Had a great experience. Came in when my Mazda’s trim came loose. Expected to pay $200 for a new part/labor. They were able to fix my existing part at no cost. No labor charge. They also went ahead and did a tire rotation and oil change for me. And cleaned up the inside and out. Wonderful!
Mazda was extremely fair. No price gouging mark ups. Was worth it. Sales manager remembered me and came to greet us. Salesman was not pushy and respectful. Service is great and the cars are very reliable.

If you are looking for quick, friendly, and reliable service then this is the place! It did take a while for them to get the specific parts necessary for the repair and improvement on my large truck, but as soon as they got them they were on it! From the very beginning, they listened to my specific concerns. The service manager talked me through the issue, and let me know the true problems that had been confused previously. Once we determined that we were able to come up with a great solution. I trust them with all my vehicle maintenance now and forever!
It was a unbelievable experience. The salesman was impatient and what he knew about the car was all bad. The front end alignment was so bad as soon as you turned the steering wheel loose the car dove for the right hand ditch. Over the top obvious. They didnt want to fix it unless I paid for it and his reasoning was because their shop had already done so much work to the car that they had raised the list price almost $5000 over the offer they had made us. Really? There was that much wrong with the car that they wouldnt fix the front end before putting it on the lot? It was unsafe to drive. The front tires were ruined because of the alignment. The front wheels had multiple scrapes and gouges where the previous owner ran over everything they came to evidently. This dealership expected me to give them 21k for this. I drove from Hot Springs to have my time wasted by a man trying to push a defective vehicle off on me and had the brass to get angry because I noticed the damage and the handling. I wouldnt buy a wheel barrow from this place. I wonder what all was wrong with it that he claimed they fixed?

I think Mcclarty Toyota is a disgrace. For someone buying their first vehicle and taking them to the cleaners and really sticking it to them. $415 a month for 72 months on $15,000 is highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I bought a vehicle from McClarty Ford but I’ll never buy another vehicle from McClarty business again. You’re a bunch of crooks.

Ordered parts for 2004 F350 SD, first order was a day late, but not McLarty fault, Second order was missing item in the parts bag. third order the wrong part came in. Check your parts when ordering from McLarty Automotive group.
If I judged them like the Nissan dealership in Little Rock, I would say run!! At least these seem to be honest. But sometimes people will deceive you! Never hurts to shop around! Everett is more honest so my friend bought there and took my advice.
The staff was efficient. However, none of them were wearing masks or gloves. I wore both; to, protect them. I wish they wouldve respected my health, and protected me, by wearing PPE.

I bought my daughter a 2016 CX-3 a couple months ago. I brought it in for its first service. Pulling into the bay I am greeted by this sight... apparently they had a water line break and it flooded their storeroom and lounge. The service office was also a mess. Well, this doesn’t really show the professionalism I am expecting.Loaner car? Nope... sorry, we gave “it” away. Apparently there is only one.Since the lounge is flooded I walked across the parking lot to their VW lounge. It’s ok but I don’t really like paying for cokes when my acura dealer has a great lounge, clean professional environment, and free drinks and snacks. Plus the plastic seating is really great!! Not!!!This visit has really made me wonder if I made the right decision to buy a Mazda. Maybe I should have stuck with acura and Honda...

(He actually empathized the loss of my car which I thought was pretty neat! I loved that dumb car). On June 5th I purchased a new black 2019 Ford Mustang from Mark Mclarty Ford in Littlerock. When we drove off the lot and made our way back to Searcy, we noticed that the passenger side blinker was out. Consequently, we called Mark Mclarty Ford and spoke to Service about this. That Saturday we drove back up to Littlerock where they examined the issue and concluded that the LED light was out (which sounds strange in and of itself). They told us that they would need to order the part. We waited 3 weeks and did not hear any response about whether or not the part had come in or anything. I had to personally call up there 3 different times. The third time, I finally got a voicemail. Nicole called and left a message saying that, Because of Covid-19 things are unfortunately taking longer to get in. This is something I would normally understand, except for the fact that when I went up there today and dropped my car off at 8:30 AM, the part was NEVER even ordered. When we dropped the car off, we went over to BMW to get my mothers car Serviced as well since we were in the area anyways. BMW had her car issue fixed in an hour tops, and they even did a complimentary wash and vacuum while they were at it. When we made it back to Mark Mclarty Ford, it was around 10 AM. Nicole assured us that the car would be done in about 15-20 minutes and that she would come update us when it got closer to time. We waited and waited and finally decided to go up and ask what the hold up was. This was when she informed us that it actually wasnt the LED and that it was a wire instead. This means the first time we drove all the way from Searcy to Littlerock, that it was a total waste. What they said was wrong with it the first time, was not what was wrong with it at all. I guarantee you that when we dropped my car off at 8:30 AM, no one even bothered to look at it until we got there around 10 AM. Back to the wire, this type of issue is common in Mustangs and really shouldnt have taken all that long to fix. Honestly, we shouldnt have even had to deal with this considering I bought the car BRAND NEW. We were then told we would have to wait another hour. At this point its almost 12 PM. We are usually very patient people, but this is just ridiculous. We go and find a manager and he goes and speaks to Nicole. We are told that we are going to have to wait ANOTHER HOUR. This type of service is absolutely horrible, and I will NOT be back. We ended up waiting for a total of 5 hours. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone, and I will no longer do anymore business here until these issues are resolved. I am completely and utterly disappointed with this type of service. For the wait time, you would be better off going somewhere else.

