Wanted to charge me $100 just for a diagnosis, didnt hear from them after 24 hours and called to find out what was wrong with the truck and they said someone would call me right back. No one called me back. I called again and was told they didnt call me because they hadnt diagnosed it yet and that it would be about 4 days!!!! Picked up the truck and took it to Meineke, they diagnosed it within 2 hours, ordered the parts and had it fixed within that same 4 day window. Dont waste your time or money going to Nissan.
My appointment was kept on time..also job well done.
Just taking too long. 2hrs to look at a busted motor for the driver window. Im still waiting. 1 person has already come in after me and left before me. But my rep was as kind and nice to me as possible. He assured me he would tale care of me and so far he has. Just ready to go

This is the most Ive ever paid for an oil change/tire rotation and Ive always taken my cars to the dealership because the prices tend to be about the same and I can usually get it finished early in then morning. 2 hours wait in the morning on a weekday, I was late to work and then the total was almost $100 so I didnt have time to aruge it. I wont be coming back here for anything unless my car has a recall.

We broke down on a road trip. Jordan and his team in the service department were able to get our van checked immediately, assisted us with storing the items we were towing safely in the shop and got us rolling again quickly.
Had to go back to get a service that was requested, but they did make it right, so, great.
