I am beyond impressed with this company. They made moving seamless and didnt damage a single thing. The crew had a great attitude and was very communicative. At the end of the move, my price was also less than the quote due to them moving so quickly. I would highly reccomend them for moving. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Hi a employee of brandon moving and storage named Terry Johnson age 40 of Jacksonville Arkansas 72076 sold me some stolen property .upon requesting he take it back he pulled gun on us talking about he was a gang member a. reported it to Jacksonville police dept. A week later was getting gas at pilot travel center I saw Terry Johnson a employee of brandon moving and storage was being escorted off property with his girlfriend Im assuming that was employed at pilot as a manager for stealing from her place of employment dont let him be involved in moving or handling ur belongs sold me electronic devices

Kyle reached out to my husband to make sure the move was always going well. Not to mention how awesome the guys were! They took great care with our belongings and were very respectful. The team at Brandon Moving and Storage are professionals through and through. Anyone who has moved knows how stressful it can be - Brandon made my most recent move much less stressful than it could have been. I’ve called Brandon to do my last two moves because I know they’ll handle my move with care and professionalism.

We paid almost $1,000 for our deceased grandmothers belongings to be delivered to us by Brandon and the boxes were full of roaches. My grandmother paid almost $200/mo for at least 15 years and it’s highly disgusting and inconsiderate that they wouldn’t use a bug man on a regular basis to ensure roaches were not in the items. This company has elaborate fees just to access items and this is unbelievable that they delivered roaches to our doorstep. Disgusting and would not recommend.

A bad experience moving to Florida from Arkansas. In office agent gave poor response and many misleading comments before ceasing communication then, driver showed up on day suggested may show. NNo call as she said she would do. Glad to have stuff 10 days later than told it, disappointed we did hot get called. Agent said, Will update you as progress. Stated they were on the 3rd truck before fingir one that would run. Not good for a moving company is it? Very disappointing experience and paid premium for services felt like.

We could not have been happier with our move. The whole team was professional, communicated, and made the process very smooth. We ended up rescheduling several times and Chase rolled with it. On moving day, Jeremiah and the team were on time, were fun to be around, took the tasks seriously, and were very careful with our things and our house.It was absolutely a great experience.

Cajun Trouxth is the best Cajun food truck in Central Arkansas. Jambalaya Egg Rolls will make you a believer in Cajun cuisine. Catfish is flaky and full of flavor. I ordered one of each of their menu items and they all are delicious. I would drive 25+ miles for this food.

Brandon Moving has moved my family twice now. Once was out of state and just recently they moved us locally. Both experiences were amazing. Kyle and Stephanie go above and beyond and everyone involved in the move is professional, kind, and they work hard to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. We were supposed to be moved today. Both took off of work, waiting at 8 am when we were scheduled. Don called us at 9:12 explaining the rain would cause delays in time (it was misting). He then said it would be a 6-8 hr work day because his movers would be taking breaks. We were told when we scheduled it was a 4 hour minimum but should not take any longer. ( Stephanie is who we scheduled with). At 10:00, after we had been waiting since 8am, someone else called us back and stated they had still not left. Don was EXTREMELY unprofessional over the phone. Everything about this experience has been unprofessional and unsatisfying. Now, we are not being moved, hatve already taken the day off of work, and have to be out of our house ASAP. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND.Also, did not seem to be concerned with the fact that we were put in a huge bind as we waited for them to tell us after 10:00 that their crew had no driver. They were not apologetic and did not try to accommodate us in the least.

Our experience with Brandon was a nightmare. In four decades of moves we’ve never had such a horrible one. We had thousands of dollars of furniture damage, much of it from how items were thrown (literally; we watched) on top of one another on the truck. Books, dishes, glassware and precious family antiques were destroyed from sloppy packing. The woman marking the pre-move condition of items over-marked like crazy—for example, she marked “worn fabric” for a chair in perfect condition and when we asked to see the wear, she pointed to a ½” thread sticking out from a seam. A packer packed a coffee machine still filled with coffee and labeled with a post-in note “Don’t pack,” as well as all of our kitchen liquids. Our possessions went into storage for three years, and when they came out, despite the fact that Brandon had done all the damage, they refused to pay anything. We were blessed that the Bekin company in our new city treated our items with care and made good on all repairs. If you value your possessions and your sanity, do not use Brandon!!!

On August 28th the 3 guys from Brandons Belinda storage loaded up all my house boxes & furniture, a full shed of boxes, and outside furniture and a carport storage of tools & etc. They had to be skilled in their business or would have never gotten it all in the truck.It was taken into storage at the company location in in Maumelle an hour from my house and stored until November 24th.During those months because of my builder I was constantly changing the delivery date into my new house . Stephanie took such good care of me especially considering what the builder was putting me through ! Finally after about a doz different they were able to fit me in almost last min. We communicated many times over the time span .I could not have ask for a better way of evaluate the cost of the move than me walking through the house showing chase all belongings . Every single piece was labeled !Stephen & Scott( two very nice cautious guys delivered it all in specified boxes labeled fir room & furniture in place walking over floor covering they had laid out . Even though they were about 50 miles from me I wouldnt use anyone else or recommend anyone else ! Big THANK YOU to Brandons Bekins Movine & Storage!!

I had a a move that included unloading at 2 locations and loading at 1. The guidance I was given before I even scheduled Brandon really helped orchestrate the move. The guys that did the actual labor were so professional, courteous, conscientious and WORK HORSES!

I am an elderly woman and live alone, i had the horrible experience of some of their movers (3) men. going through all of my boxes and stealing whatever they wanted. including my very expensive phone charger and one of my desk top computers. they slung all of my stuff from one box to angther mixing everything into a big mess. they even stold all of my tolit paper. (7) rolls. now how discusting and low life is that? i am trying to learn what i must do to file a formal grievance against them. a police report has been filed.

I had a bad experience with this moving company but after it all, I was able to talk to management and he was extemely understanding about my fraustrations, took the time to listen to me, and was even able to bring down the cost a bit due to the inconviences. I would recommended this company because the really do seem compasionate about their customers. Good customer service makes a HUGE difference!
