They have a supply shortage. Half the items on the app are not available. When you do find an available item and order, you find its out of stock when you get there. Other than that the food I have been able to get, taste really good. The Indian Hills location is better.

I love this store, I love all barista here! So helpful and friendly. And also they have a great variety of Starbucks original mugs and tumblers! I couldnt find another Starbucks store but I found in this store! Super recommend!

The ladies working there were super nice, I also loved how fast the delivery was.

I used the Starbucks mobile app to order 2 drinks while in the parking lot. I got in line in the drive-thru to pick my order up. There was 2 cars ahead of me. From the time I put my order in to the time I received my order, less than 5 minutes I was on my way home with Caramel Frappuccino in hand. My drink was great and my sons was too. The coffee barista was nice. Good job ladies and gentlemen!

I Love the everything bagel! My experience at most all Starbucks around Little Rock/ NLR is usually great. Very clean, comfortable, great music, and friendly, helpful staff. I also love the pumpkin bread, which is wonderful, moist, and the edges are coated in pistachio.And of course, the coffee is always delicious!

I normally don’t come to this location because I live in Little Rock, first off they charged me for two of the same drinks, different sizes?!?!? Then while waiting on my refund, my drink tasted a bit watered down so I brought it to the cashiers attention she went to get the manger. When the manager came to the window she was trying to argue with me about a drink I order over maybe two times a week. I specifically asked for no water in my drink and it tasted like they added water. The second drink she made tasted completely different. More like the drink I’m used to ordering. Never coming to this location again, smh.

Just stopped by and I have to say the service was outstanding and exceptional! The barista that took my order was helpful, kind and wonderfully personable. I tried the new brown sugar and oatmilk shaken espresso and she made sure that I was happy with my drink before driving off. Thank you so much! Glad to have stopped by

Have always had a great experience here other than the congestion! This is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the location. This location gets so congested that often times people are waiting on the main road to turn in. The turn into the drive thru is also very sharp! Ive seen people (including myself) having to back up and adjust to make the turn.Other than that, great food, coffee and customer service!

This particular location is in an OD d location it wasnt very easily accessible due to high traffic but all in all the they got the order right they prepared the drinks to perfection I would recommend this Starbucks location.

Beautiful store inside, but the access is tricky since it’s on a very busy corner (JFK & McCain). They have a limited selection of bagged teas, about half of what I usually find at a Starbucks, and it didn’t include my favorite - organic chai.

We visited your location at #9813 and I have to say its one of the best customers service locations I have been to in years. We have a son in the Navy and a daughter who plays travel ball so we visit many locations around the US. We came in your location at 6:50am on Sunday March 1, 2020. My friendly neighborhood Starbucks. Always fast. I’ve never had a wrong order and I go here way too much. Typical Starbucks vibe inside. Though VERY small. Not a ton of space if you are looking to study or veg out for any period of time.

Our car broke down in front of this, so we couldnt drive the drive-thru only open during covid, so when I asked the front locked door for a cup of coffee (ready to pay), the staff was super kind to get me a free cup.Definitely recommend this spot!

Very fast location with great customer service typically. But lately theres a few extremely rude employees that work during the evening shift. They still provide fast, accurate orders but they make it clear that they dont want you to be there.

Ask for light and u get heavy ask for soy an of not watching u get whole milk! That almost happened to me as I watched the guy slowly get around to me I had to say hey soy please I cant drink while milk . I think I have gotten whole before cause I was sick... Those sweet coffee drinks r not good anymore to me so to each his own..

Decent service and staff. I like a Starbucks to have space to conduct business and have conversations. The layout is really small and space is tight so it is really loud. Good coffee and good staff, limited space.

Friendly staff and I love the ease and speed of ordering online. I toss a mask on and bypass the long line in drive through and boom im in and out before the cars have even moved.

Ordered via the mobile app as I have been doing lately, and when I went to pick up my order, the lady forgot part of my order. I didn’t realize until later, so I decided to drive back, not upset since I figured it was my fault for not checking. As I get there to explain, the lady begins to raise a little bit of an attitude as I tell her that I was simply there to pick up the part of my order I had forgotten. As I pulled up she looked at me as if she didn’t believe me and said she would have it right out. She was just very cold.

The cashier wasn’t engaging or welcoming. She was also not eager to talk and receive my order. I usually look forward to interacting with the cashier and walking into a positive environment at Starbucks. My drink was also not made to order.Sincerely,Disappointed

Like the service. Like the coffee. Not crazy about the decision to close early in the summer. It would seem with all of the fancy cold drinks and kids out of school, you would want to stay open later to make money. And you also wouldnt mind taking this guys money on the way in for a midnight shift. Looks like well be throwing our money elsewhere.

