For some reason its random if youll get help or not. Some workers there are real nice others dont really help much. Sometimes Ill wait for someone for a while. But not a bad store overall.

This is one of my favorite stores ever. Theyve got a great selection of everything ( though not the biggest) and their customer service is on point.They need to give us the ability to scan and pay by phone and also no contact pay. Aside from that theyre amazing! I love this store!

Lack of good Customer service a no professionalism at all. Somewhat ghetto and lack organization. I have been coming here every week for the past 2 mo now and each time I place an order, it is only processed depending on who is working that shift. Yesterday I placed an order at 1:45pm, and the pro Service desk, customer service dept, myself and 2 different representatives called that department several times for my order. Finally at 4:20 I called a neighbor to come and help me get all of the items that were not pulled down. When I went back there the young man Nick was just there talking with another young man and never pulled my order. He pretended to work but I see he clearly was just being lazy and refused to get any orders. He was very rude and careless. I’m surprised that homedepot would allow someone of that behavior to work there.

Manager liz refused to return a product just because it was open. She came up with a fake store policy that when i told her to look it up online, she couldn’t prove it.Maybe they thought i was stupid and they could fool me just because of how i looked.Terrible service from this super rude manager.Laura was polite and resolved the issue by just calling her and not saying a word about it to not make the situation uncomfortable. She was very professional.But liz was terrible, unprofessional, rude, liar, im telling you she came out with TWO fake reasons why she couldn’t return the product.Full product, receipt.And she said “they don’t take paint sprayers back” LIARHome depot you can do SO MUCH BETTER

Who ever is the store manager who runs this store really needs to wake up.The spray can paint section is a complete mess. No Exaggeration.Aside from needing to be straightened out, there out of countess amounts of paint colors. There large sections of emptiness.Who ever is responsible for ordering this section should be fired today.Message to management:Get it straightened out!!!!!!!That translate in to lost sales.I ended up going to Loews,At least there shelves are properly filled.

Why would you offer Curbside for this store and than when you get there there is no curbside, I got down went to customer service and there is a huge line, 15 minutes wait, for that I should have just came in to the store buy like a regular purchase and I would have gone within 10 minutes, get it together. Dont offer something that you dont do. Thanks a lot next time I use Lowes curbside.

Horrible customer services. It’s early morning, the store is full of associates and barely any customers. Since no associate around the area to assist, went to customer service to request assistance. 10 minutes later, nothing. Went to a cashier to ask. She pages again. 10 minutes later nothing. She sees me pacing and asks if they came to help (she was the only associate that seemed to care). She pages again, and yet another 10 minutes later NOTHING! We’re done!

I accompanied my mom in returning an item that was not working properly. Damanique a cashier helped us, and was the most disgusting, and condescending employee I’ve ever met. This comes from a manager of a major retail store…We were experiencing issues because of a store credit, and instead of telling me what was wrong, like a normal human being- she accused me and my mother of having a fake ID. She told us to call the phone number on the receipt for help, and we got hung up on…….. Home Depot, do better.

This location has the worse customer service. For return you wait long time. The cashier they dont care. Cashier on the phone. Deborah in return department iahe is the worse customer service she doesnt know what is customer service. This morning i was on line over 5 minutes waiting, she was on the phone the whole time ignoring me. She should be in the back cleaning not in front

I went with my nephew the first time I moved to pick up some stuff for my uncle and there was a worker there her name was Mary what a person to love we didnt know what we were looking for because everything was written on paper and forget it to find something there is incredible but she walked us through every single aisle that we needed the stuff and got us everything we needed what a wonderful person she is thank you Mary!!!

Horrible experience 😪I went to but some milwaukee tools to send overseas and I needed some assistance, so I went over to two gentlemen over the next isle that were talking and I said good afternoon do you guys work on this department and one of them laugh and the other employee ignored me completely.No answer no eye contact no nothing is as if I was a ghost. I asked my husband to go ask and see if he had better luck and they responded quickly so my husband asked why did they ignore me when I greeted and ask for help, they became silent.So that means if you go to home depot you have to be a male in order to get assistance and not a WOMAN???we asked for a manager never came by a nice supervisor (lady) tried to assist but she had no knowledge of items.We waited at least 40-50 min and no manager came to us.We had to drive a little further to northern tools i belive is the name of store and we made at least a $2300.00 purchase.I guess Home Depot is such a big company that doesnt care for its customers enough of for small purchases like ours.Will not use my home depot cc nor buy anymore in here.Avoid this location

The gardening guy with the long braids was rude as hell and felt annoyed from me asking a simple question. The item was behind him and his demeanor was as if I interrupted him and his other coworker from the important conversation they were having. I come to this HD regularly and all of the employees have been great but him. He just wants the paycheck but doesn’t want the work. Let him go.

