Everything nice and fresh. Very clean. They also have a family deal of fried chicken with cold slaw and potato salad and bread.

This is probably one of the better publix stores in Miami. Always clean and well stocked. Physically larger than most, so also higher than average level of variety of products available. Their sandwich station is one of the best too. Their sandwich makers dont just slap things together and send you on your way. They very carefully prepare the sandwich to specs and with a high level of customer service.

Great store to shop. Very nice cashiers . I went to Publix and found this sling.

Needed a few items, went to express c/o. The cashier did say something to me, I think it was hello? She didnt seem like she liked her job. Maybe just having a bad day? Still should have a little more enthusiasm with each and every customer.

I was at the 127 street Pubix trying to buy filet mignon, and asked the butcher to cut 4 same size pieces. I was given such attitude and when he gave me the wrapped meat package there was one very small filet and 3 nice sized. when I asked him to change it he said there wasnt any more that was all he could do. he and the other person working behind the counter were so rude i went to the manager and complained for the first time after shopping at publix for 40 years. the manager did nothing!

Very clean and spacious not crowded at all. Very friendly and professional staff. Checkout was quick with professional courtesy staff and another staff member helping to bag item. Very impressive. Will visit again found everything I was looking for easily. My visit was on Sunday Morning around 10a.m. not busy at all.Fresh fruits and vegetables being put out. Deli and bakery putting out fresh products.Impressive on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this Publixs Supermarket a 10 exceeded my expectations greatly.😀😀😀

Hands down the cleanest and best run Publix location in Miami. The employees go out of their way to greet and help you, the isles are always perfectly organized, and the parking lot has ample spots. Highly recommend!

Always well organized and full of courteous employees. They were among the first to take Covid precautions for shoppers. While everything is a little more relaxed now, they are still my favorite location for groceries. Also, it may seem like a small thing, but parking is always available. Even at peak hours.

Produce was very scarce at this location 3 days ago. No fresh greens,( romaine, green scallions Kale etc. Shelves completely empty!! rotten peaches, over ripe organic bananas, hardly anything organic...not sure why...I went to the Publix on Biscayne the next day and they had everything in stock. Hope it gets better! The cashiers are very nice, please stop making them wear the masks😷 they need fresh air so they are healthy and can work.

This Publix is the slowest Publix I have ever shopped at. Customer service line will take you 30 minutes minimum. The deli is the worst. I preorder items and they are never on time. Then, they get mad at me when I ask for my stuff. The produce is old… Only last 2-3 days in fridge before it rots. They barely have baggers so I usually have to bag my own stuff bc the cashier won’t do it until the end, it seems like they are waiting for you to do it. Publix prices have gone up, some items are cheaper at Whole Foods. Their precooked food is gross and looks old. I gave them two stars because it is very clean store.

This Publix at NE 127 Street and NE 6th Avenue has improved their services, cleanliness, product selections, quality of meats and bakery breads and cakes over the past year..I was shopping at the Miami Shores Publix for many years. About 2 years ago the Publix at Miami Shores began having poor qiality bakery products, especially hot dog buns, shortages of shelved products and poultry.I like shopping at Publix at NE 127 Street and NE 6th Avenue better than the Miami Shores Publix.FYI: Ive been shopping at Publix for more than 45 years.

Terrible customer service today. This cashier Thelma L. saw me in the line and told someone else to go around me ( meaning next to where she is standing and checked them in before me. Not only she did that that person had 3 separate orders. And she didn’t acknowledge me at all nor said one moment or explain anything. I spoke to the manager Christina and all I get is sorry and said nothing to the cashier. I am never coming here again. The reason I don’t put 0 star is because I have to select a star for this review. This is the first time writing a review and I could not leave the Publix parking lot with out saying this.

Deli was perfect. Mary had the challenge of 5 subs total all particularly made. She is beyond amazing and wonderful to talk to. Best worker there. She is the reason for this 5 star rating. Thank you Mary

During a recent visit to the municipality of the city of North Miami, I was asked to produce a money order within less than 15 minutes, I immediately ran to the Publix on Biscayne and 127, and the attendant at the customer service desk quickly processed my request and I made it back to #NorthMiamiwithin 10 minutes.

They need more attentive employees to customers. Waiting over 10 mins when its not busy and not being acknowledged is kinda ridiculous.

Very disappointed today.I was hoping on buying a sub sandwich.However long line, then on top of waiting forever, the employee at the counter, did not bother to let those of us standing that they where out of bread. The only bread they had were the small cuts from previous orders.Cant imagine how you can not have bread and on top of it, not even a sign or the employees advising the customers in line.Then I went to the cook food and they didnt have sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce for the egg rolls.No manager available.Very disappointed.Definitely killed the slogan ofWhere Shopping Is A Pleasure..Total waist of my lunch hour.

This is a very clean shopping store. Friendly environment and good customer service. The reason why I only gave it three stars is because their meat department is lacking they dont have a variety of quality of meat. Yesterday I saw a rib eye steaks that was so thin it look like deli pastrami. I am from New Jersey and we like our meats a little more thicker. And it was also has a limited variety of meats. I didnt see any lamb, smoked turkey neckbones,and a selection of steak no T bone or chuck steak. I didnt even see chicken thighs either. So I hope this review helped and also change the MEAT DEPARTMENT at this Publix.

Place was clean. Pharmacy was fast. Checkout was speedy.

Ive been going to this publix for some time and its a great place to buy food. However when it comes to the deli/ sub the are allways so slow, it should not take 15 min to make one sub and this has been the case multiple times. The have the worst attitudes, no motivation and are so rude when you correct them. I wish this was the only time this happens but it has been this way for such a long time thay are also allot nicer to and it bothers me that they dont make anny changes.

This is the relatively newly built Publix so it has brighter lighting than the Publix (which is Lind of dark inside) and I think is more cheerful in general. Now that the cheese lady, Tammy, brought somr SAGA cheese to this store location. I like it even better.

This is a very large, clean, and supplied store with a wonderful and helpful staff. The good thing about it is its location. If you cannot find something, you just go across the street and drive half a mile and you find another Publix right there and then.

Very nice and clean store. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very friendly. The butcher department was really what I came to see. It was better than I expected. The meat and fish was very fresh and I ended up purchasing 4ribeye steaks. Our cashier was Alexis and she was very courteous and friendly. We will be back there soon.

I love this store in particular, but yesterday I was disappointed with the bakery they gave my daughter a messed up cake I only paid for it so that she can have a cake. When I got home she was like what was it & I felt so bad!

The employees are very pleasant and helpful and the store is very clean. There is room for improvement in the bakery. I have bought bread pudding in different occasions and it is grainy. The Dutch apple pie is too thin on the fruit part. I have to go to another Publix to get Puerto Rican bread as they stopped making it in this one. They do have a cake with strawberries on top that is good though. Hope they improve in this area, as it is my closest Publix and I enjoy going there!

I dont think Ive had so many associates be of assistance or courteous at one time in my life. 8 different employees said hello and offered help or asked if I needed anything just to be friendly. When I did need something those I asked were efficient, informed and went out of their way to help. Every single person from bagger, cashier, shelf stocker, and manager were polite and outgoing.

Nice new store but please remove all the display in the back near meats and seafood.This makes for a traffic jam. Also, deli employees should take more accountblity to help even if its not there area. Dont pass the customer off to someone else.

I came in to but a fruit salad for a party and I just couldnt believe my eyes when I saw the price just for a fruit salad!! I just cant believe it... This is outrageous.. Then I needed some limes and look at the price just for the limes... I just couldnt do it...SHAME ON YOU PUBLIX!!!!!
