My 2021 Sierra is just at a year old with 35,000 miles. I have had it in for the regular service on short notice three times and the service team has always been extremely accommodating to work me in. I had the opportunity to speak w Tim, the service manager, about an issue I thought I was having. Turns out it was all my error. He was super understanding and extremely helpful in getting me squared away. I can’t recommend them enough!
Had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would be about one hour to my surprise it was completed in about 30 minutes. Brad did an amazing job. Thanks Gwatney for the amazing customer service.
I started my day at another dealer looking for a specific vehicle, which I will remain nameless, who tried to sneak me into paying way more for the vehicle than I should have been. Well I couldnt be happier with how things turned out because leaving there ended me up here at Gwatney Buick and GMC! John came right out to help me, he was honest about all details up front and made me feel very comfortable about my decision to go with the 2019 Buick Enclave! Everyone we encountered was as nice as they could be, and the whole paperwork process was quick too! Overall great day and I am so happy with my new Enclave! Thanks again Gwatney!!

Worst service after the purchase that I have ever experienced. Bought my truck back in the middle of August. Didnt haggle on the price. Pretty much paid what they were asking for it. The only conditions were that they replace a missing plastic piece on the mirror (a $20 part) and make me a spare key and key fob. I went back and forth with my sales person for about 3 weeks until he finally ordered the plastic piece and it came in mid way through September. I called and made sure that the key would also be ready at this same time because I didnt want to make multiple trips. My sales person assured me that it would all be ready and wouldnt take no time to program the key fob. I drive from Searcy to Little Rock and come to find out the plastic piece is in, but no key (my particular key would be on backorder and they would have to order it that day). Not sure why this wasnt taken care of in the month before?! So I tell my sales person to go ahead and order the key and fob and he says that he will mail it to me when it comes in so I dont have to make another trip. Almost a month later now and I cant get ahold of my sales person by phone (he wont respond). I call the dealership to get transferred to parts (have left multiple messages) and nobody ever calls me back. Asked for a sales manager and they couldnt transfer me. Never have had so much trouble with getting a spare key that was supposed to be part of the deal with my truck purchase.
Derron King has sold me my third vehicle and gives superb service and always comes on time. This time my car just ready to get in and go. Everything was done before getting to the dealership. Didn’t have to sit around or anything. Done mostly over the phone and esigned and just one paper to sign when I go to dealership
First time bringing my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduled an appointment for 11 am and still waiting at 1 pm. Service advisors were very nice and professional. Speed of service with an appointment is really lacking! I will make sure and have nothing planned IF I come back here again for service.
I made my appointment online with no hassle. Appointments were readily available for the time period I needed. The service staff were excellent and took great care of my vehicle. I was met as I drove in, shown to the waiting area, offered a bottle of water, and waited comfortably for less than 30 minutes. Great job!!
The salesmen were really nice, and Tank is hilarious! Fast forward a few weeks after my purchase and had an issue with some of my rims, Justin came flying in and swapped out my rims for some really nice ones!!! Now my car is smooth sailing down the highway. May have even found my husband a nice truck to trade his car in for while I was there 😁
My car came back from the repair looking like it came off the showroom floor. It was beautiful again. It did take longer than I expected, due to parts being hard to get. Thank you.

Good service department. I continue to have water leaks on headliner around rear cargo door. I feel like service manager Rob Regnas is doing all he can to find the cause and will get the leaks stopped. You couldn’t ask for a more sincere person to help you.
I was very disappointed that there were no courtesy cars availability. Even though the shuttle service took me and several others to our destination, there is only one shuttle and so therefore we incurred a wait to get dropped off at our destinations.
My GMC Sierra needs a part replacement and there are problems getting the part. This is causing a great hardship. My vehicle is not working because you dont have the parts.