Every time I need tires they have to order them normally a 2-4 day wait. There service people on the front end are nice and friendly. I have been there several times once told them had a tire with a leak truck was there all day the said they added a few pounds and there was no leak (I was putting 5-10 lbs in that tire every other day) pulled out drove less than a mile turned around because the low air light came on. Finally after my instance that they break the tire apart did they find the nail. But hey the hot chocolate is great.
My service guy always takes care of me and is very courteous.

Rick, is a lier and my car stayed in their shop for over two months because of someone ordered the wrong parts for my car. Also, my sign on the front of my car was missing after it was delivered to them. I will never suggest or reference anyonw for their services from cars to auto body work this company is a joke always around.
They went out of their way to make sure i felt at home while my vehicle was being tended to. And it was fast. I recommend them to anyone.
Service team is worth a 4, but I continue to be disappointed by the sales staff, so they dragged the rating down to 2. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours in the sales lobby while multiple recalls for my vehicle were worked on and not a single member of the sales staff said as much as hello to me. This would not be such a big deal if they were busy, but the room was otherwise empty of potential customers for 80% of my stay. It is incredibly disappointing to see a dealership so blatantly uninterested; unless they think they can make a dollar from you. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future and would discourage any individual who cares about real interactions to do the same.

Had a recall on my airbag and took here to be fixed. I just happen to have a doctors appointment at the same time. They took me to my appt and picked me up. Everyone was s nice even tho they were VERY busy. They have free snacks and drinks while you wait and chairs that will make you fall asleep in while watching tv. 😆 EVERYONE was super nice

I am very displeased with the changes they have made... not sure all has changed but i know the service SUCKED! Mandy was exceptional and for whatever reason... education??? She was terminated! Ive not returned since the last service I received. I was scheduled an appointment without being notified, was charged double for a oil change and tire rotation that i didnt even ask for. They forgot to reset my maintenance light which is a out of the way inconvenience to me to have to return for something that should have been taken care of... and they offered no form of grievance for their errors! The department is going down 😡😠😡😠
They did well what I brought car in for (60,000 mile checkup). Reasonable time to complete the job. Free coffee and popcorn. Reasonable price (competitive with off-site alternatives).

Zac Walker is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I guess that is why my wife and I have bought our 3 vehicles from him within less than a year (still have them all). No pressure but he actually understands our needs. Everytime either of us called hes there he knows exactly what we mean. Hes just that kind of guy superb individual.

Car broke down at 4pm on the Saturday before Christmas. Someone stayed late to let us drop off the car. They called us first thing Tuesday morning after Christmas to confirm information and get started. They called later that morning with diagnosis and cost. Car was fixed the next day and they called to let us know. Kara also made sure the recall was completed while they had our car. Thanks for the outstanding service.

We took our Highlander in for 20000 mile service and to have some scratches replaced. There was some questions as to the warranty coverage, so we contacted our salesperson and he checked into it and took care of the problem. I highly recommend McLarty and our salesperson, Randel
These guys are very informative on their vehicles. I have already bought two Toyota from them, and I will be trading them in for my next newer vehicle, a Toyota Tundra and a Highlander for the wife.
I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. Buyer Beware when shopping at McClarty dealerships in North Little Rock. They dont pre-certify or provide a warranty. Two transmission replacements later, I almost made the same mistake of buying another vehicle from them again. The management arrogance is suffocating. They wont negotiate, and blame corporate for dictating the price. It was the worst car shopping experience Ive ever had. I will stay away from any dealership with McClarty in the name. There are other dealerships that WANT your business and respect the customer. McClarty North Little Rock isnt one of them.
