Matt and the team are first rate. You can trust this place for good work at a fair price. Ive gone there for years and have always been pleased. Today, I got an oil change and was prepared to get new brake pads based on the mileage of my car. Upon inspection, they told me I didnt need new brake pads and that I could likely get another 25k miles with my original pads. So, a few minutes later I was out of there with fresh oil and filter, very pleased with the service once again.

Service is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you. Really hard-wirking group of guys that have been there a while and know what their doing. More importantly,they are ethical in their business practices.

Very resonable price on the tires I purchased. Very professional staff. Place was full, but only had to wait about 30 minutes to get my new tires done. They do not do used tires. I would definetly recommend this place to a friend.

I took my flat, riding mower rear-tire to see if they could plug it for me. The young man at counter was very polite and said yes, we can probably do that. They got right on it and about 40 mins later, they were busy, I got my tire back. I had my wallet in my hand and Matt said, “no charge”! I called in about 10am to checked to see if they had my tire in stock. They didnt, but Matt said he could get one from the warehouse and should be there by 2. I arrived at 2:30 and they got my truck almost immediately. A new tire and front end alignment in a little over an hour. Thanks guys!

Very quick, Matt is awesome, just be aware that not many people up there know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission! I had to wait 30 minutes for them to pull my car around after it was done

These guys took care of me! I was over a thousand miles from home and my rear brake cylinder went out on me, on my old Michigan Rusty Kia Sportage. The place down the road, who shall remain nameless because Im going to be nice today, told me I had to replace a ton of other parts in order to get back on the road but Im not your average girl and I know a thing or two about vehicles, including what I have the ability to do given the tools I have with me and what can be done roadside so I called around.Not only did these folks fix just the part that went out, they didnt talk down to me because of my gender, they didnt try to up sell me and they made me feel safe to continue on my trip.Despite my experience in Arkansas being less than desirable, I truly appreciate what these folks do and I give them my personal recommendation.Thank you all so very much

Amazing service!! Needed to get my tire and rim checked and was expecting some sort of fee but they did it for free! And they even went the extra mile and changed the valve stem free. And before putting my car in a bay, I was informed of everything that would be done and what might possibly happen (for example if a tire was bad enough, I would have to buy a new tire to replace it for safety reasons). Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend everyone to go to them

First time going here. A dealership had told me I needed new brakes and wanted to charge $300. I googled this place and decided to give them a try. Everyone, from the owner to the desk representatives and workers were professional and friendly. Honest with great prices.... Ill be back.

I’ve used this establishment for years, but recently did not have the best experience. I took my car in to have a leak in my tire fixed and paid $20 to do so. I found that it was still leaking air and came back in to have the entire tire replaced ($120) because there was a nail in it. Turns out this was not the tire that was leaking air, and I am continuing to have problems with it. I was a little upset that they had not caught this the first time and I had to come back up there, but now I am especially upset because after spending well over $150 my problem is still not resolved.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and top notch service. Prices are good. Youll find lower pricing if you look, but then, you get what you pay for. I have used these fellas for my tires on my truck and now car and will continue to do business with em. Good people, plain and simple.

They were awesome. I called around and they had the lowest price on a brand new tire for my car and they put it on for free. When they quote you a price its for the tire not the tire and mounting and balancing. Again I say they were awesome!!!!

When I showed up on 5/26/20 to this company all I knew was that my brakes were not working properly. I was nervous about being over charged because I was a woman. Turns out my brake line was split. Matt M showed me the damage that was done. He also took his time to explain how they were going to fix the damage. I drive an older vehicle so they simply could not just put on a new brake line. Other older parts had to be replaced to fix the brake line. While I was here from 8:30-2:30pm without an appointment. Not only did these men take their time to make sure my truck was fixed, Matthew C., also brought me lunch when he went to pick up his lunch. I have never been shown such kindness at a busy auto shop EVER in my life.Today I stopped by to make sure my tire pressure was okay and Eric made sure each tire had the right pressure with no wait time. I’m a Virginian but as long as I’m in Arkansas I will always come here first before ever trusting anyone with my brakes and tires needs.I forgot to make a review in May but after my tires were checked today I parked in their busy parking lot to make sure I let the world know what kind of place this is to everyone who walks through there doors.I’m so grateful and thankful for the kindness this staff has shown me. If you are getting new tires spending alot of money they will gladly get you in the same day. Need a oil change and a tire rotation on those same tires well your just out of luck.

We purchase a radiator in Nov/Dec 2019 at the JFK location. Now Aug 2020 the radiator was leaking. We were told the radiator had a lifetime warranty. After taking our vehicle in on Friday morning it sat in until Monday to be looked at. No one contacted us! My husband went to check on the truck and they told him the starter, flex plate etc was damaged and it needed to fixed before they replaced the radiator under warranty they didnt want to do any free work or honor the warranty we assume. After I called and ask for a manager the radiator was replaced on Tuesday. We took the truck to another shop and nothing they stated was wrong with the truck needed repair except the starter casing. We had a full diagnostic work up done on the truck at Gwatney. Worst service Ive ever received here. I usually only use them to purchase tires. After this fiasco Id rather pay more for tires.