I received a call about a 2021 GMC Acadia SLT. They provided the price, said it had 2 miles on it and met all of our needs. They called to tell me they would get information over to me asap as we were looking to buy that day. I never heard back from anyone, so several hours later I called to find out that they had the car... But couldnt sell it.. Because it was in their “loaner program”. Then they shouldnt advertise it as being for sale then if they arent willing to sell it to buyers. Will.be shopping elsewhere. Why would they call me about a car they never were willing to sell in the beginning? Complete waste of my time.
My salesman, Mr. King, was the best. He explained everything from beginning to end. He took my calls and text after hours. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends.
Leland was amazing. He was informative and professional, but still very casual and made me feel comfortable. I understood everything that would happen with my vehicle, and felt good about their ability to repair it.

Over 4 decades, Ive purchased many vehicles, several being GM products. Most of those experiences have been pretty good. However, the Gwatney purchase of my new Denali pickup was by far, the absolute BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I was in and out of the dealership in a timely fashion, but each staffer was careful to explain everything in detail--especially when it came to the specifics of the vehicle. There is a lot to know about these new models and the salesman was careful to be sure that I understood each detail. We love us some Gwatney and love this new GMC truck!

Im really easy to take advantage of in a car dealership due to the fact that I know nothing about cars, but Ive never felt like I was being taken advantage of here. Ive worked with BJ every time Ive needed anything service related and he is the BEST! He returns calls quickly, explains whats going on in a way that doesnt make my head explode, and always tries to make things right. I brought my 2017 Buick Envision in for a detail and an oil change and somewhere along the way of them having it I ended up with a broken windshield. They took responsibility for it and are replacing it at their expense. This could have gone a totally different way, but they did the right thing and I couldnt be more thankful for that. I did not buy my Buick from them, but they treat me like Ive bought 10 there.

I Came down to buy a new 2021 Sierra Denali truck and the salesman was very nice. When he took the offer to the so called sales managers their offer was and insult. I went to Everett Gmc and they gave what Kelly Blue book said, 10,167, for my trade in. Gwatney offered 5,000. I have bought 2 trucks and a car from them and I felt like I did not matter at all. Salesman said he would call me the next day and didnt. I will never buy from them again. Respect is number one, they did not treat me very nice. Loyalty means nothing I guess.

Salesman Michael Morgan did everything he could to make sure I knew what to expect. There was a problem on Monday, check engine light came on, I contacted him and he referred to Darrell Hurt, who would not return my call, I had to call 3 times. Mr. Morgan was very helpful, Mr. Hurt, not so much. I want to give them an opportunity to fix their problem.

Theyre very quick with the maintenance however the only issue I have is it seems like the prices are too high for what youre getting the people are nice in the maintenance section however I just got a tire alignment and it pulls to the left

Travis was extremely helpful in getting me access to keys to the cars I wanted to test drive so I could test the cars I was interested in without a high pressure salesman breathing down my neck. And he introduced me to a very kind and patient sales person named Jonathan who put no pressure on me whatsoever allowing me time to mull over my choices. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions thoroughly and plainly so I could keep up and absorb everything he told me. I had a number of other makes and models I was going to test so I wanted to be thorough in my understanding of the features that are available so I could make an educated comparison. When I made the decision to buy the EncoreGX, I didnt want to go to any other dealer so they searched the other lots to try and find the exact car I wanted. We found one but Crain Buick GMC would not trade so I couldnt get that one but I was happy to take my second choice. Jonathan worked so hard to address any concerns I had and worked out the best deal I could ask for, getting me most everything I wanted all while keeping my payment where I needed it to be. Im very grateful to all the staff who work on my deal and will recommend to anyone wholl listen to me, to shop your store first. If you are looking for a good deal and a sales team that care about their customers, DO NOT GO HERE!! Found a vehicle we liked, ready to give them a check for it, but would not take it because Financing was part of the incentive. Salesman DK (Darren King) told the sales manager we were trading and financing with them, which we never said, then said they were not doing the deal because they didnt like my attitude when I got upset that they lied to me.
Bought a used van, advertised price on website was $1000 less than the Facebook price and I was charged the higher price. I didn’t realize it until I got home... As soon as I got home the van overheated and the check engine light came on. Needs a new fan assembly $1200, emission sensor $260, CV joints $1600, tires $750 and a cracked windshield $600. No wonder everyone was so nice and quick to take my trade of my 1969 Chevy. The van was filthy inside and out... I should have walked away but was pressured into buying it. Buyers remorse at it’s finest.

