I had to change my rating. Theyre presentation was professional but delivery was terrible. I dropped off two dresses on a Monday which cost me $54.00 JUST for embroidery of my own logo and it was supposed to he ready Thursday. It was not and I had to meet them that Friday morning 6am the day of my event to get the two dresses. So inconvenient. I am glad this was only a small order.

I had sheets monogrammed with this company and they did a terrible job! I should have known it would not be a professional job when I was trying to work with the clerk and she had no examples of fonts and was not able to suggest anything. When it came to thread choices, she threw a little box at me with very few choices in the color I was interested in (silver). The color I ended up with turned out to be a green when out in the light! The amount charged should have produced a professional look but I was very disappointed. I cannot recommend this place!

The most terrible, unprofessional, laziest, sorry company I have ever dealt with. The owner is hardly ever there. I placed an order and it took a month for me to get my order to me. He was gone on vacation and I placed my order before he left. You walk in and it’s hardly anyone there to assist you. They are hardly ever stocked with the items you need. I’m very disappointed with this company.

VERY impressed with this place. We ordered 85 two-sided, one color, shirts Monday morning with a promised pick up date on Thursday for a Friday event at UA Little Rocks Windgate Center of Art + Design. They were ready Wednesday! The quality was excellent and the shirts were a HIT with everyone who got one. G4Ls customer service was great from the initial order, to the online payment options, to the communication when they were finished. Well DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Shedrick!

11/19/16Today I visited G4L Custom to inquire about some shirts being made. As I enter into the store there was a young lady sitting behind the counter on a computer. She never greeted me said hello, can I help you or anything. After standing there for two or three minutes wondering if she would help me I finnally asked her was she working with someone... i asked for a particular design n she replied that I had to order 25 n I casually replied that I only need 6 then she replied without hesitation 25 or you cant order n no more conversation just continue to look down n play on the computer...just rude.. but guess what i dont have to spend my money there n I hope youll go out of Business...so please dont shop at this store....word of mouth is everything....
