Ive used Two Men and a Truck a couple of times and they do an excellent job. They are professional and timely. I will certainly use them again in the event of a move. I will also recommend them to others.

I can’t say enough good things about our local Two Men and a Truck. I’ve used them for three separate moves - three different crews. Each time was as pleasant as the last. Moving is not always a joyous occasion, but the movers are consistently ready, willing and positive. I felt like they actually cared about my things and even took things to storage for me after my move. True that they weren’t the cheapest movers in town, but I got what I paid for. They were quick, took great care and attention to detail and offered fantastic customer service. I will use them for every move I make.

Although the men who showed up for my move were nice and seemed to want to please, they spent a lot of time “clowning” with each other. I felt that was unprofessional. I think I would have felt differently had my furniture been given more care. I had deepscratched on expensive 50 year old furniture. My furniture has been moved four times without damage. I also had a desk that has been moved four times broken and unusable. They admitted they stacked heavier furniture on top of it. Please always remember to purchase insurance and if you have something you do not want broken or may be the least bit fragile, MOVE IT YOURSELF! I wish I had chosen another company. Nice guys, but too much clowning around!

I used this company 4 1/2 years ago and was so very disappointed. The movers showed up and kept talking about the difficult move they had the day before and how tired they were! They then seemed to milk the time in order to get paid more. They took TWICE as long to move me out of an apartment than it took a different moving company to move me in; a little time difference is understandable but not twice as long. I had not acquired any other items - same move but twice as long. I decided it was best to get it done and deal with a manager after the fact. A few days after my move I spoke with a manager and thats when bad went to worse. The manager was unprofessional and rude and would not meet me halfway or give at all. I have told all my friends and family that others have had better experiences, but mine was awful! It all depends on the movers you get and I got shafted. I hope for their sake they have different movers now. I just used College Hunks for my latest move and they are wonderful!

We recently purchased a new home and had Two Men and Truck help us with the move. I could not be more happy. They worked with me prior and the men who came were so efficient and took such good care of our stuff. I was very impressed and would encourage anyone to hire this group if they are planning a move.

We moved to another state used two men and a truck, and had a good experience. After doing a virtual house tour, I was provided an estimate for the cost. It was comparable to another moving company estimate, but provided more furniture coverage, so we went with this one.We paid for the deposit to hold our date and signed the contract of the estimate - and that was it! On the day of, they came as planned and moved things in as scheduled. I was worried about hidden costs or driver keeping our stuff until we paid more, and NONE of that happened!! This is a good legitimate moving company who gets the job done!

In mid-May, this company moved my furniture five houses down the street. The movers did not work together with the bulky pieces. They used hand dollies to move stacked multiple pieces without any blankets. As a result, I have several new things that are now damaged. They poorly wrapped my furniture, they slid the headboards and footboards on their tops and they scraped my leather chairs in the doorways. Since the move, I have talked several times with Jeremy and Tyranny about the damages. I have emailed photos to them and been very patient with this matter. Tyranny has been cordial and made multiple promises to have their furniture repair vendor contact me. Three months later and I am done waiting on this company to make repairs. I see a lot of good reviews on this company, but I had a completely horrible move with them.

From the planning stages of our move to the unloading of the truck, we received great communication from the main office. On moving day we were amazed at the efficiency and pace at which our house was loaded on the trucks. Items were blanketed and wrapped with care and systematically loaded with care. Items were secured in the trucks. James, the crew leader, kept in touch with us letting us know where he was on his way to our new home. Unloading was the same experience. The crew was communicative, interactive and fun to watch. The same care and efficiency was seen during unloading. Definitely a hard working crew!!

Joseph Matthews and his crew worked effectively and efficiently in handling my move. They got the move done in less time than what was quoted. That saved me a few $$$. I would use this company again.

The movers were great but when I called to report my tv was broken during the move it still hasnt been replaced. I will never use them again. Bad customer service for the price I paid

The movers took their time to move my small bedroom apartment, milking the time which led to a $900.00 move. I did not have much furniture and the distance between where I was moving from and to was only a 30min drive which took them almost an hour to get there and unload. I would not recommend this company for moving service. It was definitely over priced and the workers took their time moving the furniture out and in to my new residence.