I had Johnathan and a guy by the name Marcus helping me and I can say for me to be 37 and be buying my very 1st new car I waa highly pleased ive told everyone I know about my awesome experience with them the only thing I can say I had a issue with was I was so excited about getting approve that I didnt actually get the truck I wanted and my Encore although a 2021 isnt big enough for my family so I wish i would have thought that through but hopefully I can refinance and get the Encore GX that would be more my style speed and size but over all im happy id give it a 8/10 also wish I wouldve been walked through the credit process a little better because I didnt know they would my my credit 11times but nevertheless I got approve so like I said before im very happy thankful and pleased with my experience

Customer Service is essential to running a successful business; I will never purchase another vehicle from This dealership because their service department is PISS POOR!!!I made an appointment for a simple oil change that has taken more than 3 hours. I was not updated as to why its taking so long. I also witness someone else come in with a 10am appt for an oil change that left well before me that no one can explain. And yes I know its true because I over heard him talking to an employee about it as they discussed their home projects yo their yard and bathrooms.So going forward I will NOT visit this location ot give my hard earned money.I sincerely hope this post helps someone because Ive been here for 3 different service appointments and not ONE of them was up to part.

THIS was the BEST car search & purchasing experience Ive EVER had in all of the vehicles Ive EVER purchased & there have been several over the years!! After totaling my car on 1/2, I called on a Sat. to set up a test drive for the following Mon. in a car that I found on Guatneys website. After the test drive, I went in telling my salesman what I felt most comfortable paying each month & in less than 2 hrs later, I was walking out of the dealership w/ the cars keys, documents AND my pymt is $5 LESS/mth than the amt. I asked for!!! In addition, unlike my prior car purchase at a Crain dealership that left me knowing that Id NEVER purchase another vehicle from ANY of their dealerships again, I will refer the Gwatney Buick GMC dealership to everyone!!! THANK YOU, Gwatney family for being the true exception in an industry that has always made me shudder when in the car buying arena - YOU ARE ALL A CREDIT TO THE INDUSTRY!!

Terrible customer service! Let me just clear up the response given to my husbands review.... since he cannot reply back. Apparently he had an attitude from the moment he arrived. There was no bad attitude until we were lied to...all were smiles and giggles trying to make that sale. We even left to go look at other vehicles and was told...oh, well see you back in a little bit. If there was an attitude, why would you want us back? We asked what the bottom dollar when we arrived. Our salesman told the manager that we had a trade and were financing. We specifically said we had no trade..he even went on to say since we didnt have a trade he wasnt sure how low they could go...so he knew! Financing was never discussed whatsoever. The salesman lied to the manager....point blank! Then the manager could care less. You lost a sale over $1000. Yes, thats not much...no big deal right....but we do not do business with liars.

Great customer service. I could tell that the department was short handed on this day, but the service was still done quickly and professionally. The only thing I was not satisfied with is that my truck was not taken through the carwash after the service was completed. Maybe Gwatney Buick GMC does not offer this, but I thought all dealerships offered this these days. Overall good experience.

Tried to buy a truck here. Bad mistake. Priced a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT 4X4 and when it came to trading in my truck I was offered $6,000 below trade in value. They told me that the new truck was already discounted so much that they couldn’t (SHOW) me more on my trade. (Can you say unreal numbers game) They finally came up to $4,000 below trade in value. I went to another non GMC dealership and (SOLD) my truck, without obligation to buy from them, FOR trade in value. I would’ve left $4,000 on the table had I dealt with Gwatney. Went to another GMC dealership and bought a truck that was exactly what I wanted for the same price that Gwatney had discounted theirs too. All in all had I made a deal with Gwatney it would’ve cost me $4,000 more.