Went to nearest to my business the Home Depot to get 10.000 sq f hardwood floor for the dance school Waiting 40 min for sale associate. Customer service desk recall for assistance 3 times...! No one shows up. Brought my business to the local private store. The same price for my big order. ....😡

It was horrible, I asking for help to 4 workwers, One of them told me no one can help You now🔥. What???? Is a joke right? I just buy a tool and you say no body can help me?, I ask for the store manager, he is in the phone no pay attention do not matter what happend and he say ok I go to talk with the employe. So Im very uncomfortable with the situación on this Home Depot (163th street) always the costumer service is horrible.

The pull string light switch on the fan in my kitchen broke, so I headed to Home Depot to pick up a whole new fan to replace the old one since it was about that time anyways. After entering the store, I noticed a platform display in the middle of the aisle that led towards the ceiling fan section. The display had a bunch of mops with this special spin-dry contraption attached to the bucket (which I had used before). I loved that spin-dry thing so I bought that too after easily finding the right fan I wanted. Great experience overall, also the cashier lady was super nice and friendly!

Theyve got beautiful plants here. There is everything including the kitchen sink. And the tools and wood that are needed. There are fans and lights, seats and seat covers, batteries paint and more. Have fun.

Food was great. Very tasty. Not so cheap but ok for the food quality and presentation on the plate. Just the service was slow and didnt put attention to the guests.

I went to Home Depot today for cleaning supplies they have the cheapest cleaning supplies to me their own brand name which I find cleans very well also some cleaning wipes which also is their name brand is very good for cleaning the bathroom counter toilet you know between uses on the toilet so that its sanitary also roach spray the raid which lthey have tall can 20 for less than $5 which I think is the cheapest in town also toilet freshener and another item that is the bomb and cleans so many things FYI Bar Keepers if you make it in a paste and you scrub your headlights with it leave it on for about 5 minutes and rinse it off, that film that everybody has a problem with on your headlights it will clear it right up without a problem I have pictures to follow. I always have the best time shopping here because theres so much help some time to get pretty busy and its hard to get help but theyre very attentive here and they have pretty good products Ive been shopping here for over 20 years I have no complaints.happy shopping

This is one of my least favorites. Usually crowded and parking sucks! But it gets the job done. Always find what i need. And workers are helpful.

I was really disappointed with the rental departments customer service. The 2 older gentleman (40-50 yrs old, not old but older than the younger gentleman there) were very RUDE. The way they spoke to me was like they were talking to a child. VERY condescending. They really should be required to take some sort of customer service training course. I was really upset after leaving, the way they disregarded my concerns. I wouldn’t return due to their rude treatment. The only reason for the second star was because the younger gentleman who helped us when we initially rented the equipment was VERY nice. Complete opposite energy with a smile on his face. They need to take a lesson from the younger gentleman when dealing with customers.

First I made a return of supplies which went very fast and the lady attendant handled the procedure accuratly with a smile. I even liked the way she had done her nails painted in blue. Then i went to get a large power tool and there was an attendant in the area to whom I asked a question and not only he answered it but was kind enough to go put of his way to find me a platform cart for me to take the tool to the cashier. Excellent customer service at this location.

The worst Home Depot in all Miami. None of the employees have time to help you, they see you coming and disappear, when you finally find them they do not know anything or they cannot help you because they are from another department, you look for the manager and after several attempts to find the one right clerk she tells you she cant do anything, but when you finally find what youre looking for and get to the checkout, the cashier is eating a bag of Doritos in front of your face while with her hands and a mouth full of Doritos. I asked another employee if that seemed normal to her, she looked at me with an astonished face and said yes!

After a few hiccups years ago, this store has absolutely earned our trust and loyalty. The customer service representatives are so acute to our needs and are always knowledgeable! Malik in the doors/windows department is an outstanding professional!! Thank you.

