Passed by to ask a question and ended up getting a mattress. Though I think the prices are the same as in any furniture store, the customer service that I received was very good. The salesman (Miguel Robles) was very professional and knowledgeable of the products and services that the company uses. The delivery was also on point so, Im glad that I made the purchase at Mattress One of North Miami Beach.

This place is amazing I purchase from them everything was perfect . RUN!!! DONT BUY A bunch of greasy salesmen that are only out for your money and once they see they cant deliver they forget about you and even ruin your credit score.!!!I have never experienced anything so horrible in my life!!!My husband and I decided to go to them after careful deliberation regarding prices. We were convinced to use a credit card through mattress one, they provide to purchase the mattress.We waited over a month for some answer for the mattress. WE would call almost everyday after 2 weeks and no one would answer, we couldnt even leave messages.After almost 6 weeks we decided to physically go there and complain and they claimed they just couldnt get us the mattress and were going to give us the refund. OH BOYWe never used the card but apparently the credit card company charged us a late fee affecting our credit score and ruining our chances of getting a HOME all because they didnt give the credit card a refund back on time!NOW, we are waiting for a letter from them for the credit bureau and for them to FIX their mistake so we could have a home. Considering they we lost our apartment and my husband, me and my 4 yr old daughter are sleeping in a living now waiting for this to get fixed so we can get our home.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN>

My overall expereince while purchasing my mattress was wonderful. Jose actually listened to what I wanted in a mattress and was not trying to sell my HIS product. I been suffers intermittent neck pain, upper back, bilateral knee pain, low back pain because i was involved in a motor vehicle collision approximately four years ago and i have difficulty sleeping since. I went in there this guy name Adley Pierre take good care of me great customer service he asked me to lie down on the Tempur-pedic cloud luxe breeze which i fall in love with and when he show me the Adjustable base right away i didnt felt any pressure point in my lower back, upper back when he put me in a zero gravity position i was breathing better he explain everything very carefully about their finances and answer all my question he wasnt rushing me he very patience i received everything i have my Tempur-pedic for two weeks now Ive sleeping way better wake up happy that was an amazing experience i will refer everybody that need a mattress to him ..
