Michelle was totally amazing!! I was picking up some water for a High School football team and Michelle assisted me with the water while wearing a mask!!! I hurt my back and experiencing pain! But please try the pick up service! You wont regret it!! The store is always clean, and the employees are friendly!

Excellent appearance inside store (very clean and plenty of merchandise).

The pick up options are the best Ive come across. No minimum purchase requirement. Notifications of out of stock items and asking what options to take is a nice touch.

One of my favorite places to shop. Only wish it was not so far from where I live. Though that probably helps the budget a bit. LOL

This is a good target, a little on the older side and not as big as a super Target. The store was clean and had a good selection with friendly staff also.

I use curbside pickup from every store that has it available, and Target has the absolute BEST curbside pickup out of all the stores I shop at.

Unfriendliness of the few employees seen. Not up to my expectations. When I use my brand new gift card a balance did not show on receipt and the employee tried to throw it away with a balance on it.

The employees here do a great job handling tasks. This target has made many updates to keep up with other modern targets, considering how long it’s been here. Wish front staff had self check out lanes, but they may get them in the future. Registers have Apple Pay which is a plus.

The food selection is not quite as large as most target stores. They do have milk, eggs and some frozen stuff. They store is kept clean and the staff runs from helpful to clock watchers. There is a snack bar but I have never had anything from there so can not speak to that.

Very discouraged by the mixed dressing rooms. Mixing ages I can be okay with but grown adults mixes with children not good.

Today at register 8 at about 12pm, we were checking out and the lady at the register was being very rude to my fiancé, having a condescending tone with him and being judgemental. Very upset with how he was treated today.

Store cleanliness and presentation are awesome. Product quality and care were also key.

Employees are always super friendly and helpful and I can find everything I need for my baby and myself there!

At 8:01 this morning I tried to get the new Sanrio amiibo cards for animal crossing and it would not let me check out. It took me an hour to order these cards. When I am finally able to place the order I find out that these cards are on the shelf. It says on the weekly ad and the on their website that you can only order it. Then an hour later it said my order was canceled. :(I am very mad at Target for this because they were very misleading. They will be very lucky to see me return ever again.

Not impressed with this Target. It is dirty and disorganized. The staff was not very kind either. It is is shame, because I love Target, but this one is not worth going to.

They carry the make up I can’t find in other stores

My son and I went to the store to purchase an item. it was on the shelf and was told we could not purchase it untell the 1ts and the manger would not hold the item. This is poor customer service no matter what the policy is.

I was treated poorly! SPENT ALMOST $1000 in this store! I will definitely find another place to spend my money! Ridiculous!

I needed a printer for starting my business. I literally went to 5 major stores in 2 days and they were all sold out. Target had 3 printers in stock and the associates were very happy to help me find what I needed.

This was our first time to use this service and kinda messed up and the Target associate walked us through the procedure. Thank you! The associate was very kind and helpful. The hose is an excellent buy.

Was visiting a week and came to this store a few times from the motel. Staff always friendly, professional, great customer service. A small Target, huge parking lot. Never seemed too busy. Clean store. Shelves stocked well. Everything you needed. Good popcorn in the snack bar area.

Your store is so well staffed and always well stocked. You guys get the new items before any other store in my area. I never used to shop at Target but this year I have almost shopped just specifically there and cant believe all the years I missed out on getting your products. I am like a regular now, I go into Target at least once a week now and love it.

Was horrible. Was shopping for my son and was being followed, by several staff. They talked about us in radio. Then one lady folllowd us to register to check out and continued as we left. I spent a lot of money. She we not using language and still. I promise social media will get ill this. I shop at this location often, but after my most recent experience I will no longer. I was profiled and followed around the store and stopped at the exit (after I made my purchase) and questioned publicly, in front of several people as though Id stole something. The loss prevention person literally said loudly, wheres the panties? I was mortified, embarrassed and felt wronged. Loss prevention is supposed to have visual proof that items are concealed with the intent to steal. Shame on you. I actually cannot believe that just happened considering the amount of money Ive spent here. This location is trash.

There’s no excuse to have the fitting rooms closed, the bathrooms closed, and only two checkout lanes open.