Completely destroyed a dining room table, marred finish on a brand new $1100 close dryer and cracked the door glass. Destroyed several flower pots. Offered $100 for damaged items and that took them 2 months. I certainly wouldnt recommend.

Ive used this company a few times over the years. What was once a few hours is now a fiasco. I got an estimate for 4 hours, and that matched previous moves from the same company. At the last minute we changed plans. Instead of moving things into a home, we would only need them to move it into a garage. Also the move was within less than half a mile as compared to across town in previous years. No extra boxes. Everything already packed and stacked for easy moving. We already had beds and tables taken apart. I expected to come in below estimated time. It took 8 hours. We received a bill twice the estimate. Excuses included that our driveway had an Incline. (a previous move done in almost half the time had been done through an apartment building and down stairs. Another had involved a high rise and elevator.) Id love to support a local business. They have done a mostly good job in the past. This was unacceptable. Also worth noting... Movers showed up in masks, considering the pandemic. Throughout the day I had to listen to complaints from one of them. By midday he didnt wear a mask. One of the movers was in training. Even he was heard asking why it was taking so long. I usually only do positive reviews! But I thought this was worth noting.Update August 29: I understand that the typically polite response from business is to express understanding and request direct contact. Just to be clear, we did directly contact this business well before my review. There were excuses and a slight discount backing off a highly inflated bill. Our previous move with this same company took maybe 5 hours form a 2 story walk up apartment with stairs to the same house involved in this move. This move took 8 hours and the contents were moved into garage storage as opposed to moving into various rooms and such. Also, they had help from us because we just wanted it over. My review was not a call for help it was simply a review.

After five moves over last three years, i was charged an extra $90 due to them being busy and allowing me to take the time/date of a cancellation. Time to look for another mover!

Awesome experience, did move in a timely manner and took special care of my furniture.

Very very poor service. Used them for a move in-town. They quoted us at hourly rate with minimum hours, plus a rate in the increments of 15 minutes thereafter, plus travel charge - all of which we agreed to. They estimated approx. 4 hours for just the moving of furniture and boxes (we opted to pack ourselves), starting at 8 am on a Saturday. Their guys didnt show up until 9 am, saying that’s when they were supposed to start. Ok - maybe a little misunderstanding. After arriving, they spent 30-45 minutes doing paperwork, visual assessment, bringing blankets and dollies, etc.Then, the guys were taking their time in moving things and were unorganized. But they were polite and seemed to be hard workers - so we were okay. But come 1 pm, they were only 60% done and they said they had another job scheduled at 2 or 3 pm. And that they could come back on Monday to finish the rest for us. Plus they will charge us the travel charge again... What??!!We specifically scheduled the move on a Saturday so we don’t have to take off from work and have Sunday to unpack the essentials, assemble beds, etc. And we didn’t realize that they would schedule people back to back and not finish their jobs on the same day. After much back and forth with the ‘manager’ at the office, they agreed to not charge us for the additional travel... but still come back on Monday to finish the job.Come Monday, the same polite guys come to finish the job but they didn’t exactly treat everything carefully. Broke one of the drawers, chipped couple of furniture pieces (which we found later), damaged a mattress by putting it on dirty floor (it had dust stains and wood splinters from plywood of the truck floor) and handled our mattress topper almost as a door mat on the truck floor. The mattress topper became severely dirty and damaged. The movers signed paperwork acknowledging the damage to the drawer and the mattress topper. So when we tried to call the office to get a resolution, they either didn’t pick up the phone or didn’t get back to us for a follow up.When we finally got answer by fighting with them, they claimed that our topper could not be $160 and asked for a proof of purchase or validity of it. When we sent them the direct link showing it was still the same price, they said they will get back to us. After months of back and forth, they sent us a form to fill out to claim reimbursement. And when we send that back, there’s no response. When we follow up on it, they say it’s been too long so now it cannot be reimbursed.After all the headache and stress they caused us, they completely deny any remediation... very disappointed! I’m appalled at their poor customer service and will never use or refer them to anyone!!!

