Customer service here is light years ahead of Champs in the same mall. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help as in entered the store. Employees were very professional.

Awesome store good customer service..

I walked into this store earlier today and the only worker on the floor thought facetiming was more important than greeting or better yet, helping a customer. I sat there while he talking and facetimed and I finally walked out. He didnt bother to see if he could offer me something or show me whats new whats hot. He did none of that. He work performance needs improvement and he needs to be reprimanded. Im not being a butt but I was trying to pay for a pair of brand new shoes. Welp!.. on to the next store.

Fast & friendly staff was in & out in under 30 minutes

The employees where unhelpful and would rather talk then help customers. When you go to get one, they scatter out to act like they are helping others when they are not. They also only carry up to a size 14 with no wide shoes available upon asking.

We have tried to call the store for 3 hours off and on to see if they have a certain shoe before we drive to Little Rock and NO one will answer. So, instead we will drive a little further to Park Plaza because they will answer the phone!