Love Target but this one isnt the super store. Great shopping area. Great selection but their limited compared to their other bigger stores. There is no fresh produce besides some frozen item in the freezer. Friendly atmosphere and ready to check you out when youre ready. Since its a smaller store they only have their deli so no Starbucks. Well maintained and friendly staff.

Came to this store to pick-up a product ordered on-line. The pick-up area/customer service area was a mess and i had to wait while the one employee in the area did five other things before she decided to see what I wanted. The actual pick-up went quickly, but if Target is going to offer pick-up service it shouldnt take longer than going and getting the item off the shelf myself. I see a K-mart like ending in Targets future if this store is any indication.

Everything went flawlessly. I Ordered this while I was sitting and waiting at Wal_Mart, same Item and it was $6 cheaper.Great service. On-line ordering work flawlessly. And they were quicker and more courteous than Wally World.

The 0 score pertains to buying pre-paid phones at Target. The customer service rep was helpful but I bought a new pre-paid phone for the first time from Target. All other previous times I had bought from Wal-mart. In the process, the next morning my phone after having data transferred at at&T retailer suddenly had a message saying there was an issue at point of sale and to resolve it. I spoke with AT&T who said phone was stolen and took issue. I eventually was given email and details to provide receipt. Long story short, AT&T told me that the employee at Target when ringing up my phone did not ring up the order correctly and it resulted in it coming up as a fraud/stolen phone the next day after AT&T did its daily cycle where it catches phone data anomalies. I was told by AT&T manager this happens regularly. I have bought my past prepaid phones exclusively from walmart previously and not at the same location. Each time I never had an issue where a fraud warning happened the following day resulting in endless hours clearing up the problem. It is for this reason, I would steer clear of Target when it comes to buying AT&T pre-paid phones and go elsewhere because the time it took to resolve the issue was not worth it.

The Target itself is “meh” but Dan in electronics is awesome! He gives you the experience you’re supposed to receive from Best Buy’s Geek Squad. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable and will make sure you get the best bang for your buck in use, quality, and financial expense.

Never disappoints! NOT like Bed Bath and Beyond or WalMart....They dont advertise what they DONT have. People are friendlier too. Aisles are wider to move around in, not bombarded by merchandise being pushed to sell!Nov 2019Did the online shopping order/pickup thing but i had confusion over how to be the drive up order or pick up order. Turns out i had to go inside to pick up when i thought I did the drive up order to park in the drive up spot. Still unsure how to do that by what i saw on the website as i ordered.

Target has everything you need

I do not like how a refund, or lack of refund, was handled on 4-8-19. Refund was placed on gift card that had already been used & thrown away. They could have given me a Target gift card but failed to mention that to me at the time.

This might be the best Target Ive been to. Such a great selection.

I enjoy shopping at targets. The prices are a bit high in some areas but I like that they carry different items. Especially in the house hold items. The customer service was pleasant.

The employees are always nice. This Target has a nice selection of shoes, clothing and accessories. Im a regular at this location. I love Target PERIOD! :)

This Target in particular is worse than the typical Target. Its not bad, but its not great either. It is usually mostly organized, but there is also typically some disarray. The bathrooms are never acceptably clean. On my last shopping trip, the womens bathroom was disgusting. For it being the week before Christmas, you would think that they would have more check-out lanes open. However, at a peak business hour (I was there around 6 PM), there were only a few lanes open with long lines. I was outright ignored by one employee. I love shopping at Target, but I would much rather drive to Midtown Little Rock or Conway, which are much cleaner and have better customer service.

I’ll start by saying I love Target, but this store is one of the worst I’ve been to. Not only is it small and outdated, but the customer service is seriously lacking. The workers seem very unhappy and lack professionalism when talking to one another. I’ll be going to the next closest Target the next time I need to go. Again, I love Target, so I’m very disappointed.

Good store. My wife always spends too much here. I try to shop locally Hut sometimes you need to just go to target. This one has a decent grocery selection and usually anything else you need.

Power went out while shopping and situation was handled professionally. Shoppers were checked out quickly and able to get out of the store. Also like the promotions.

