I wish I could give them 0 stars. They dont care about customers, they dont understand you and are rude about it, and the gas pump pumped so slowly I was there for a long time. I told them and she asked if I wanted to change the pump, I stayed and waited because I didnt want any discrepancies with the money I paid. I asked her will I still get my dollars worth of gas and she said yes. Shes probably right but I will never come to a disgusting place like this again. Im absolutely upset

Ive been to this place many times but only for Colombian empanadas which are delicious and my experience has been good. But this morning for the first I need to use the gas pump I couldnt because the cashier was rude. Arguing that I have to wait when she was done with the prior customer. If you are moody dont go to work because you are giving customer service dear.

The Colombian food is great and the coffee is very good quality too. Service is a little slow.

Many pumps don’t work most of the time. The food mart was closed a thursday at 4pm with a handwritten note saying closed. They always are out of mainstream products like red marlboro. Management should be more on top of things. They probable loose a lot of business because of poor management.

Waited for a sandwich, only person in line, personal conversations were more important than attending to me. I said forget it and just tried buying an energy drink and going to main register . Once again, different staff, same situation . Personal conversation was more important. Left my stuff on the counter and got outta that place empty handed.

I stopped by to get a coffee, which is amazing. The two women making the coffees this morning are the best. When I was waiting for my coffee. I watched the deli sandwich line and the maker was there. She had gloves on and was making sandwiches. Eating away her sandwich with gloves on, ok maybe we can get past that, until I saw her put her eaten sandwich on the cutting board to make people’s sandwiches. Clearly no respect or knowledge of health standards.

ZERO STARS1. Half the pumps never work time and time again.2. You can never pay at the pump time and time again3. Credit card terminal inside is always troublesome by either declining most of customer transactions as debit or Visa, while sufficient funds actually exists in card member account. Either card terminal is defective or cashier lacks proper trainingAbsolutely terrible station. Should be closed down until issues are resolved. Every customer there is dumbfounded as to why this continues. Will never go there again.I also contacted Shell Corp to report this inefficiency and I was informed that this is an independently owned and operated station. Well, this looks real bad on the Shell brand to say the least.

They charged me for an item that I decided not to buy and when I called them back to complain, the phone was disconnected. Horrible experience.