Maclure, Leach, and White were great. I felt comfortable from the moment they showed up... 10 mins early! Great to get started early. They hustled the whole time as well. I would recommend them to anyone.Also, my move date was postponed several times, and each time i asked to push the date back, the lady in the office was very nice and accommodating.

I called Two Men and a Truck to get an estimate for a move and Ron gave me and accurate and complete estimate of what to expect. They were able to schedule my move in just a few days notice and it was quick and efficient.The actual move went very well. I was very appreciative of the guys who took the time to ensure that every piece of furniture they placed on our new hardwood floors was protected by rugs, towels, or carpets. They handled a minor inconvenience with our refrigerator not fitting by taking off one of the doors and carefully fitting it through the doors. They did a lot more than I expected and still beat our estimate by a half hour and so we wound up paying less than our estimate.I would be happy to recommend them or do business with them again.

I got in a car accident last minute and needed help moving that week while my husband was at work. I called and they were able to get somebody out that exact day within the hour. Not only were they tired but they were in the middle of trying to get lunch, they stopped what they were doing to come out and help me. They got everything I needed moved and it only took 2 hours they were very friendly. I will definitely be working with them again.

Friendly folks with professional attitudes but very overpriced

These guys are the best. They arrived on time and conducted themselves very professionally. All three guys were very friendly and super hard workers. They wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrap before loading. Not one piece of furniture got damaged. They were very accommodating as far as furniture placement. My wife and I were very pleased. They managed their time well and took care of us as their customer. I would definitely use them again. The price was very fair. I could not have rented a truck and paid for fuel and insurance for what it cost us with them. Give Two Men and a Truck a try. From my perspective you won’t be disappointed.

The office staff, (Jareds), were very helpful & would respond immediately. The moving team, Mr. Walker & Mr. Roddy were amazing. Furniture was protected very well. I would definitely recommend this team!

The movers were professional, yet easy-going, and kept us in the loop the entire move (i.e. where we wanted things, if they noticed a loose table leg before moving, etc.). My mom has dementia and we were moving her to a memory unit. I made arrangements for her to have care while Two Men and a Truck were moving her and I set her new room up. At 1, they called to say they could not dot it that day. I explained this delicate situation and they assured us they would make it happen but they might be a little late. An hour later they called because their truck got stuck and was waiting on a tow but assured us that they would be there. An hour after that, they called to tell us that they were unstuck but assured us they would be there. We began to take her bed apart, and box some things to help expedite the process when they did arrive Then the manager called at 6 p.m. or so to say the move would not happen. Since we had taken her bed down and had a caregiver for my mom, it had to happen that night. I understand things happen and the manager offered to send over boxes for us, but at 6 pm after we had been told for four hours that it would happen - our confidence in their word was gone. My husband and I started at 6 pm and moved her by ourselves. She was very upset and confused when she got back and we were not home until midnight that night. Horrible experience- will never use this company again.

Great experience! The guys did a great job getting everything from my apartment on the 3rd floor to my new house. It was done in a timely and professional manner and they even finished under the time I was quoted.

I had a great experience with these guys. They do lost of moves so some negative feedback will happen. I understand how people can be very sensative during this time. They were fast efficient and came in under budget. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

A coworker recommended Two Men and a Truck to me and I couldnt have been happier with the service I received. They were not only polite and professional, but were also very upbeat about getting a move started first thing in the morning. Even though the move had been estimated at four hours long, the three movers worked as quickly as possible, which led it to be only 2 hours. Despite having two flights of stairs to deal with they were able to get all of my items safely from one house to the next, including a glass-covered vanity. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your next move, and I will be using them again.

I had a poor experience with Two Men and a Truck. The initial impression was great but went down hill fast. The guys lacked training, supervision, and a general concern for my furniture. These guys were not professional movers. It took a few hours longer than the quoted time. Ill give a little there, I added a couple pieces, adjustments were made. Cell phone usage and engagement was a problem. Received damage to furniture and walls. The services were not worth the time and money. This company did not add value to my move.