This is my go-to spot for tire and brake needs. I’ve had multiple sets of tires here and have had my brakes replaced twice. I’ve even stopped by here a few times when my tire light came on and they checked it out and filled up my tires with air for no charge. The guys are very friendly and helpful, won’t try to upsell you and they do fast and efficient work!

Great place to get any car work done. Matt always takes really good care of his customers. They have always charged me a more than reasonable price on any service I need from tires to oil changes etc.

I visited discount tire & brakes to have my brakes and calibers repaired. I was quoted 800 plus bucks to my surprise I saved over 500 bucks because my calibers were able to be recalibrated instead of replaced and my rotors were able to be saved as well. I’m extremely pleased with my experience and I’m thankful for a honest sales person. I suggest if you guys need brakes or tires give them a try. Ask for Matt Miller A-1 guy and very honest.

Today I was blown away by the willingness and ability to make my needs a priority. I called and Eric answered the phone he was polite and extremely helpful. It was almost 3:00 in the afternoon and I was looking for tires today. In and of itself not a big deal right? After all they sell tires so this should be easy. I have a 2017 Challenger that has a 245/45/20 tire this is not a commonly stocked tire size. He told me what he had in stock which was a great price but not the quality I was looking for. Then he said no problem the warehouse is only a couple miles away we will go get you what you want. His demeanor and that of the staff was second to none. They fit me in and made it right for me without hesitation even though they were closing in a couple of hours and believe me when I walked in the showroom it was packed. Thank you for the great service I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I assure you that any needs I have in the future this will be my first stop!

I live about 25 mins from Discount Tire & Brake, but I will never take my car anywhere else for tire and brake work. These guys care about their customers, and their quality of work and honesty reflect it. I have personally witnessed many customers come in for a second opinion and get saved from expensive repairs they didnt need! I will never go anywhere else.

Got a front end alignment, left with busted rear lower control arm. Was told it was benign, and needed to be welded. Could not find ANY shop to touch it! The Rear Lower Control arm just needed the bolt replaced that THEY broke, which is $40 at an aftermarket store. They could have had a new one delivered from ANY aftermarket store & problem would have been solved. The bolt & kit is $40 alone, PLUS now the whole control arm and now Ill have to get ANOTHER Alignment (in the rear)! Ive NEVER experienced anything like this! Will NEVER go here again & have told plethora of friends to stay away! They could not believe that I had such an experience because DTB has a good reputation.

Love the Experience, Quality of work & Customer Service Performed at this location. (MATT MILLER is a true asset to the company GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL ☺). Along with Coty and the other staff as well. Had an alternator put on my 2001 Toyota Camry on 7-21-20 with 141,000 miles on it and my car performs like a dream now. Also they have done work on my 2012 Chevrolet Impala in the past with no problems all done right the 1st time. So in saying if you need any type of service/work done to ur car or truck go see the nice, cool people at this location and they will take good care of you They service all makes and models etc. Looking at today that the nation is in a Pamdemic, unemployment is high and most importantly Money is hard to come by now. Car Care is a must because we all need transportation. These guys here do Quality work and are Honest people meaning they will not try to up sell u stuff that your Vehicle needs etc but will recommend. Lastly saying I will continue to bring both my cars here to the North Little Rock location because I like the service I received here and they are not a rip off like other nearby shops that will Bleed 💸💸 💸out of you. I moved here 5 months ago, and have always taken my 2007 tundra to dealerships for everything. It has over 223000 miles on it and I want it taken care of to last much longer.I drive by this Discount Tire & Brake a few times a week, so I stopped for a quote. I bought new tires and an oil change. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff.Matt, Jamey, ( who took me home & come fetched me), Gizmo, and another whom I didnt get his name were all awesome, and listened to me and answered my questions. I’ve used these guys three times for brake servicing on a Yukon then air conditioning work and to replace ball joints on the front end of a four wheel drive pickup truck. All three times they have completed the work the same day I brought it in and they did the work cheaper than I was expecting. They have turned me into a dedicated customer. I took my car that has new tires to a mechanic in Sherwood because I kept having to put air in one of my tires. The guy in Sherwood (dont know the name of the place but its on the corner of 107 and Kiehl) told me he couldnt patch the tire because there was a nail near the side wall. I went to Discount Tire and Brake to buy a new tire and the owner Tim was there. He told his employee to check the tire again to make sure it couldnt be patched....come to find out it was no where near the side wall. Mr. TIM was a blessing in disguise.I recommend them to anyone.

The only reason why I came here based on reviews. Best decision ever. I have horrible anxiety and new places throw me off, but all the staff was very friendly and courteous. I came in for an alignment but couldnt get it done. Joe explained exactly why the alignment wouldnt stick and told me how he would approach it if he was me (it was going to be a lot of work and money for neccessary repairs before alignment could be done). They couldve just done the job without saying anything and let me keep wasting money. But thats not how they work. Im very thankful for that. I will most definitely be coming back to get the work done. I appreciate businesses like this. Good place and good people.