Awful. We ordered two drinks and neither were correct. We ordered pumpkin cold foam cold brew and they only filled the cup halfway with coffee. We ordered a Venti quad shot chestnut praline iced latte and they gave us a regular caramel macchiato with praline topping only. The labels were right but the drink was all wrong. We work at Starbucks so we know what we ordered, and we only didn’t raise hell because we have a 14 hour drive ahead of us.

Even though this location is typically not my ideal (very hard to get in & out, gets backed up and can cause traffic issues), they are extremely efficient! The drive thru doesnt stay backed up long, they are nice even though they are rushing around like crazy, & they own up to their mistakes when they are (rarely) made. I love their enthusiastic & knowledgeable staff that is always able to answer any question I have about a dietary need regarding their menu items! Very important plus for me! Thanks Starbucks!

I love a Starbucks. Overpriced, intimidating to order, but once you get that cup of grande java with your name mispelled, the atmosphere of couches and chairs makes you want to stay all day. I particularly recommend going on a rainy cold day, have coffee, and people watch.

We were passing through on our way home. Everyone was very pleasant. The bathrooms were very clean. Coffee was good and the hot cocoa was super delicious (according to my 4 year old).

I order and pay ahead with the app. When I drive through, the staff is always super friendly and has my order ready. The only problem Ive ever had with them is that they dont keep enough bananas on hand, so most of the time if I order an espresso frappucino with a banana blended in, they cant fill the order until I get there so that they can let me know theyre out of bananas and ask if I still want the frappucino without the banana. That was happening so often that Ive stopped ordering it with a banana. Other than unreliable banana-availability, this place rocks!

This is not my favorite Starbucks! They generally always mess up my order and once I called in an order first and they made the two orders after mine first. Also, ordered again 20 minutes before and they never made it. That can be super frustrating when you have to get to work. The best Starbucks by far is on Chenal Pkwy in Little Rock.

So the coffee was fine enough, but one of the staff members insisted on singing about 74% of his words. You know that kid that did theater and had a solid voice and could sing anything but didnt understand that his life wasnt and musical and know were not on the set of glee? Yeah well the first few bars of whatever pop song sung like a show tune were cool and maybe even fun in a kitschy way. But christ almighty, attempting to drink a cup of coffee and relax is impossible. Bruh, Broadway isnt calling, stop answering. I feel literal pain for his coworkers.

This Starbucks is clean with a quaint feel. Its small and very clean. Could use a bigger location because most of the area uses this Starbucks. They have a friendly and courteous staff!!

Staff is super friendly and very courteous. One of the BEST coffee shops in all of Arkansas. The only negative is the locale. It can get crowded due to the fact that it sits at the congested corner of JFK. Parking is limited.

I love a good cup of coffee and when I am not at home to percolate my own I tend to hit the closest Starbucks! I have enjoyed Starbucks across several states- and this has got to be one of the best! On the corner of McCain and JFK in NLR you’ll find this tiny coffee shop- enter and exit parking lot with care- it is small! This may be the most delicious Starbucks I’ve been too. My coffee was super hot and tasty. Baristas were polite and speedy. I definitely will return on my next visit to NLR!!!

I normally would give this location at least 4 stars but not today. I went there today to try the underwhelming limited time tye dye Frappuccino. Don’t waste your time and $ with this drink people! If u come here, u might end up with a single colored drink like I did!! The whole point of me getting this drink was it was pretty & all colorful and “supposed” to taste like banana laffy taffy. But to my extreme disappointment, the barista at drive thru handed me an all yellow drink!! WTF? It was suppose to be multicolored & swirled. So I told him, “I thought it was suppose to be a swirl of different colors”. And instead of taking it from my hand & having them remake it, he just looked at me as if he didn’t know it was suppose to be multicolored and said, “oh ok I’ll tell them” WTF?? I bet he didn’t even tell them that I said that. But he should’ve known it was suppose to be a mixture of colors but he sure didn’t seem like he knew. And also it did NOT taste like banana laffy taffy like I read in an article. If there was a banana flavor, it was very very subtle, so subtle that I couldn’t tell that much what flavor it was suppose to be. It was sweet but too subtle of a flavor. So it may have looked pretty and enticing but u probably will not get the swirl colors like your suppose to get, if you come to this location to get it. And if the drink is way too time consuming to make, and if that was the reason mine was one color, then there was no point in having this drink! I wanted the prettiness & did not get that!! Save your money!!

Best Starbucks around, and Im not just saying that because its my local place. The people make this one. Starbucks coffee itself is mediocre and overpriced, but the baristas here take time to get to know you and look like theyre genuinely having fun doing what they do, and that allows them to deliver excellent service every time. And that keeps me coming back.