We had a move within Little Rock. The movers showed up without masks and while we provided to them, they did not wear. The loading process was disorganized and inefficient, so it took much longer than necessary. In addition, they broke three items. Overall, the work was sloppy and careless.

Jared promised me a truck and movers on a Saturday. He confirmed with my wife a few days later. The paperwork said Sunday. I was called the day before the move to inform us that they couldnt do it on Sunday. I asked for Saturday (as originally promised). They said yes and then called me this morning (day of the move) to cancel. This company left me high and dry. I do not recommend them. The operations department is poorly trained and scheduling is even worse. I am now scrambling to rent a Uhaul and do it myself....so painful!!!

Arrived earlier than we were told the previous day, so 5 stars on promptness. We sold a set of antique dining room furniture and the buyers hired Two Men and a Truck. While they were moving the curio cabinet, we hear a thud, wood cracking and the two men arguing about a step down off of the front porch. They then come back and tell us the leg was previously broken and ask us to sign a waiver stating as much, which we would not sign. I understand accidents happen, especially when moving fragile antiques, but OWN YOUR MISTAKE and do not try to pin the damage on us. They told us technically we shouldnt have moved it in the first place since it was broken yet had no trouble scooting it or wrapping it up. We had also moved it the previous day when the buyers were inspecting it.

Saying I was stressed about moving is an understatement. Husbands deployed, 1 toddler, 2 dogs, selling the house, and moving from Arkansas to Pennsylvania --- I thought I was crazy trying to make this move.One thing that convinced me to call for an estimate was how upfront they are about prices. No hidden fees, everything is clear as day. I called and got an apprasial over the phone and then they also came by the house just to ensure it was as accurate as possible. He gave me what he said would be the maximum amount of time, which I greatly appreciated. Money is always a concern! I had a number in my head and the estimate was just slightly over so I was happy and decided to book them. It ended up not taking as long and I paid under what I was hoping to originally!The actual movers were wonderful. Friendly but not too friendly where youre wondering in the back of your mind how to politely walk away. I was nervous. Since its paid hourly, I imagined the worse: constant breaks, moving slow, not truly caring about the quality of packing. None of my worries occurred. The guys moved constantly for 4 hours, loading and unloading, and I had about a 1450 sq ft home. They were wonderful!!!I would definately reccomend these guys in the future! They really did help alleviate some of the stress and my worries about moving. Make the right decision and call them today!

The movers, Ammon, Ronnie and Marquise arrived on time, were very professional and precise in the handling of my furniture. They made the actual process at painless as possible for me. Im so glad I chose Two Men & a Truck. Seeing as how Im moving away for a while, Im glad I got to see their care in handling and storing my belongings.

I dont understand the negative comments made toward this company. My family and I have used this company to move us three times and each time they showed up when promised, the final closing price was dead on with their estimate. Each time I needed them they were prompt, professional and extremely polite each time. They last time I needed them I think it was the hottest day of the year but they never once slowed down. Those men done the job and done it fast with no damage to nothing. I used this same company three different times and never has anything happen like some people in the reviews explained. And if we ever need to move a 4th time. They will be the ones we call.

