I don’t go here very often, but when I’m searching for a special part online for my car; I usually end up here. They seem to have a huge inventory of parts. So far it’s been a good experience shopping here. It helps to get the part number from online, and give the cashier the part number; then he’s able to quickly find it. I’m usually in and out in a matter of minutes. They aren’t ever really busy, and that’s a benefit. I would recommend them to anyone needing car parts

I started using Advanced Auto in Cabot,Arkansas and was so pleased I stopped using all other parts stores completely. But then they shut down... Now I have to drive 21 miles for the nearest which puts a pinch on those I gotta make a quick run to parts house but if they were still in Cabot Id still be using them only. Very pleased with Advanced Auto. Even the one on JFK In North Little Rock

Sheldon was awesome! Really polite. Saw that I was bringing in a battery they didnt wait for me to reach the counter they just came and opened the door. They didnt go and ask for my information they went straight to the point and tested my battery. It needed to be charged for like 30 min so he offered for me to leave it overnight but since Im not staying nearby I told them I could wait and they brought out a chair for me to be comfortable. Probably the best experience Ive had at Advace... and Ive been around many since I used to be in the automotive world. Also, their battery charger is high-tech.

Great! Had just what I wanted. Im going here first. The other two parts stores are too hit and miss when it comes to employees.

Took a little time for them to warranty my water pump but thats due to Corporate policies preventing stores from searching beyond 3 years back. I spoke with the store manager Don and he was very helpful. After explaining the situation, he expedited the process of warranty and was able to help me get my vehicle repaired and back on the road. I was very thankful for his help to this issues resolved as soon as possible. Will definitely be back.

My most trusted Auto parts store in the area. The general attitude from most the employees is one of actual care and passable knowledge of their job.The former manager Joey seemed to promote a better culture of taking care of the customer. Recently I had a meh experience when getting oil for an oil change and the new manager wanted to haggle with me over $5. He didnt realize that the particular thing I was purchasing was on sale... Which is understandable.... Were all human. My only issue was his attitude, it was combative. Now Ill say this for him.... In subsequent visits things have gotten better and Ill still shop there before anywhere.John and Jeremy are both excellent employees when it comes to actually helping the customer. Theyve both gone above and beyond for me.

Store was having power problems. Half the lights were out and the computers were down, so I wasnt able to purchase what I needed.

Sheldon was super helpful helping me find out what was wrong with my car. He holds a very good conversation and was more then willing to help me get whatever I needed!!!

I pulled into Advance Auto Parts on JFK Boulevard in North Little Rock because somebody told me that I had two lights out in the back. There was already an employee Advance Auto Parts helping another customer outside. When he was done with her I asked if he would help me check my lights and he did. Not only did he help me check my lights he also replaced the bulb for me. So I just want to give a shout out to Blair Barnes. Thank you.

Love this place in and out with cheap prices

It was near closing time and I didnt know if it was my battery or alternator that was messing up. The staff got their tester out and after much effort finally got a reading and assured me that the battery, starter, and alternator were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. It was likely a bad terminal connection. They fixed it and also gave it a shot of anti corrosion spray.All of this was good news, because I was Leaving on a long trip and needed to know that my car was reliable. Thanks to the staff of Advance Auto I can drive with confidence and Thank You staff person for staying a little past closing to get the job done. Yall have a customer for life.

My local store did not have the part I needed. The website showed this store had it. I called ahead to verify if they had it in stock. They pulled the part and informed me they did have the part and it would be waiting for me. I arrived and the part was on the counter waiting. This is the type of customer service many stores no longer have. Thank you.
