I was easily able to get an estimate and set up an appointment for my repairs in the first visit. They were courteous and helpful when I came in and had trouble getting a ride share. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my car was in excellent condition when I picked it up.

The staff was real friendly, the work they did was done well. I am very pleased.

My car got damaged in a car wash, I took it to Service King for repairs, The staff was very friendly and my car was done 3 days before there estimated time for repair, The job was top notch I was very happy with the quality of the repair.

I have used Service King twice. The first time my insurance chose them. The second time I chose them. They do excellent work!! The staff is so friendly and professional. They will text you with updates on your vehicle and when they say it will be ready it is. They did body work both times. They matched my paint perfectly and there were no bubbles in the paint. I had another company paint my last car and they left bubbles in my paint. Worst paint job ever! Whenever I need work done on my car I will call Service King!!

Loved the friendly atmosphere and diligent service concerning us picking up our stuff from the totaled vehicle! The manager was willing to go above and beyond on a Saturday when he was finishing paperwork. The great part was that they filled me in on the process and gave updates when it was really needed. Their customer service mentality is really appreciated and I would go so far as to say this is one of the most friendly, efficient, and comforting services around. I just dont see where any lower rating would apply. This is the place to go for your auto needs!

I had a dent in my car from it being side swiped in a parking lot and I drove in some paint months ago. They fixed the dent and removed the paint. My car looks brand new!! Inside and out. I’m absolutely amazed at what a wonderful job they did.

I went in to have work redone that Gwantey didn’t do to my satisfaction, it took them about three weeks to get back to me and they only got back to me because my husband kept calling to see if they got the part what was needed but only a week to complete the work.

Repaired my 2020 Toyota after a deer collision. Jessica kept us updated on repairs. The car looked like it was new when we got it back. I can’t praise the quality n professional service enough. Would recommend to everyone.

I went in to get a quote and I left there with an appointment for the next week on my day off. If you need a collision repair shop they are your go to. I highly recommend you stop and see them first.

Very quick, professional, and easy to work with. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready Friday at 5. They kept in touch with me every step of the process and were very friendly. They even washed my vehicle, inside and out, before I picked it up. I will absolutely use them again if I am ever in a situation to need to.

I have Team 1 do all my customers and my own personal cars. I have had everything from small dents to complete paint jobs done. My customers enjoy the personal attention from Neil and Kathy. I know when I refer people to them, the job will be done correctly and on time.

My vehicle was taken to Service King because it was a good Hands shop for Allstate. My vehicle arrived there on approximately 09/14/16. We received regular updates until the original completion date of 09/30. We arrived to pick up the vehicle since we received a text that day saying it was ready. After returning our rental car, we arrived to find out that our car was not ready. There was no effort made to contact Allstate or the rental car company to get us a car. We were told the car would be ready on 10/05. We called on 10/05 to see if the vehicle was ready, only to find out the vehicle was not even on the property. They had taken it without our knowledge, or the knowledge of the insurance company to Sherwood Tire Shop. We were told it would be ready on 10/07. We were called at approximately 5:40 pm on 10/07 and told it would be ready on 10/10. Again no attempt to get us a rental car. On 10/10 we arrived to pick up the car only to find out that they had used recycled parts without our or the insurance companies permission. We were told the vehicle would be ready on 10/13. We picked up the car on 10/13 to find that one of the engine lights was illuminated on the dash. When we called them they told us that it just needed to be reset and to bring the car back in on 10/16. We took the car back on 10/16 only to be told that they couldnt get the light to go off and didnt know what the code meant. At that time they did admit the light had been on since the car was delivered to them on 09/14. We returned the car to them the following day for the them to take it to the dealer. We asked if we could take it and pick it up from the dealer, and they told us that wasnt allowable. At this point I told them I had to have a rental car. When we picked the car up on 10/21, they would not speak to me. I had my daughter, a car seat, purse, etc. I walked in asked if the car was ready and was told here are your keys. I asked for a receipt from the dealer stating what repairs had been completed, and the manager from his office said here she can have a copy of this. They didnt pull my car around for me or ask if the repairs were sufficient. Luckily, the nice man who drove us there from Enterprise helped me with the car seat. Poor customer service would have been an upgrade.