I recently needed moving assistance because I was moving into a different house and my mother was moving into assisted living. I called and scheduled the move and answered the questions Two guys showed up, one was fine, but the other basically was making me feel bad for him having to work the whole time. At the very beginning of our walk thru I pointed out an item that was large and needed to be moved upstairs, hence PAYING for moving help, and he said you want me to move what?!? I gotta call my boss and in continuing thru the opening walk thru I literally had to say I guess I misunderstood what moving help was. They made the time estimate based on my answers, which I answered correctly. THey were so worried about going over time, which we would be charged for in 15 minute intervals for going over and I said I understood that. Anyway, they loaded stuff and I excused myself to go to a gas station to get a drink as my dad was there helping. They took that opportunity to say im done and they had the truck closed and had pulled away before I returned. I had also mentioned dropping off one item at my mothers new residence, they knew that, they left without getting information for where that was. Luckily my dad had gotten the guys cell phone and I called him otherwise I dont know where they were going to take that because they didnt check in with me. I was having my stuff delivered to a storage unit. they get there and are unloading and again making me feel uncomfortable that they had to work, and the one guy was talking about having seen some spiders and is someone going to take care of his kids if something happens. Ok, if you work moving boxes, there may indeed be a spider or two. I had to call the number and the guy talked to them because I was so uncomfortable, plus they didnt finish! A manager I think said they would send another truck the next day to get what had been left. Well... they did send someone and my dad did a walk thru to show what needed to be moved since I was unavailable and gave them the address to deliver it. I had to go pick up my son and it starts getting later and I am wondering why they havent arrived with the stuff. So i call and apparently the people who had showed up to correct the first day just up and quit.... so, lets go for try three. Someone did come out and take some of the stuff, and had taken photos of what was to be taken, I had to help him get a book case up a set of stairs as he came by himself and not everything that had been discussed was gotten. All around horrible experience, and even when they tried to make it right it definitely didnt. I guess I am mistaking what moving help is, because this was definitely NOT it. Worst experience Ive had with a small business. Definitely would not use them again as this was a nightmare.

The 2 guys, Ryan and Elliot were great, very helpful. They worked extremely hard considering it was in the upper 90s and it was their 2nd job of the day.They were not told about the stairs at both ends of my move even though i told the original person about them. The estimate i got was 3 hrs and it took 4 hrs 45 mins and thats with them working fast and smart.

Excellent service. Definitely recommended. Art is very good at his job and is very prompt. We had mr.bailey and Charles for little rock and other guy from pearland. They were extremely careful during loading and unloading.Great service. Keep it up guys.

The guys were on time, very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job and I would certainly recommend two men and a truck to all my family and friends.

The two gentlemend were very nice and did a great job. They explained everything to me and made sure my items were secure. I will definitely used them in the far future.

The movers failed to turn the water off from the washer connection and the drip room and the sheet rock. They refuse to cover the cost. Shameful!

Unprofessional. Booked on Friday for Monday morning 8 to 9 am. They called us Monday at 8:36 am to cancel because the 2 guys scheduled for us had an emergency. Both at the same day and time!Never mind the day off work we got to be there, never mind we arranged this because we have to move on Monday and no later. They did not care, did not even try to find a solution, just advised to find a different company! If this was the other way around and we had cancelled, they would have kept the $60 security deposit but if they cancel its ok

They did an awesome job. Didnt damage a single item and worked their tails off all day to get me out of my old house and into my new one.

Worst move ever! Moved 4 miles in same town. Arrived late, took 40 minutes before the two men touched a piece if furniture. Both movers seemed like they had rathet be anywhere but moving furniture. Worked the slowestvI have ever seen (think carrying ONE couch cushion, very slowly, to truck at a time). Put a 8 gash in top of our $3k Ethan Allen dining table, never said a word. Then when confronted about it, guy said he would fix it. Called into office & all that was offered was $66 off bill. This company is all about running up a bill! BEWARE OF PAYING BY THE HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOULDNT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF THEY OFFERED THEIR SERVICES FOR FREE!!!!!!

At 1st call / meet, the man seemed very professional & kind. When the movers/packers arrived however, there were added things & charges to the paperwork that werent supposed to be there & while we were trying to discuss the matter, they had already started packing before papers were even signed. When we finally got ahold of the man in charge he was very rude & angry & he said he would no longer help us & he was pulling his crew. They unpacked what they had started packing very disorderly & made a complete mess not to mention filled the house with the smell of cigarette smoke. They also broke an antique glass that they havent componsated for. We are extremely unhappy with their performance. This company is disorganized & the man in charge needs to be replaced with someone more suitable & responsible.

My move went great. The crew was on time, very nice, explained every thing and they worked fast. I would definately use Two Men and a Truck.
