Great experience. I like coming here to buy hair products & etc. Very neat and clean except makeup section. One thing I would mention, wish the employers there were a little bit friendly and welcoming when walking in and cashing you out. Kind of ruff on the edge to be honest. But they get you out of there quickly when it comes to check out, no problem. But overall great place to shop.

This has become one of my favorite go-to beauty stores. The owner is always nice and he greets you at the door with a store weekly sales ad. The employees are helpful, and they are friendly and willing to assist you. The store itself is big and spacious, and has a little bit of everything for your beauty supply needs. You will find what youre looking for in this store, plus a whole lot more.

Its nice there,the workers are amiable although its smaller than the one on 135th but they have a nice variety of stuff and can find what you looking for most of the time. Plus theres always sale going on just got 8 packs of hair for 20 bucks 😋

I can honestly say this this the worst place to work at I would not recommend any here. The work place is unprofessional, the managers don’t do any work they stay on the phone talking while the rest of the people are actually doing work. They want you to eat, sleep, breathe that job. When you call out if you’re sick they get mad and say that you’re lying, the managers talk about the employees badly. The only good ones there are Gladys and Ahdam

The store is very large on the inside as big as a family Dollar store. So much different choices one cannot easily make a quick decision to buy the perfect hair. Full length Mirrors and wig station adorned with hairbrushes really works for me. I can try wigs before I buy. Make up and facial cleansers aplus. Also full aisles of imitation gold and silver earrings and necklaces and bracelets. Rhinestones attached to shades got me two pairs. Really good store and Im definitely coming back.

I bought some hair that was like a deep wave pine curl for 89.99. It was a special so it was reduced down to 79.99. I bought it on a Sunday and installed it that same evening. By Tuesday the hair was already dry and matted. I can’t believe I paid 80 dollars for this I was better off buying synthetic hair if I wanted this quality. Never again

Was visiting Miami for work and came here to get my hair braided at the salon. Mrs. Catherine and Mrs. Sylvia were amazing! It was affordable and quick and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. Will not go anywhere else next time Im in Miami.

Visited on today 08/15/21 approximately at 4:15p.m. upon checking out the cashier who obviously is a teenager working while shes out of school. She total my items at the wrong price when I tried to correct her letting her know the item was .99 cents each she indicated to me that its what the register total each item at $1.49 each I asked her for a manager on duty. After waiting for almost 10 minutes I went to isle and bought the flyer back so that she could see that the item was .99 cents each or 8 for $10 she still insisted that what I was saying when clearly the item was self explanatory from the sales flyer waiting an additional .5 minutes a manager came forward indicating to the young lady I was correct. These young maturing teenagers needs to be back in school because learning from home is not helping them when they cant plainly see a sales flyer that speaks for itself. A lot of young adult are coming out of school graduating with no education due to the current on going pandemic/ covid-19 & now the delta variant. They are being passed without a good education and no knowledge when being a cashier with no customer service training. A wasted .25 minutes very slow with only this young lady who barely knew what she was doing. I do not recommend this location until adequate staff is available. Long waiting in line very slow service not enough staff and they do have a hiring sign posted on the door outside. Its 5:10p.m. I am just getting home. The store is less than 5 minutes from where I live. (smh)

Worst experience ever. Got 2 items, 1 for $1.79 and 1 for $1.00. When i got the the register the woman said it was $3.00 and $2.00 and refused to check the prices and simply said oh nah, those prices need to be changed. On top of that, i stood in line for 10 minutes while she talked it up with a co-worker while 4 other ladies were behind the registers not working. The attitude was completely unwelcoming. I have never experienced such bias.

I rarely write reviews but the experience here was so bad that I had to. I ran in here to pick up a simple pack of jumbo braid. I also grabbed some peppermint oil.Five people standing behind the counter and all the employees were having a jovial time but no one was working. Im all for making your job fun but it was ridiculous! Theres one person ahead of me and about 6 or 7 after and I stood there watching them laugh and giggle about whatever. Not one person even said, sorry for the delay or be right with you.Theres way too many beauty supply stores in the area to have to spend my money in that establishment. Customer service was horrible!!

Staff have attitude and not willing to help.. the good suffer for the bad... I bought hair products they gave me the last one they had in stock Which was open And used... the item was over the counter so cant blame customers for using the lace front tapes... I still dont get compensated or my money back but they keep the tapes I brought back... I gave up... they makes me feel like I am lying even though I spent over $50.00 and the tapes cost a few $$$ its a damn shame... I spent so much money in this place

Besides the woman who somewhat explained to me what kind of hair I was buying, the staff is so inattentive to their surroundings. Their conversations were more important than the customers in line. So much more important, they were just yelling across the store to each other, really unprofessional. Decent selection if you dont mind being ignored as if youre not a paying customer

I called on the phone from broward to ask if they had something they say they did, once I got there the same person I spoke to said they havent had it for weeks. On Jan.7th 2018. I had a horrible experience at Elegant Beauty Supply, There is a Pregnant girl working there and she was very rude to the customers and argued with a older lady th at was in front of me and told her only Haitians would do that not sure what she meant but she was haitian also tearing her own people down. It was very racist of her and I have recorded the whole incident and will help this women sue this company. In addition, she called her manager Tony while she was checking me out and yelled at him and told him he needs to come take care of his store, she is rude to her Manger and customers. This young lady does not deserve a job.

The only reason i gave it 1 star because you have to in order to comment but they dont deserve that i hate this hair store.....they claim to belong to elegant beauty chain of stores but they are not at all...they gave me a reward card and Everytime i go back to use my card they say oh we dont use that anymore heres the new....then a month later same thing......their selection of hair is wayyyyy less than the normal elegant chains and they dont carry a well known elegant brand( sambra). They suck balls....they will never get my money again ever.

Elegant beauty supplies has the worst hair,(wigs,weave)not too long ago I bought a wig for almost 300 hundred dollars 1 week later the wig ripped I was in shock.like I dont Know what got into me and went and buy that wig in a beauty supply.i hate myself for that..hair is bad quality.