The best Home Depot is in the North Miami hardware store. It is always stocked, friendly service and very clean. Highly recommended above any other Home Depot store in the area. Toby R

Natalya (I think thats how she spelled it) was awesome. She was patient as she helped my mother and I decide on a new stove. Unfortunately the one we liked was out of stock, she did not rush us as we found other stoves that also were out of stock! When we finally found one with a December delivery, she explained the warranty process and our different options. Great customer service.

Worst customer service ! No one wants to help you! They call multiple times to send someone to your aisle number and no one shows up... to pay for 3 things I had to wait 1 h for someone to help me ..... and then paying and getting help loading my car the same.....

This is one of their better stores, well run and staffed with people who can speak English clearly. Perhaps with an accent, but clearly. They have everything you need for your home. If they dont have exactly what you need, theyll figure out how to sell you something that will do the job. Bathrooms are actually maintained. Self-checkout is great, a time saver. If you need to hire someone to help you to do your do-it-yourself project, there are almost always guys hanging around the parking lot across from the garage door. Bring your mask and shopping list, follow social distancing and be prepared to run into people who insist on spreading coronovirus.

I dont like this home depot store. Checking out is really getting out of hand! I try my best not to go there but when I got a customer in that area dont have a choice. My Home Depot Store is Miami Gardens 57th Ave 167th Street... Thats the only store I shop at for my customers!

With all the things that they do have they still do not have the type of filters that Im looking for for my air conditioning I have to go to a different home Depot that does carry it

Avoid this store like a plague.This store is either understaffed or mismanaged or both. I spend about $15,000 anually at Home Depot but now I will have to re-think my business with them as this is happening more and more frequently.Heres what happened:They failed to find an item on the shelf for me although the app says they have 10 remaining. The female associate just blew me off saying if it is not on the shelf then they dont have it and maybe someone else can help me. Then she left. I went to the customer service desk asking for help, they called for somebody in hardware but nobody showed up. Waited 10minutes and left.It was on April 17th 2019 at 11.35am.

I love this particular home depot (although I appreciate them all) because it has lots of parking, there are many helpful workers inside and no one maltreated me, either because of my accent or because Im female or any other prejudice. It is not loud inside and easy to enter & navigate. Lastly, there are shops nearby, such as Ross dress for less..

I was surprised when I asked for a bag for what I eat and they did not have bags in the establishment, it was uncomfortable to carry the Comoros without a bag 🤷

It’s a Home Depot. What can you say about it? This location often has stuff no other location has. It might be dustier, a bit more unkempt. It might seem like a rehab from the characters in the parking lot hanging about. But it’s basically a Home Depot.I’ve bought garage sale signs here, I have bought locks here when not available at my closet store.It is my last prayer last minute go to.

Hard to get assistance. When you find a person their not knowledgable. I spoke to multiple people before receiving proper help. As I was leaving the store, I took a chance and stop an employee in another department and he told me they dont sell the item. I left and headed for Ace.

The garden department is usually good, people are nice, however last time I went the seeds were all on the floor, and I needed help inside, waited around for 30 minutes, 4 different employees told me they would get me someone, went to a different department, and they told me they didnt have what I was looking for. Went back another day when Ray Lyons was there, who is AMAZING, and is the reason this review has any stars at all. Overall terrible service, save for a few rare gems like Ray Lyons.

The staff was not as helpful and knowledgeable as I have found at other stores.

As all Homedepot stores, this is well supplied warehouse as usual. There is plenty of material, supplies, hardware, appliances, cleaning products. Did not see any empty shelves and support for items you may be looking for. The checkout procedures where different that resulted in a very long line. However it moved quickly and the staff directed you to open cashiers and self check stations. Easy layout to check out.

Really bad attention from the return items department at customer service (nito night manager he guarantees that home depot never sales products with some defects )He didnt care about continuously clients... like a bad policy ... thank you for you attention ...

Needs better management, they need to pay more

Always satisfaction. This store has courteous, knowledgeable help. I was able to return two items credited back to my Home Depot credit card. When the line for returns started to crowd at the front door, I spoke up, and the staff quickly lined them up outside the door to keep social distancing.

I havent been in a long time but was amazed at how much help and good advices I got from the employees regarding a project I want to make. Also got the sweetest and nicest cashier ever, Taliah.