I love Target. You can buy a few cute and trendy tops, workout gear, and pick up groceries, household items; not to mention all the great deals on home decor.

This Target is normally clean and organized but is extremely outdated and set up differently than other Targets. Its hard to find things and they dont have nearly as much as the updated Targets, especially in the grocery section. Staff is friendly so I enjoy shopping here but these people deserve an update!

Great prices and the coupon helped a lot along with target cartwheel. I wanted to give a personal thank you to the lady who was checking me out at the registry for going the extra mile to get the coupon to work ($10 off if spent $50 on toys/games) and it was so busy and packed in there on a Sat night as there is only days until Christmas left. The woman behind me became rude and threw her things in her cart complaining about having to wait. She backed up and took one look at the other check out lanes and came back in line behind me after complaining!! It was chaos in the lines! Despite this the lady checking me out remained courteous and professional as we had no choice but to wait on the supervisor to enter the code and it took a few minutes for her to get there due to how chaotic it was (its Christmas shoppers!) - thank you to the lady who checked me out and I’m sorry you had to deal with the entitled rude woman behind me after I left! This was tonight at the store off McCain exit in North Little Rock, Arkansas

I think its a problem that is happening with all Targets all over. They Never have enough employees to check people out. The one in NLR is particularly bad because they dont have self check out. Either have more people or have the ones doing the job do it in a more efficient manner.

This location never seems too crowded or understaffed. The employees were engaged, but not intrusive. The aisles are typically neat and organized. Pushing a cart through the clothing areas was a little tricky as the gaps between racks were rather tight. Otherwise, this is as good a Target as most locations out there.

Went online to order some Christmas sweaters for my kids and came across what I thought was a great deal. They were BOGO 50% off! But when added to the cart, it did not show the deal as advertised. I went to chat with Derek (a CSR) and apparently these werent supposed to be included in the BOGO. But instead of fixing the website and honoring the deal for me, they fixed the website and told me youre out of luck (I did manage to get the screen shot before they fixed it though). SHADY business Target! Ill take my money elsewhere.

Items that I purchased were priced via a sign on the shelf unit as 2 for $14. When I checked out, I was charged $7.99 and $9.99 for the two shirts that were advertised as 2 for $14 ( so I paid more like $18 instead of $14). The cashier tried to ring them up various ways to get the price of $14 but was unable to do so. She called the manager over (her nametag said Mil) and she said that I had misunderstood the sign and only half of the shelf was 2 for $14. She walked away as if she could care less. End of story and end of shopping at Target.

I loved how quick and easy the whole process was and that fact that I could do it from the app. The only thing I found lacking was the fact that I could not order my cold items.

Why is the one off university stocked with all the body wash I like, but this one is always low on stock.

Store is kept clean and well stocked. There are often good deals to be found, and the staff are very friendly.

This is the most unorganized store I have ever been to, there are clothes and shoes from every department in every section. The blatant disregard for organization is mind boggling. Dont get me wrong, I love target, just hate this one because its impossible to find anything.

Husband and I have had two bad experiences with managers being rude. Prices are not ringing up at the register and we didn’t receive a gift card as it said on the rack of the items. We have decided that we will have to go to the university Target instead.

Went there for Black Friday on Thursday- Mangers were very rude especially to my 17 year old son. advertised $199.99 55 inch TVs. got there early stood in line for over a hour. Was one of the first there. gave us a map, went straight to the TVS. they had a big sign $199.99........ Got 2 of the few they had - stood in line for a hour to check out. then they would not honor the sale, said you had have a ticket?? no advertisement on that . We went by the sign, in front of the TVs. but when we went to show them. they had taken down the sign and took our TVs and hid them in a closet..... I was NOT the only person getting those TVs. I argued, but the manager was very rude and then said they only had 15 tickets and they went at 3 oclock... what?? the store did not open until 5. evidentially someone made a mistake and put those TVs on the floor, that was not my fault, I should have been able to get one of those TVs....... I drove an hour to get there to get one of those TVs WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TARGET!!! I went right down the road to WALMART - greeted by pleasant people and they had PLENTY of 55 inch TVs but only $50 more, I was glad to pay it and bought 4 of them!!!
