Hayley was super helpful in helping me find some good shoes at a reasonable price. Didnt immediately offer me the most expensive shoe. Just gave me a range of shoes to choose from to best fit my style. Excellent customer service.

They were uneducated about Birkenstock’s. I asked if they had the regular/wide Birkenstock’s and all they said was to adjust the straps. They weren’t understanding that it’s about the footbed, not the tightness/looseness of the straps.

My grandson loves this place So that makes me love it also, because they have fair prices, their sales people are fantastic! Thank you Journeys 🙏