Big thank you to this place. Two other auto shops told me the motor under my seats had burned out. They were going to charge me $2800 to replace it so my seats would move.Today Discount Tire and Breaks said, if the motor clicks when you try to move the seats back, the motor works. They told me to see if something was blocking the track. Sure enough a gum wrapper was wedged on the track. I removed it and my seats work now. A gum wrapper lol.Discount Tire and Breaks could have made money, instead they were honest. I will definitely continue taking my car here.Honest people!! Honest prices!!

I have NEVER had such good customer service!! I called last week to get prices on four new tires Joe answered all my questions and he was so personable that I was excited to meet him. When I got there they were busy but I was greeted with a smile and was helped almost immediately. I dropped my car off and a couple hours latter joe called to tell me my car was ready. I was late picking up my car so when I got there they were already closed and had Ben for 20 minuets. The owner was so nice and said it was not a problem he just wants to make sure he has happy customers!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thanks Discount Tire for making a happy customer!!!

I use to use these guys years back, having moved here a few times with the military. Started using another company and have now come back! These guys are amazing! They are super polite, kind to children, and fast!! I had an estimated 3 hour job. They got done before that time and they still thanked me for my patience!! Also they really look at everything! Letting you know what your next problem may be so you can budget!! That’s super!! Instead of having to freak bc now your car doesn’t work!! I would recommend them to anyone! First time or 100th they are your guys!!

Came in at 11:30 for brake changes and had to wait well over 3 hours till I got my car back. Usually come here to get my tires and breaks and they do great service but this time was very disappointed with the services most of my day was gone. Really not sure if I will be coming back. Bad experience over all

My family and I had to use their services 3-4 times so far; and we’ve had good results with them. Brake service, thermostat replacement, alignments and tire mounting are various work done on our cars. DB&T so far have had the best prices and really decent respectful service a customer could have. As of now, they are the ONLY shop we use to service our vehicles

Definitely will not be bringing my car back to this place. Made an 8:00 appointment today to get my oil changed. They didn’t have it finished until 9:30. Everyone that showed up after me left before me. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s gonna take an hour and a half to do an oil change?

My very first experience was quite a simple one; I had a nail in a tire, on the sidewall. I fully expected to have to have a new tire. However, the nail had not actually punctured the tire...I wouldnt have known that. The service tech removed the nail (thankfully only bent) and checked to make sure there was not a leak. I came away with no new tire expense and hope for an honest, reliable and trustworthy establishment to rely on when I needed auto service. In every subsequent situation I have had that hope confirmed; Ive been treated with respect always, genuine concern and determination to solve whatever problem I had to the absolute nth degree. Up to and including research on owners blogs on the internet. Talk about customer service! Discount Tire and Brake in North Little Rock is the gold standard to which all such establishments should aspire. First rate quality all round, timely service and repairs, dedication to customer care in its purest form. Took my car in for alignment, and they started working on it immediately. Good customer service, good prices and quick service. Plus there are usually coupons and deals on the website that they accept. Also took my truck in here to have my 35 mud tires balanced. I think they were the only local shop that could do a tire that size. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I have never experienced such wonderful service at a tire shop before. I pulled in 20 minutes before they were closing with a spare on one side and a piece of tread missing on the other. They stayed late to change out my tires so I would be safe driving around. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this shop for future tire needs!

I am writing this review while I a have been sitting here for 3 and a half hours waiting for a oil change, tire rotation and new brakes on rear wheels. Seen everyone else come and go, while I patiently wait. Did notice the owner go around and enquire about other people’s cars. However, he never approached me. Usually good service, but the wait is making it hard to justify coming back.

Stopped in with an unexpected flat and found a Good ol’ fashioned tire shop. They also do service. Comfy waiting room chairs that rock, they also have a tv and vending machines. Will continue mine and my companies fleet business here!

My wife and I recently moved from another city where we also used Discount Tire. We were glad to find one here because the other store always treated us well, and we were not disappointed. The sales-people at both locations have always been courteous and never pushy, and Ive never once felt that I was being sold a repair I didnt truly need.

I was quoted a price for a brake job front and back. They called me to the shop area to tell me that my front brakes were too difficult to change. It was a Saturday and they close and noon. Never mind that I was the first one in the door at 8am. I agreed to proceed with the back brakes only.Upon arriving home I took a closer look at the bill. The tax rate seemed high. It turns out that I was charged for the brake job and a hidden Shop Supplies fee and the usual amount for taxes.I went back and complained about the fee. They refunded the fee on a one time basis but informed me that if I used their shop in the future that I would be charged the fee. I was told that the fee was on all of their tickets. Why not disclose this up front? Tell the customer at the time the ticket is written.One unprofessional employee insisted on calling me Boss. I explained to him that I was offended by it. He told me that, I call everyone boss.What about Sir or Maam?

When I first got there I saw a whole bunch of people and thought: oh boy this is going to take forever. But much to my surprise, my tire was repaired and I was on my way a lot sooner than I imagined. They didnt try to sell me up on anything either. And the price was very reasonable--only $22.65!
