Worse pharmacy of ALL CVS I have been. Bad organization. Doctor sent prescription and 2 days later still not ready even though I got a text that it was ready. Try calling?! You will be in hold forever!
I went to the pharmacy today and had a horrible experience. The lady that was tending to me looked up my information. I explained to her that answering service informed me that it would be ready around 9p. I arrived shortly after due to the pain from my procedure. I will say the lady tending to me at no desire to help. She told me will be ready tomorrow. I told her that I was in pain and need the Ibuprofen. She made it seem like it was not possible to get done. Finally she put it through and magically the antibiotics were ready too. Every time my wife goes there she has the same experience and told me I should have gone to Publix. The same lady always gives her the same problem. Not helpful and avoiding the work. It takes more work to avoid work then actually doing it. Another poor lady arrived shortly after me with a confirmation and the same lady was giving the same problem to get her medications. I tell you she was just avoiding the work. That customer was equally as frustrated. The employee seemed completely lost and with no desire to be there. Further she rung up the order and did not bother to ask if I had insurance. She just assumed that I had no insurance. Wow talk about not knowing how to do your job. I will say I am a healthcare provider and I run a department were this would not be tolerated. This employee continues to do this and I could see the frustration on the pharmacist with the employee disorganization. I must add the her lack of people was unbelievable. Terrible experience in pharmacy. The store is always amazing.
This CVS pharmacy is horrible. Ive been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. They never answer their phone and hang up on you. My nephew has been filming me on hold w/CVS for his YouTube channel. Ive gone there before bypassing the futile attempt at actually trying to get someone to answer their phone. Ive gone there bypassing the phone and they always tell you it wont be ready until the next day. The not answering the phone is an issue at almost every CVS Ive called. CVS seriously under staffs it pharmacies. Dont go to CVS if you really need your meds in a timely manner. You will be risking your health. Go to Walgreens .Im going to transfer all my meds to Walgreens. CVS is irresponsible and puts their customers at risk. Im going to get my nephew to drive me to CVS. If they dont have my meds Ill probably go to the emergency room at Aventura Hospital. At least its close to the pharmacy. CVS, you are horrible people for not properly staffing your pharmacies.
Always a horrible experience. I believe giving them 1 star is toooo much, an empanada’s stand has a better costumer service. These people don’t really want to help the costumer. They don’t pay attention to what we said. Unfortunately, my insurance and this horrible business has a monopoly and I can’t go to Walgreens or to another farmacy.If you have the opportunity to go to another place, don’t waist your time there. They don’t even answer the phone. Also, the give the prescriptions wrong, just for careless mistakes.
Place is clean and neat 👍. However, I ordered photos online, and I wasn’t satisfied. I expected glaring photos from an IPhone. Those pictures look faded and the lighting is way off. Would recommend they fix this issue.

Worst cashier experience while dealing with a tall young man. This is my second time that he’s been on the phone literally having a full out conversation. I’m trying to tell him how much to put on my gift card and of course he can’t hear me bc he has AirPods in his ears. He also completely forgets to ring up the gift card and I have to interrupt his conversation to tell him the balance is off bc the gift card alone was 25. Will never be back here and will drive into traffic just so I don’t have to have this encounter again.

I will never set foot in that disgusting place again.I lost my Floridian Id and I wanted to do the covid-19 vaccine regard,they turn me down even though I suggest to show passport..The lady was obnoxious and cold, she was very determined to turn me down because I couldnt show her Florida id .I have asthma and I was terrified the whole year and half and was thrilled the vaccine was finally available for all.I did mine eventually in walgreens.they cared for my health more than my insurance or Id.I placed a complain against this cvs for preventing people doing the covid-19 vaccine even though they shouldnt by law!!!!!

This CVS is horrible. Cashiers do not know what they are doing and they are super slow. There is always a line and the store is not even busy. Girls that work there have attitudes and ignore you. There is one price on the shelves and when you bring the items to the register they are another price. When you ask for a manager no one shows up.
Paul the manager it’s like a deer in headlights. MIchael the pharmacy manager, has no idea what he’s doing and cannot run a pharmacy. He likes to play Mr. nice guy, but when he makes a mistake he does not own up to it. I will not be returning to this pharmacy. They have made way too many mistakes with my medication that if I did not catch I could’ve wound up in the hospital.
We expended over 2hrs in traffic going to four different CVS pharmacies in the north dade area trying to obtain an antibiotic for a friend. Highly dysfunctional and inept Skylake location was out of stock and sent us to Sunny Isles in error telling us the script was there. While at the Skylake location a steady stream of customers were rejected as this location is out of stock on medications. Once at Sunny Isles location they could not reach the Skylake location on the phone to verify and make the transfer. The Skylake location is wholly inept in that they deliberately do not answer incoming calls as evidenced when there the phone recording system speaker blurts out over and over the incoming call. We headed back to Skylake to be told that they were out of stock after the Sunny Isles location sent us back. We were then sent to Calif Club location. The filthiest cvs in s. fl. yet the best service and most competent pharmacist at this small pharmacy. The Skylake location is in a state of dysfunctional collapse as they are highly disorganized and the front line service personal is inept.

The pharmacy department is horrible to get thru by phone. When they do answer, you areput on hold for over 10 minutes and then they pick up and hang up!!! This occurred twice and my call is very important relating to my medication.The drive thru was worse, they have one line for covid testing and prescriptions. I was there for an hour and got my medication all wrong when I got home!!!
The automated system sucks !No one answers in the pharmacy and finally gave up after 22 minutes.Then I called and asked to speak to someone in the pharmacy, another 35 minutes and hung up.I just needed to refill and couldn’t do it.Tomorrow I’m going over. Don’t expect to be there long, they will definitely kick me out after I’m thru screaming.

