer service is terrible. To talk so casually and to hang up when I haven’t even finished talking was very rude.

I had a terrible experience just because we were told about a promotion and spent 2 hours with the numbers just to go back the next day and be given different numbers. I was extremely angry but the only reason im rating this a 5 and not a 1 is because of Javier and I cant remember his name but he spoke Spanish and was an amazing translator. Only because of their extreme patience giving us the numbers and explaining to us everything numerous times is why this is a 5 star. They are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and provided great service. Thanks guys !

I have had great experience with three different T-Mobile stores in the past week. My Revvl 2 wasnt charging properly, and I wanted to buy a OnePlus Nord N10 phone. I went to a T-Mobile store in Tallahassee, and an employee there told me that phone wasnt yet available in that market. Knowing that, Rashid cleaned my USB port and tried a new charging cable and charger. Between the two changes, my phone started charging. All I really cared about was being able to have the phone functioning while I drove back from Tallahassee to Miami, which it did. Yesterday, I was able to purchase the phone I wanted at your Hialeah location. Fernando provided exceptional customer service, and the manager, Roy, checked with me several times to make sure everything was going well. Today, I had a couple of questions about the phone, so I went to your location at the Arena Shops in Miami. The manager there, Xavier Tueros, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I love the phone and am amazed how quickly it works. These interactions (and T-Mobile Tuesdays) are reasons why I will continue to recommend T-Mobile to my friends and business associates.

On 12/21/20I do not like to write a bad review to any company. However; When I came inside this store. The whole staff was goofying off. They did not acknowledge the customer was present. They all were hanging around the counter laughing and singing. When we asked for someone in spanish. Alberto seemed to be bothered. The questions we asked he seemed rude to answer. Then one of the girls cut him off to get his keys without any respect he was talking and even to the customer. The acting manager or leader needs to put a line between hanging out and work environment.This is nothing what customer service should be. Shame Shame to all running this store.Regards,Yvette

I came into this T-Mobile store to have my phone checked out. My phone was silent and would not ring. Joshua helped me out with this very fast. I am pleased with his service. He was very nice and friendly.

Just left this T-mobile location and these guys are the best!! Carlos, Javier, and Davion are awesome! They were so patient helping me setup my new iPhone 11Pro Max. They even taught me some of the cool new features that the iPhone 11 offers because I literally had my iPhone 7 Plus forever. This is definitely my new and favorite T-Mobile location.

This is the best T-Mobile. I didn’t buy a phone today but today I needed a hand when I locked my keys and phone in my car. They let me use their phones to call for help. They were very nice and helpful with all I needed. When I need an upgrade to my phone that’s where I am going

Went into the store with a problem. Saw Adam and left happy with more for the same price I was paying before. Highly recommend this place. Not crowded, employees are very energetic and ready to help.

Best and greatest company

First of all I love T-Mobile because of the store manager Massey she is amazing. I first started with T-Mobile a couple of Christmas ago thats when I first met her. She was such a helpful person and friendly that I was so excited to meet someone in the phone business as nice and kind as her. I went back to the store I met her at months later due to a problem with my bill and phone service but unfortunately she was no longer there. But tonight after dinner @ Tatore witch is next store to a T-Mobile I finally found our favorite T-Mobile person. She is really so amazing! I usually dont write long explanations on my Google guide but she definitely deserves this and anything else I can do to make sure she stays with T-Mobile and is rewarded for being the BEST CUSTOMER SALES EMPLOYEE (MANAGER) I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO MEET. 💯👍😊

I went to this store to get the iPhone X- Max and they were wonderful. Experts Oumie and Alexander were terrific. They were very helpful and kept me engaged in conversation the whole time in the store. I Highly recommend going to this store.

Just noticed this store on my way to Total Wines and I was able to finish my Christmas shopping! The staff was great and I was out of there in 15 minutes!!!

Last night after work I picked up my new iWatch and phone from a store, and arrived at this T-Mobile location ten minutes before closing- 8:50 PM, hoping I could add my watch to my existing TMobile account, as well as transferring the information from my old to my new phone. I had entered the store, knowing that there was a very big possibility I would not be able to accomplish my goal due to the time constrains.
