To keep this short, my rims didnt come out as perfect as the majority of rims they display on their website or social media. The first time I took my rims to them, they had it for four working days (9:30am on a Thursday through Monday 5:30pm - close to closing time). The service done to my wheels were supposed to be a straightening, scratch removal and paint. Originally, my rims had minor scratches on the rim of the wheel and three of the wheels were slightly warped - enough to make my steering wheel slightly shake at 65mph.When I first received my car, the rims looked great from a distance. But once I got a closer look, I noticed that there were some sand grains baked into the side of the rims spoke with the color. I presented this issue to Jason and Mark and they quickly offered to make those corrections. This time they had my car for three working days, (Monday - 9:30 am to Wednesday - 5pm).On arriving to their establishment to pick up my car from the touch-up job on my wheels, I briefly spoke to Jason. Jason told me that out of the four wheels, three were perfect, but one still had some bumps. When I questioned him about the sand grains baked on the rims, he had a hard time explaining the reason why that happened, so he instead calls Mark to explain his logic.Mark told me a very interesting story which led me to raise caution and suspension on the work they did to my wheels. Mark told me that those werent sand grains, they were pieces of metal. He went on to say that typically, when you have aluminum exposed to salt water, it doesnt matter how much you sand them, theyre going to grow bumps of metal due to the oxidation. I instantly knew he was giving me BS. But I have to give it to him for being such a smooth talker and keeping a straight face while telling his BS. He also said that he couldnt sand the rims any further because then hed be eating up too much of the metal, leaving it to bare bone. Mind you, originally my rims only had minor scratches on the edges of the rim. It didnt have any cosmetic issues on the sides of the spokes, or for that matter, even on the front of the spokes. When I came outside to inspect the wheels, I noticed all four wheels still had those sand grains baked in, just much smaller, and one of the wheels had excess paint on the edges of the spoke, creating somewhat of a hill of paint. When I addressed this Jason, he simply stood quite and disappeared as I was talking. I went back inside to get Mark and show him the imperfections on my wheels. He reiterated his story as justification for the metal grains on my rim, but when I showed him the rim with the excess paint, he responded with, arent your rims like that? In which I quickly replied with a stern, no. He stood looking at the rims and then acknowledged that it was excess powder baked onto the rim. Thats when he knew he didnt want to continue fixing the rims and just offered me a $100 credit to leave. At this point, I went too many days without my car so I respectfully accepted the credit and left.On the drive home I noticed that my steering wheel would still shake, this time at a higher speed. When I arrived to my house, I was able to give my wheels a closer inspection. I noticed that while the rims were definitely straightened, they still had some bend, so it wasnt perfectly straightened. I also noticed that on all four of my wheels, the inside edge of the rim was completely scratched to bare metal. Even though this part isnt exposed, I recall paying for a full restoration of my wheels, (which totaled $700+) not partial restoration. It wouldve definitely been better purchasing new rims.My take on this experience is this - From what Ive seen, theyre fully capable of doing perfect work. Then why was the final product on my wheels below par? One thing I noticed was that the majority of the cars and wheels they work on are high-end cars. My car is not. Did they automatically assume they didnt have to spend much effort on my rims because of the car I own? You decide.
I appreciate Mark, Jason, big Mike and the whole crew. I have very picky and demanding clients who expect to get what they pay for. With no stories or hyped promises like from many others in this business.Always get competitive prices and proper service. Even when they are mega busy, they take the time to hear what I need and get the job done.Thank you for taking care of uncle Theo the way you do.π
I had a great experience! I was able to get a quote via text very quickly and My very quick turnaround request was accommodated. All the staff is very friendly and will work with you fairly. Highly recommend this shop as the rim came out beautiful!
I got spacers, tints, new tires and paint correction for my front bumper for my 428I GC all in a one stop shop, while waiting I rented the corvette stingray for a really great price. Mark and the crew at UbreakWheelfix are honest, efficient and they guarantee their work 100%. Very happy customer; will continue to use their service and recommend them to my friends!
Mark De La Cruz was super hospitable and his team found my tires and got them changed within 24hrs for my Range Rover. Excellent service. Highly recommended for any wheel service in Miami.
Give these guys a try and you wont be disappointed. Ubreakwheelfix was a pleasure to work with. They made the entire process as easy as it can be. I dropped off my CTS-V to get all 4 wheels powder coated, had a set of tires mailed to their shop for them to mount and balance after the wheels were done. My wheels came in with all kinds of road rash on them and they came out looking better than new. The best part is that it was all done within a day. I highly recommend Mark and his staff. My V has been revived!