It is a solution if you need to pick up a few things, but the employees here are very unprofessional. They don’t care if there’s a line, they continue having personal conversations loudly amongst themselves. The manager is up at the front calmly organizing miscellaneous items by the register instead of opening up a register to alleviate the long line. Also, a few of the employees did not look professional in terms of grooming, cleanliness, and clothing. I will try to avoid the CVS in the future.

Absolutely terrible. I got sick 3 weeks ago and decided to get tested at this particular CVS so it’s been exactly 3 weeks and I still got no results. And of course I am not sick anymore and I have no idea if I had covid or it was just bad cold. This is just disgusting, covid testing is important and people should get the results asap not months later

There is this ULTRA LOUD BEEP sound after a customer enters the store. Never experienced anything like this before. I could not even talk on the phone to discuss a prescription issue due to the ear piercing noise. SUGGESTION TO CLUELESS MANAGEMENT: if you think the neighborhood is so dangerous that workers in the back room have to hear every time a customer enters the store, hire a security guard -do not torture us!In fairness, sometimes there are nice/helpful ladies at the register, but most of the time there is no help available in the store or unwilling/unfriendly employees just restocking the shelves.
Pharmacy confirmed my prescription and told me to return in 3 hours for pick up, which I did, only to be told they don’t even have the medication in stock and to call back tomorrow evening to see if they’d received a shipment of it. They continued to tell me another location did not have my medicine in stock either, which I called afterwards only to have them prepare it for me within half an hr! The amount of misinformation this CVS provided is highly unnerving.
Whats the point of having an appointment for covid testing if they make you wait 40 minutes in line anyway? I can during my lunch hour because it was impossible to get there before or after work and was late coming back.

Yesterday 10/16 at approx. 5 pm a customer notified the cvs cashier that somebodys car window has been broken in front of the pharmacy, she asked them to notified if it belonged to any customer inside the store and they just ignored her, my wife was getting some medication and when she came out of the store she found out it was her car, seems that they dont care about customers anymore. we are so sorry, but from now on we are going to shop somewhere else. we have been customers of this cvs pharmacy for the past 10 years.
It’s very disrespectful what is going on there. I just had a c section and I deliver a prescription yesterday for a pain killer at 4 pm and they told me to pick it up in 2-3 hours, my husband went at 9:30 pm and it wasn’t ready, I just call today at 9:40 am and isn’t ready either. It’s the worse pharmacy I ever had.
Walgreens is by far superior. CVS is terrible. Choose to limit peoples choices and stop selling cigarettes? why? Employees are in there own world not working at all. Then again for minimum wage and part time how much would you really care?
The pharmacy staff are over worked. They desperately need help. I have been on hold for 20 minutes just to inquire about a prescription. This is not the first time this has happened. I imagine I should change locations.
The stuff is very polite and they are willing to help you. My only concern is that sometimes they dont have a person on the floor, just the cashier and pharmacy people.

This is the worst CVS I have every gone to. The pharmacy employees r rude as heck! I had called prior to being released from the hospital and even tho I was using a walker and I was the only person waiting, they had me there standing up holding on the counter for dear life as they moved in slow motion. I asked if I could wait for the prescription BC I didnt have transportation and they didnt even try to help out. They told me 3hrs and I have been waiting for 5 hrs in the store and they arent finished. They didnt have 1 of my medications and instead of calling another location to see where I could get it they refused to help me with anything. Even there photo department is trash! I ordered a photo book and when it should have been ready for pick up, I called and their machine was down so they wouldnt have been able to process the order for 3 days for a a next day photo book.

I took a fujifilm water proof camera there to be developed which contains pictures from my first vacation with my son. Also my birthday celebration. That was almost two months ago and I havnt heard from them yet. What makes it worse is when dropping the camera off the salesman (wish I got his name) behind the counter joked saying you know its going to take forever to get ur pictures back, if u get them back I immediately advised its not a joking matter, the pictures are fairly important and to please not play with me like that. When I called to check on it about a month later (and coincidentally spoke with him) he laughed stating didnt I say its going to take forever I ended the call before it got any further unprofessional. Called back again another month later and spoke with a woman Glays who doesnt even speak english! Just repeating shes sorry and avoiding my questions referred me to call back when a manager is there. Ridiculous! This CVS sucks & is ran by idiots! Id personally recommend anyone in the area to avoid doing business with them & go to the Walgreens directly across the street, their customer service is much better!

The attention of the pharmacy has always been very bad, and by phone they do not answer worse if they do it after 45 min when I say that I need someone in Spanish they make me wait and they never answer again.
Its a shame to have such rude people in the pharmacy they dont care about anything, they dont have logistics for the pharmacy line one wants to look for something on the shelves and the line is right there, people get angry when one is nearby looking for something, No one can think that it is illogical there is no social distance at all ...
I do not understand why they cannot be more kind in your care, especially in the pharmacy, if it were up to me I would never go to any of your pharmacies. Because almost all of them are the same, poor customer service.
The treatment of the cashiers was, for the most part, cold and inattentive, except for a young Spanish-speaking man who was very practical and helped me with my doubts. However, I highlight the great work of Miss Danay (if Im not mistaken that is her name) who works in the face cream sector, she gave me great recommendations, gave me several coupons, helped me get the cashier ( a rather bad grace) she gave me my CVS card, and in general she was very attentive. If it was only for her, I would give the store 5 stars. In products I found a lot of variety, but I could not say about the prescribed medications because I did not go for any, but more for creams and vitamins. If you read this: thank you Danay my mom loved the Vichy cream !!!
