Service is not were I recommend to go. Female lady enters buys a car from this dealer. Great sale easy sales department. Service department lady enters says she may have hit something in road and she has a noise in front-end. Lady was told needed rim tire and wheel bearing. Lady has master mechanic for local Chrysler dealership across road from said Mazda dealership. Master tech checked over really good checked wheel and tire balanced out not bent and no damage under car anywhere but yet car does have a wheel bearing noise. Master tech told her to take it to your shop tell them it only needs wheel bearing warranty should cover it. Mind you this there is no way to tell if it is say bearing failure or road hazards. So woman please watch yourself in service department there service writer Mike is great Not
We were so impressed during our visit to get our Mazda serviced. Everyone was so friendly and professional! They even sent us a video of our vehicle inspection!! Ive never seen that before! Mike was wonderful from start to finish. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Definitely take your vehicle here. You wont be disappointed!

After hearing one of my coworkers horror stories about a completely unrelated dealership, I was hesitant to get my car serviced anywhere that I hadnt been before. However, I was never treated anything but well at McLarty Mazda. The video overview of the service was very helpful, I even showed it off to my coworkers. The option of having a payment plan really helps for folks like me who are a bit limited in the pocketbook. They took care of me and they took care of my car. I would highly recommend them!
Mazda was amazing, Im so glad I got my car fixed there but I came out of almost 1000$ for something I could have gotten done for not even 300 myself, but its already done ill just find a mechanic next time. There was no complaint on the service. There was supposedly a recall on the lights on my car also and there still the same I did expect them to get changed out. But other than that I have NO complaints except the money I had to pay.
I was actually on the way to trade in/ buy another make of car but decided to stop here on the way. I’ve always had my eyes on Mazda’s. I had a great experience with Austen the salesman. The whole experience was pleasant and I left with a brand new car. I got great value on my trade in and a new car. Not only was the whole experience rather simple and non BS, they really strive to put you in the right car, not just to make the most money.

I was able to work with Mazen to get a CX9. It was the last one in the Little Rock area. It took a little longer than expected but that was because they had two sales happen just before we walked in. They did everything they could to get us in the vehicle and any frustration I had was due to circumstances outside of their control. I gave 4 stars because I have not had the experience of going back in for follow up maintenance and will update my review once I have more data points.

I am the owner of the Mazda CX-9 that this review refers to. I bought and signed for it myself. Please change your files to reflect that I am the owner. My husband is definitely in on the decisions made for servicing my suv but it was my savings that bought it. And when I trade it for another I will be the one to buy that one to. Now as far as the service we got last Friday..I will say without a doubt that because of the service department on that hot stressful day I will not seriously consider another dealership. The gentleman that answered our desired call at @ 4:50 left at closing time but had everything ready for us to get there after hours. And Anna’s smiling face and confidence in what needed to be done to get us on our way quickly was like a cool breeze.

I called McLarty Mazda for a schematic for a 1997 Mazda Miata convertible. They printed it and gave it to me. We bought the vehicle from a neighbor and needed this schematic to replace the top. I was surprised by their kindness since we didnt buy the car from them and thats why I am writing this review.
Came over from Oklahoma City to purchase my CX5 after local dealerships had very little inventory. Started conversing with the sales manager Ben via email. He answered all of my questions, sent me pictures of available inventory including the window stickers of the car I was inquiring about. After agreeing to purchase a vehicle via email, I then started conversing with Ketcher to set up a time to sign the papers and pick up the car. Ketcher was also very helpful in answering additional questions I had and getting us in and out of the store in less than hour. And that’s including the test drive and finance department visit. Finally, Russell gave us our walkthrough of our CX5 showing us how the controls work and getting us setup with the Mazda app through my smartphone. They made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. I would definitely recommend them when considering buying a new car.

I love this place. My boyfriend and I bought our 2019 Mazda 3 during the black Friday sale and they treat you so well. They dont pressure you or overwhelm you like vultures, which is a refreshing change. We got a great price and we take our car there to get serviced and their service department does great work and they are so friendly and professional! Jeremy Greenwood was our sales consultant and he was awesome! When we get our car serviced, our service professional is Mike and he is great as well. This business treated us with respect and felt very LGBTQIA+ friendly. We will definitely be coming here to get my Mazda in the future!

Has a great experience buying a Mazda CX-5 today. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew the car very well. Never felt pressured to buy, but the car was hard to resist once we test drove it. Our decision was solidified driving the hour back to our house. Very comfortable and fun to drive. They really done me bad in the service department put 1600 in it because they said Engine was good so I save it almost 2 years to get down here they did to Engine was good so I save it almost 2 years to get down here they did to work and then tell me the motor was no good I would not have them work on nothing

I was contacted by a salesman by the name of Ketcher as I was looking at a vehicle on this dealerships lot. While conversating with me via text message Ketcher was very accommodating. When I arrived on the dealerships lot I was approached by a very nice and honest man, I didn’t catch his name be lit he was an older black man. Ketcher was not in at the time, and after walking around and the nice gentleman trying to help me find something in my price range being around 14k, Ketcher had arrived back at the dealership. When we walked up to the building and I was introduced to Ketcher and told him my price range, he wanted nothing to do with the sale since I wasn’t trying to finance anything more expensive and he wasn’t going to get to take my 14k home with him that day, He was very rude and dismissive. While I very much appreciate the nice black gentleman that spoke with us, I’m very happy that I didn’t have the misfortune of having to deal with this Ketcher personality for very long. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership unless you happen to go to it on the day that Ketcher takes off. What a rude and arrogant man! I can’t think of anything worse to have to do other than car shopping and then have to deal with someone like him to top it all off. Car shopping is not fun and that character made it even worse for us. I’d like to say thank you to the kind and courteous man that we did talk to there however, I wish I had gotten his name.

I happened across McLarty’s website, and found the vehicle I was interested in. I sent an Internet inquiry, and was contacted very soon thereafter. Long story short, the salesman, Jeremy, was very accommodating, very nice, and provided one of the best car purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend McLarty Mazda enough!

Awesome, top-notch service!!! Mike is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done (test the battery, replace rear brakes, and replace all 4 tires). He recommended some very nice Yokohama tires that were only a total of about $75 more than the cheapest tires; the cheapest tires have a rougher tread and would not provide as smooth of a ride. Throughout the day today, Mike gave me updates on my cars progress. All of the staff were very kind and professional. They sanitized and vacummed the front of the interior and washed the exterior. There was also a nice tire sale going during this month (April 2020): buy 3 tires, get 1 for $1!

Went for my first oil change and tire rotation but also had a “ recall” . They didn’t have the part for the recall so they gave me a “ Courtesy Car “ to drive while the recall was done. Very helpful and courteous.

Knowledgeable and good communication
I was driving through Arkansas and had a flat tire needing replacement. I had installed new tires from MAZDA with road hazard warranty. Service center person was nice and polite. Plenty of collection of good tires and immediately found the matching tire. Impressed by their quick responsiveness.The person at the service counter was not well informed. Took me an hour to explain how Mazda hazard warranty should cover the tire replacement. Eventually asked them to discuss with service manager. Who did not come but guided the tech person. It took another hour or more to finish the paperwork on computer. Total it took more than 3 hours to complete the whole thing whereas it should have taken not more than an hour. It delayed my whole trip unnecessarily. In the end they still charged for labor and other miscellaneous charges (under covid pretext), which should have been covered under hazard warranty.Anyways I immediately drove with the new tires for another 1500 miles in another few days and had no issues. Tire quality was good. Another thing forgot to do was check air pressure in all tires and equalize them.Id recommend them with caution though.