Good workers.. poor management and coordination.. had issues with management with scheduling of when my rims would be done.. we worked out a resolve...and my rims still werent done correctly after all of that.. I would suggest this place unless you prepared for difficulties and mixups.. ijs
Absolutely fantastic customer experience. Mark is a car guy himself and very knowledgeable of his business. I was in and out in 90 minutes to get my ADV1 wheel repaired. Will definitely come back!
First time customer at Ubreakwheelfix and I entered with a damaged bent rim which I thought wasnβt going to be the same again fixed. They did such an AMAZING job that you canβt even tell it was bent! It only took 2 days to fix! The crew is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Ubreakwheelfix!! Affordable too.
These guys are good at what they do.Many mechanic friends recommended me this place.
Nice prices on some of their services (fixing bent rims and removing the corrosion off chrome rims), I just wish they were a bit quicker when attending to you. However, if you plan on dropping off your car and leaving, thatll be better, rather than waiting (maybe because Im impatient at times). In addition, communication between employees could improve; I had to pay out of pocket instead of using insurance because they took the tire off before speaking with my insurance company for the approval (my insurance requested to speak to the repairman before doing any work, but the manager didnt get the chance to do it) and I didnt feel like waiting any longer...no biggie, only cost $100 to fix. Anyway, other than that, Id return for some of their services.
Dealt with Mark, he is personable, honest, a pleasure to deal with. His business is professional, in my opinion top of the line experience. Staff is knowledgeable. Worth the wait and money. You pay what you get. When a job is detailed you need the best, no need to shop around. Highly recommend, you wonβt regret it.

After an exhaustive search for a reputable wheel/rim refinishing company, I decided to send my SUV to Mark at βUbreakwheelfixβ and I could not be happier with outcome. To begin with, Mark was very responsive when returning emails and calls, which is always a good start in a market like South Florida where people are often slow and less professional than they should be. I could also tell that he knew what he was talking about, unlike several of the others I called who had less knowledgeable assistants respond to my inquiries. As it turns out, he also spent more than a decade working for Range Rover, which allowed him to know everything about the SUV that I brought in. That alone, was very comforting.Mark quoted a great price to totally refinish my 22 inch Range Rover Sport wheels and bring them back to a factory shine and that is precisely what he did. Being so comfortable with him, I also had him fully detail the car with a paint correction system as well as blacken out the trim that had really faded between and above the windows. He told me that truck would look brand new and that is exactly how it came out.In the end, my expectations were far exceeded; so much so that I am probably keeping the car instead of selling it β a pretty amazing testament on his work. Next up, the wifeβs SUV, which will be sent to Mark next week.If you are looking for the marketβs best wheel/rim repair or refinisher, Ubreakwheelfix is definitely it!!
Great customer service.
Refinished my wheels. Flawless job!
I am very pleased with my experience with Ubreakwheelfix. I am pretty fanatical about my cars, so when I got some curb rash on one of my rims I decided to have the rim refinished and to also have the calipers painted. I had a pretty good experience at another similar service provider before Ubreakwheelfix had opened its north Miami location, but I wanted the best. Ubreakwheelfix specializes exclusively in wheel and rim related work and the owner Mark is a car fanatic like me. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the superb results. My rim looks brand new and the calipers are gorgeous. Definitely recommend Ubreakwheelfix!
I definitely recommend them. They do awesome work. No complaints here.
Purchased 4 new tires for my Crown Vic. Great price, excellent service, friendly staff. Highly recommend this business.
GRAB YOUR SOCKS, GUYSβ¦β¦cuz the job quality and customer care here will blow them off. Iβd call this company an outlier in South Florida. Owner Mark de la Cruz, a dedicated car guy with lots of high-end dealer service experience, listens carefully for whatβs important to you. Then the designers and techs bust their chops to make you happy. After spending some time watching them work, Id say that it doesnt matter whether you bring in a fleet Kia with wheel damage or a Lincoln Navigator (like me) for a custom βblackoutβ treatment or a $$$ Lambo for ultra-enhancements, theyll do the same A+ job. That doesnβt necessarily happen here in SoFla no matter what you spend, so Mark and his crew really earned my gratitude.
Great service and fast turnaround time. Got my Infiniti wheels fixed after a bad pothole got me. Those guys fixed it in a day.
Great job, real pros and very accomodating.delivered on promised quality.
